I was living in Arihant Arden as a tenant for last 2 years.

Due to Covid-19 and some other medical complication, I came to my hometown, Rohtak just after lockdown.

I am writing this email to inform you that my landlord break the lock and rent it out to other tenants on 1st June 2020 in my absence and without my permission.

In our last discussion, he wanted to show the flat to other tenants and wanted permission from me in an email to break the additional lock .

Attached is the email for our reference.

In which I clearly stated that if he ensure me in an email that all household goods will be in place & not damaged/missing then he will break the lock to show the flat to tenants.

But I have not received any email from his side and he broke the lock on 1st June 2020 and informed me on 4th June 2020 in evening.

Even he denied to shared picture of our household goods after requesting by us many times over the phone.

I am curious to know the role of Maintenance/Security in this case and how they ensure the safety of tenants.

Do landlord write a mail to maintenance and do whatever they want in a flat, if tenants are still staying there.

After telephonic discussion with all responsible person of society, I observe no seriousness towards this incident/tenants.

Don’t you need NOC, gate access card, car sticker, i-card which was issued with the name of previous tenants before new tenants came.

I get to know from new tenants that landlord informed him that previous tenants came and move their household items in study room.

In tenants view, It's simply a security breach.

I am writing about some bad features of arihant arden
1) too costly project in noida extension.
2) they also charged for iron gate.
3) green area is too less.
4) only 2 lift at whole tower.
5) power back charges too much.
6) from management to employee no body caring for existing customer.
7) still lot of work pending from civil to mechanical.
Lot of other issues which can watch at site.

Please visit atleast one time for better experience.

Now i suggest please don't buy any flat in arihant arden

Unfair practise by Arihant Its really painful to describe the unfair practices by arihant group . 1. First they increased the number of floors in the name of increased cost of project 2. They replaced almost every park with a new tower 3. Green space area is almost negligible in entire project . all this because of increased cost .as such many flats does not have proper sunshine which they had assured at time of booking 4.The project is already delayed by 6 months butvthe have simply refused to pay even a single penny . They said straightaway to us go legal way if you can . 5. They are the ONLY builder charging 60 psf for farmer compensation in entire NE even after messing entire project . 6. They are the ONLY builder earning from IGL connection 7. They have levied huge money on iron gate without our concern . The list is huge but the way their directors treat us is pretty bad . Advise all to think many times before investing their hard earned money in arihant projects

Sir/Madam, I booked a flat as stated in subject and paid the booking amount full and final as per demand latter dated 06/08/2010 and received signed a agreement from them . But they have send a first cancellation latter dated 05.05.2012 giving the reason, nonpayment of booking amount which is 10% of Basic sale consideration . After getting suitable clarification they have taken the cheque back and continued the allotment but again I received a cancellation latter dated 19.01.2013 . Again I did the same and they have taken back the cheque . But after that I am continuously writing them and Noida authority but they are responding. I continuously writing to Noida authority on following E-Mail address but no response . Want to submit complaint against Arihant Arden People. They really don't know the way how to talk to their customers. They are really sick and try to thread their existing customer. They don't disclose the process. They always work on hidden basis and also thread the people on false commitments. I have all the proofs with me with recording about their harrasements so please take some action against these people. Or let me know the way how I can complaint in consumer court about some process of this.

Please help me to tell me how can I compliant in consumer court about these guys.

Just want to inform you that I have given 25 thousands rupeess as a advance amount for booking and got the ensurance that project will be approved within a month and they also provide loan for it. i got promised that when i will pay my booking amount; he will refund 1% amount. It has been already three months and no one pick up the phone. i received mail that your amount will be forefited if you dont pay the advance amount as soon as possible from different persons. they told me that these people who gave me details and promises are channel partners and it is not company responsiblities to keep their promises. they are also give me promise that the project will be approve before 5 december. I have to pay advance amount asap to them.



i do not convenience with them because they are not providing any proof or document that the project has been sectioned are approved by noida authority.



Can you please check and confirm that the Arhiant Ardens project has been approved or not.

would i trust these guys?

Which kind of action i can take to these guys as they already cheated other persons as well.

please take a corrective action against these kind of people.
