Dreams gk executives assured us a lot about our dream home and showed empty land in jp nagar in february 2016 and assured the commencement of work within 3 months. They were behind us for collecting 35% of the flat money for two 1bhk house in the project. 8.4 lacs collected & later absolutely no response from any of their team. Everytime you end up speaking to new people. No proper response and project did not took off even now. Fed up with continuous followups i mailed lot of time for updates and cancellation and refund. No response has been received from any the bad news is the company had shut its offices after duping all the people. We wish to join the group which will take it up legally. We need to get the money back. Will the govt and judiciary help us recover the amount. It is the money that has been taken on loan and paying nearly 40k every month with great difficulty and have to continue paying for the next two years. They have really cheated us someone please help us get back the invested money of 8.4 lacs. Thanks,

This is vibhuti yadav, I have also booked a flat in Dreamz sampoorna in year 2012 only .There is no update for the project development from the builder Total amount paid my me is 5787000 rs .I have attached the receipt which i paid as initial payment to the builder in the attachment .Later i have paid 1, 66, 000 for contraction cell agreement .

I booked flat in Dreamz Sneh project in 2012 by investing 50% of flat cost which is about 13 lakhs plus 1 lakh rupees VAT and Service Tax. They have closed all their offices in Bangalore. MD of company Disha Chaudhary alias Esha chaudhary and owner of company Yogesh chaudhary alias Sachin Nayak alias Sumant kumar Das cheated 5000 customers of 2000 crores ruppes. Whoever cancelled their bookings has got cheques which are bounced. Some people even died in these bounce cheque cases. Disha and Sachin not even ready to give money in such emergency cases to their families. Some senior citizens invested their entire life time hard earned money in Dreamz infra. Some people took loan and some took money from their PF to invest in Dreamz infra. There are 2500 cases registered in Madiwala police station located in Bangalore against Dreamz infra. Karnataka Govt and Karnataka police department not taking any strong action against those fraudsters to get money back of those 5000 customers. I am requesting Govt of India Delhi to look into issue ASAP to get money back of all those 5000 customers including me.

Dreams GK sales executive showed the piece of land in HSR Layout in March 2016 and assured the commencement of work within 3 months. They entered in to an agreement by collecting 35% of the Flat cost. The work did not take off, and whenever ask, they used to tell it would be taken up in the next month. In the meantime, there was change in the sales executives and managers. Ultimately, the project has not started and the bad news is the company had shut its offices after duping all the people. I agree, that we should have taken care before paying. At the same time, what the government departments were doing, when they gave full page advertisements on the daily papers.

In April 2015 I booked a pre launch flat in Dreamz Infra Sarvottam project and I paid Rs 600000 (Six lakh), but the builder did not even start the project as promised, finally I canceled the booking, and asked them to refund the amount they issued 2 post-dated cheques[protected] for the period of 120 days. When I deposited the cheques, all the two cheques dis honoured, and returned uncleared due to insufficient balance in that account.So I approached the Dreamz Infra office where they took back my bounced checks and all original documents and gave assurance letter stating it will be refunded soon.Later started giving me small amount eventually like 25000 per week and so on till now I have received totally 225000(two lakhs twenty five thousand) so outstanding/pending amount is 375000(three lakhs seventy five thousand)currently not responding and I am not able to recover the amount please help me in this regard.Thanks..

I booked flat in shloka 1 in HSR lay out cost was 28 lakhs with 30/40 feet plot in Kamakura as bonus, I deposited initial amount 30% that is 8 lakhs 40 thousand and got officially recipe, after 6 months found litigation board in the said plot, when I approached the official who assured me every time it is a dispute among land Lords waited 20 months, finally put the cancellation letter in August 2016 and got post dated cheque of 120 days that is 31 December 2016, when. I put the cheque in canara bank viveknager, which was bounced stating current account closed, then in the month of January 2017 sent legal notice through my lawyer, which they received on 21st January, 2017, by signing the a/d, then on 4th February got a mobile call from Mr Abhishek asking me to come on 13th February to collect the amount, when I went on 13th at 11.30 am Mr Abhishek was not there then Mr Ganesha ask me to come on 25th February 2017, on 15th Abhishek and Ganesha both were not there, then assured by sujay to come on 20th or 21 st February definitely, I will get my amount when I went on 21st February a big pad lock was put on the gate, now I have appeal to all concerned member to fight collectively and teach the lesson to such cheater at the same time we should approach to the government of Karnataka to get our hard earned money, hope for the best, u can get in touch with me on my personal number for further details (Ltd .col Mrs Pushpa Rani sarna [protected])

Company has cheated mire 3000 home buyers. I want money back as they have sold the land for which they have shown us while booking.

Dear Team,

This is with reference to "Dreamz Infra India ltd" project name " Dreamz Swadaya" which is located at Whitefield under Survey No.130/3, where we have paid total Rs.14, 000, 00 for Flat No.11 first floor, 950 sqft in the name of Prema M raman commencing from 27-July 2014 to[protected]. There is a memorandum o[censored]nderstanding dated[protected] registered at Bommanahalli registered office. Our project is to be completed in 23 months (June'16). Till date the project has not been commenced.

We have lost faith on builders and we request refund our amount Rs.14, 000, 00 with interest immediately.

I booked the Flat in Dreamz infra India Pvt. Ltd. For the amount of 20 Lacs. For this i Paid the Booking Amount of 3 Lac Rupees in the Year 2015.
After Some Days Later no Improvement Done (Construction, Land registration).
So I decided to Withdraw the Booking.
Due to this i Cancelled the Booking. After that From Dreamz Infra given a cheque for the Return Payment, But all got Bounced.
After this Strongly i appealed to return the amount. But They Didn't Returned the Amount.

We paid 3L at the time of booking. Next day when we inform about our booking in friends circle, we come to know that this is fake company. After couple of days we went back and cancelled our booking. We were informed that refund will be paid after 120 working days and accordingly cancellation letter with refund amt was issued. When we went to collect refund after 120 days the office was vacant and no one was there except four walls. Since mid Feb we r chasing to get in touch with Dreamz people but all numbers that we have at our end are not answerable.

Hi, I have booked a 3BHK flat in Sneh Project in Oct 2016 with 5 Lakhs as down payment. After knowing the fraud, i cancelled it and was told that I will get the amount refund after 120 days as per MOU. But when I went office to get the amount, no one was available to respond and came to know many more people were there like me. They have cheated more people like this.
I have to get the money back. Please help/advice me in getting this amount.

This grievance is with regard to a Notorious ISO certified Company DREAMZ, MD---Famous Bollywood Actress Disha Chaudary. They have looted more than 5000 customers and families on pretext of providing flats . In a country like India, where Food, clothing and housing are considered to be a constitutional right, it is a shame that our officials like Police and Commissioners are sitting in a corner with blind eyes. None of the commitments provided in the MOU have been brought into action so far. We have all left the hope of getting an apartment now in the near future. The amount that customers have invested varies from 1 lakh to more than a crore. Mine is 9 Lakhs 60 Thousand. For a middle - class man to accumulate and save 1 lakh, it takes minimum 2 years, then it is definitely a genuine grievance that requires JUSTICE. These type of people who are born to cheat others should be HANGED TO DEATH, or else it will not be too late when COMMON PEOPLE like us will get to roads, ask for justice and decide on killing or murdering our culprits BRUTALLY.

I had booked 2BHK in year 2015, . No progress on the land till today. Despite of cancellation, getting only bounced cheques.

I booked for 2 flats in Feb 2014 with dreamz Infra in Bangalore in a pre-launch offer by paying a down payment of Rs. 6 lacs. Developer has not started work after 3yrs of booking flat, he not acquired the lasnd that was shown to us neither accepting cancellation nor refunding my money. I am stuck here and now tehy do not answer my calls and do not know what to do to get back my money

This company has taken lakhs of money from low middle class people luring people @ half price flat. Regularly given advertisement in place like Bangalore in TIMES OF INDIA. Now with all the money and cases pending, they have close the office, mind you a registered company. Just to fool people they are opening the doors and there is no activity or employee to take care of anything. All these is happening in a metro place and there is no law or system to curb their miscreant. A low middle class person works hard all his life to gather in pennies and there is a hawk sitting to grap this hard earn share and there is no law or system to curb.
How can a registered company office close like this ? Even lot of cases are pending.
These shows how in India one can manipulate so many people and also doze law and system. Siphon of crores of rupee from low middle class people.

Booked a flat in Swadhya project in whitefield in the month of October 14. All these days they kept telling you will get the flat, whereas no construction is started till date. Now there is no one at office also and its closed. How do we get the money back now????. we have invested 528000 on this project. its hard earned money. We dont have any clue whom to approach and how to refund this money back.

My name is Vikram Kumar. I have booked a flat in Dreamz Infra Sangam. Booking date is[protected] and Sept, 2016 I have cancelled my flat. But this flat is not approved with the BBMP. They have failed to produce the docs from BBMP. So, I have cancelled flat in Sangam. They have given a letter in which they have written that they will pay all the amount Rs. 7, 30, 000/-. But they have kept gundas in their office and they are theatening to customers and saying that "DO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO" .

Please I have a humble request to all of you who are going to buy any flat with Dreamz Infra, don't take it and help me how can I get my money.

Purchased flat @ dreamzinfra Bangalore in Feb 2014 and cancelled the same in April 2015 due to their unmet false promises.. I had paid them 5 lac 75 thousands as down-payment well before their strict timelines.. I had to take personal loan for paying them the down-payment. And later during cancellation they gave me pd cheques which just one day before it's due date, they told not to submit as bank account was having insufficient balance. Then they sent another cheques and this time these cheques got bounced. When informed for which I had to call and try several times and send them several SMS after that I used to get response that they will surely return the money.. I had send them the notice as well but no response and affect.
Later after some polite talk with Mr.Amarnath from cancellation team managed to refund 2 lacs to me via neft and later he is continuously neglecting my call and SMS. The issue is with their unstructured system. They do not have proper setup. They have so many directors of 25 -30 years of age.. sometime it surprised me about their genuineness.
Now still amount 3 lacs 75 thousands without calculating interest is pending with them. Please help someone how to get the money back with them. Thanks in advance for your endeavour.

This is regarding my booking of two (1 BHK) Flats in the name of R K Maurya under Swadesh project October 2013. Payment of Rs.600000/- was made Waited so long hoping project may start. Now I am totally fed-up with them and want my money back.They are not picking up the phone, heard that the office is closed . Help us to get our money back.

Dreamz infra Bangalore sold me Sadan flat in June 2015, told all approvals in place and construction in 1 month time, shown fake documents and given confirmation letter that possession in 18 monthes and collected 14 lacks rupees, reality no approvals, and that land has no road access and till now nothing happened .I lost my father, my old sick mother in damaged house needs immediate reconstruction.Shown proofs to Dreamz management Sachin Naik, Disha Chowdary, CRM, &SALES heads, promised to help, till now nothing happened, already 4 months passed, no result.Karnataka government also not helping. Iam struggling with family and children.When all my pains go off.
