Total value of flat rs 1600000/- and my paid amount rs 650000.

But not received the flat or refund amount.

I paid 237500 in november 2017 for project sparsh paradise rahimabad lucknow for 1000 st ft land from dreamz infraventure project pvt ltd. After paying the down payment, they transferred plot number 149 to 158 and without showing plot paper, they were taking sign on the document of loan from dhfl. The rate of interest were offered 13% while the dhfl is offering 8.70. After denying this project, i demand my amt. So they answered we have no money now. We bought the plot and they invested my amt in katibagiya project with statement that on march 2018 we will give the registry and possession. After following 11 months, i did not get any registry. They offered me the another project of jannat city with 143 land. I sanctioned loan from dhfl. After receiving the pre approval loan, i demand for land paper. They deny that the plot is not 143. Now they are returning my amount after deducting 30% and giving me 90 days cheque. Please help me. I am very helpless. Neither plot nor money is given and after 1 year i am charged 30%.

I am also paid 2 lakhs in prelaunch offer for dreamz sanskar project in 2015. Till the it was not started and trying to connect them but numbers are not working and office also not there in teachers colony.
I am requesting all, if anybody knows about their office address and contact no and any update info please share with me.

I and my had brother booked 2 flats with Dreamz Infra - Dreamz Swagat project on 13th July 2013 one 2 BHK at 2.5 lacs and another 1BHK at 1.5 lacs . Further since we did not see any progress happening on our project neither did we receive any updates on the current status, thus finally tired of their lame excuses, we decided to cancel our deal with Dreamz Infra in August 2015.
We had paid an amount of 2.5 lakhs for 2 BHK and 1.5 lakhs for 1 BHK respectively during the initial contracting stage of booking, of which we have been able to retrieve only 1 lakh rupees after constant visits to their office. Now that the office has been closed, their cheque has been bounced and they are absconding, we have no clue to, how to retrieve our money.
Attached are copy of the invoices FYR.
Request you to help us retrieve our balance money at the earliest.

This is to inform that we have been robbed by dreamz infra private limited. There have been numerous protest and complaints registered still they are not in coustody. Neither they are been arrested nor produced before court for not attending to the court. I have given 3lakhs in hope of getting a house. Sachin and disha the md of dreamz infra private limited fradulently taken the money.
Pm modi is the only our hope.
Please take some action.

Dear sir,
I booked the flat in dreamz infra india pvt. Ltd. For the amount of 20 lacs. For this i paid the booking amount of 3 lac rupees in the year 2015.
After some days later no improvement done (Construction, land registration).
So i decided to withdraw the booking.
Due to this i cancelled the booking. After that from dreamz infra given a cheque for the return payment, but all got bounced.
After this strongly i appealed to return the amount.
But they didn't returned the amount.

We (Myself and my wife) booked a flat in dreamz infra, on 21st, feb 2016, they has to start by april 2016 and still no construction. We invested 14 lakhs 8 thousand rupees by applying personal loan. Still we are paying emi's but no house — no repayment of the money. After few months got to know, it's a fraud company and case is looking by cid.

All the original receipts are shown to cid. We went to cid office, filled the form given by them on decemeber 18th, 2017. But still money is not refunded.

Please try to refund the money to all of the people who are all really struggling like us.

In June 2015, I got a call from someone mentioning that they are from “DREAMZ INFRA PVT LTD” located in 577/B, 2nd Floor, outer ring road, teachers colony, Koramangala, Bangalore, Karnataka 560034 and they offered a 2 BHK flat for INR 22 lakhs in HSR LAYOUT – project name called “DREAMZ SHLOKA”situated at Haralakunte Village, Begur Hobli, Bangalore South Taluk, Bangalore . I and my wife met with them and finalized the property based on discussions and after verifying the vacant land and understand based on discussion with the sales executive that all required documentation was in place. They also promised us that an interest of 18% PA would be paid incase, if they fail to commence the construction on time. They asked us to pay INR 6 lakhs immediately and remaining INR 16 lakhs post possession. I have paid Rs.3lakhs on 04 July 2015, Rs.2 lakhs on 3 July 2015, Rs.1lakhs on 30 June 2015 . I also received commitment letter given by them dated 23 August 2015- in that letter they have mentioned that in December 2015 they would start the construction work, if not I can cancel the booking and obtain a refund.

I was following up on a frequent basis to know the status of construction. However, every time I used to hear that they will commence construction next month. One of my friend’s told me that he booked a flat in the same company and now he had to cancel it as they have not started any construction work and were giving similar excuses. I tried to find out further details about the company and based on forums in the internet understand that there were other customers as well who had been defrauded by this company. I waited till December’ 2015 and the relationship manager informed that they will start construction work in December 2016. I asked reason and she had given excuse that they have shortage of funding. Finally after all these, I decided that I would cancel this booking and ask for refund. Accordingly, I visited their premises for cancellation purpose. Ms. Neetu has helped me in cancellation part, however didn’t give me cheque.

After continuously visiting to their premises, they had given a cheque amounting to INR 6 lakhs vide cheque number 426588 dated 06 may 2016. I deposited the same into bank on 06 May 2016 and unfortunately the cheque bounced.

Post that I have visited their premises lot of times and they started using abuse to me and my wife stating that forget money, now nothing is there. Our situation is very poor and do whatever I want to do.

These guys are running fraud company and targeting new middle class people mainly who comes for the purpose of new job in town.

I also invested 7.54 lacs. But i am not able to get money from them. Cheque got bounced and also lodge fir at madiwala police station and also put crime case against in cmm court. I booked a flat in dreamz saakar in horamavu project and paid 30% advance amount of rs. 585000/- (Cheque& cash). They offered me a free site of 30x40 at kanakakapura form land, 200000/- worth of furniture and other things. The company executives came to my place and collected cash and they pressurized through phone for the remaining amount. I pledged gold and transferred the balance amount of 30%. For which they didn't gave me receipt also. Lately i came to know that they cheated everybody in this regards. So here i am requesting to you that kindly do the needful to me

I, a senior citizen, do lodge a complaint against the above mentioned real estate company for cheating me by not completing and handing over the flats to me as per the agreement. I am one of the victims of this fraudulent company for cheating and the details are given below.
I made two agreements with dreamz infra india pvt. Ltd in sept. 2012. As the offer made by them was so attractive, i made payments of 25 lakhs and 20 lakhs for the two flats on 24/09/2012 vide corporation bank cheque nos 011721 and 011722 to the builder. They promised to construct and hand over 2 flats, one 3bhr and one 2bhr respectively in their project dreamz lambodar within 18 months from 24.09.2012 with a grace period of 3 months. As per the builder the project was due to start at the time of agreement. No activity had been going on in this project during that whole year and in spite of my repeated enquiries they used to give me some false excuses for their delay.
I was finally called into their office during april 2013 and they informed me that the above project would be delayed further due to some reasons and they re - allotted 2 flats in their project ekadant which according to them was about to start immediately. Accordingly, fresh agreements were made with the same starting and end dates and same terms and conditions as those of the previous agreements. The agreements were signed by both the parties and notarized. They used to give me some excuses for the delay in this project also. They assured me that they would be paying house rent at the rate of 2% in line with the contract agreement due to the delay from their end. Accordingly they started paying rs.90000/- per month for the months january and february 2015 and part payment during march 2015. Thereafter the cheques issued by them started bouncing and further payments were stopped by them without any reason.
During april 2015 i visited their office to cancel the agreement and they re - allotted 2 flats in their ongoing project dreamz sneh where the construction had reached the 2nd floor. Suddenly after a few weeks the work in this project also was stopped due to financial problems. So i decided to cancel the agreements in june 2015 and they agreed to refund the money with 8% interest.
As agreed by both the parties for cancellation, the builder issued 19 post dated cheques with different dates starting from14/08/2015 to 24/09/2015 for rs 5168665/- (Rupees fifty one lakhs sixty eight thousand six hundred and sixty five only) as refund amount after deducting the amount already paid against the house rent. Initially the cheques started bouncing on submission to the bank and the builder immediately substituted the cheque amount either by dd or by rtgs. This process went on for so many months and i received around rs.3160000/-only from them.
During 2nd march 2016 the builder issued me a letter saying that the balance amount to be refunded in that date would be rs.1289875/- for the 3 bhr and rs.869790/-for the 2bhr respectively and these amounts would be refunded within 15 weeks from that date with 15% interest.
Another letter was issued to me by the builder on 14th october 2016 saying that the balance amount of rs.2040000/- would be refunded before 30th december 2016.
During the first week of january they sent me a whatsap message saying that the balance amount would be refunded in 3 monthly installments starting from feb.2017. First week of feb. They told me the first installment would be released by end of that month.
All communication stopped from them thereafter. I came to know from the newspaper that this cheating case is being investigated now by the cid department.
All the documents and some of the post dated cheques issued by them are still with me
Kindly let me know the steps to be taken by me now to get the money 2040000/- with 15% interest as committed by them.

I the undersigned would like to mention that i had booked a flat in dreamz swagat, sarjapur road, bangalore which is under semi construction stage.

2. I paid an amount of rs. 1, 00, 000/ — as an booking advance amount. Due to constant pressure from the staff of dreamz, i was made to pay an additional amount of rs. 5, 00, 000/- as 50% option in the month of february 2015.

3. Further, i was pressurized by the staff of dreamz and i was again made to pay an amount of rs.1, 50, 000/-. Totaling to rs.7, 50, 000/-. After 2 years till now the status-quo remained same and i decided to cancel the project. I was issued a post dated cheque which again bounced due to insufficient balance amount in the company. Further, i was made to run around 100 times for paying an amount of rs.65, 000/- out of rs.7, 50, 000/-. Hence balance amount left over is rs.6, 85, 000/-.in the ongoing circumstances, i request your goodself to intervene in the subject matter and necessary arrangements may please be made for remaining amount to be reimbursed.

I have paid rs.37 lakhs for flats to be built by dreamz in 2014 in bangalore, karnataka all through cheques and bank transfers. Till now, no flat has been constructed and money has not been refunded.

Dreamz office is closed and no phone numbers are working.
I need my money back, this is my hard earned money.

I have all the documents given by them, including mom with notary for all the flats, receipts for all the amounts i gave.

Please help in getting my hard earned money back. This was supposed to be a retirement flat for my parents.

I booked a flat with dreamz on feb 2016, with advance amount of 1, 00, 000. Due to personal problems i canceled the booking. After 6 months they provided me a cheque for 97, 000 rs. Before the cheque date i received a call stating don't post the cheque, due to insufficient in balance in account and you can come directly for getting the refund to office. But i was going to their office more than 20 times for getting the refund. There is no proper response whether they will give or when they will give. Suddenly the office is entirely shut down and i don't know whom to contact for the refund. If anybody knows pls help me to get my refund amount. Else, pls advise what to do.

I have booked 2bhk flat in dreamz slokha at hsr layout, bangalore and advances paid in 2015-16. Mom also made in march-2016 with notary attestation.

As no progress is made in the project, kindly cancell the booking and make arrangements for refund of the payments made, along with interests immediately.

We booked a flat with all our savings and waited for 2 whole years as they were promising us. But now since 6 months they are not receiving any calls, office has been closed no update from them. As i have lost all my savings i want to file a case against these people. Pls understand that the money paid is my hard earned money and savings of over 12 years.

Crms used to change every 15 days to 1 month. Not proper-rude response from them. Every commitment letter give not being honored.

I have booked a flat in dreamz shavaas project (Electronic city) on 1st aug 2015, its been almost 2 years. The project is not even started, i have requested for cancellation and amount refund; yet no response till now.
The office near silk board is closed, none of the phone numbers are reachable, all of the old employees and their contacts are no more accessible.
Fraud company who gives false promises and took a lot of money from people. From 2 years, i regret this as the worst decision of my life.
If someone is actually looking into these complaints should take the appropriate action. I have all the payment receipts, mou documents, etc. Please help me get my money refunded.

I initially invested in Sanskar project (Munekolala) in the year 2012. Till 2017, the builder had only been giving false promises of starting the project. Then in January, 2017, they offered me a swap to the Sneh project (flat #415) in Belandur and in total, I have paid 16.25 lakhs over almost 5 years (all transactions via bank cheques). Now I hear that the firm is shut down and the stakeholders arrested. There is absolutely no contact or response from the firm even after months. This was my entire life-savings and now all customers like me are duped. I have heard that quite a few customers had come together and filed cases against them. I have been trying to contact this group, but haven't been able to yet.

I would highly appreciate it if someone can lead me to the right direction to either help me out of this situation or at least get the latest information.
