I have invested in dreamz property in 2014 still today i am waiting for them to handover my flat which is pending since then. Now the company has been shutdown and we don't see any response from the company. All the phone numbers have been disconnected. How to get back my money. I have taken loan and paid the entire amount to the dreamz.

This is Divya Bitra, I have booked a flat from Shloka Project-HSR Layout and paid 7, 50, 000/- to Dreamz Infra and come to know that the land is not with the Dreamz and also that company has been closed for long time and none of them are picking our phone calls.

Kindly help us to get back our hard earned money from Dreamz Infra.

I am siva prasad who booked two flats in August 2015 in SADAN project by paying eighteen lakhs towards thirty percent advance and time and again they failed to fulfil their promise to start the project.
I have invested my life long savings with a hope to own flats in this city .
Today when I visited their office they repeated the same old story and this time they told about the meeting that would be held shortly.

I have booked an apartment in DreamZ Shaswat in Oct 2015. Paid an amount of Rs.8, 75, 000/-
Since the Company is running in lot of trouble for not completing the project and land is not registered to construct the flats.
Kindly help me in getting back my amount. I have all the receipts given by them. I have already cancelled the Flat in their office.

I have paid around 10 lakhs for 2 flats in dreamz Swagat. I found that they have closed their business and people are rushing to get refund. I have booked these flats 2 years before and no construction started yet. My biggest mistake is that I believed the CRM's who were kept on changing from month to month.
Here I made a conclusion that I need refund of invested money. I hope this can't work out and I cannot trust the company any more.

I paid 8 lakh and booked a flat in Sakkar Hormavu, then I cancelled last year Sep 2016, still now I did not get a single penny. they asked after four month they will pay me, I went to their office now they are telling they will call me and update but did not respond when they will come me. I am completely lost hope please help me. I have contacted Ganesh karki and Laxmi who is crm for this project but they are just not telling anything and I do not how to contact the owner of the company and get my money back.

This is Subhendu Bhattacharjee. I had booked a flat in DREAMZ SWADESH ( September 2013 ) and has paid Rs.546000 till now.I was told that the project would start by 3 months and will be handed over by 18months.

Its more than 3 years it has not started even. During the follow up, every time CRM is changed. Latest on 18th NOV2016 I got a mail saying that Bhoomi Pooja will be on 14th Jan2017 and construction will start from 26th Jan2017 from a new CRM Mr.Ravi Pandey.

Now DREAMZ INFRA INDIA Ltd., is closed, none of the telephone nos. are working, also the people whom I dealt have their phones switched off or no one answers.

I would like to request you please help us to get back my hard earned money. These was my entire savings. Otherwise we will be ruined completly.

i have paid 6.00 lks for saakar project and till date nothing is happned and no one is responding from dreams infra.

I am not getting why are they not responding after taking the money from the customer . If they are not interested then they need to at least responding whey they are going to start the project.

I had booked flat in Dreamz GK- Sampoorna E-City by paying 50% of the flat amount and now its three years, not got flat number, there is no proper communication from CRM's, Managers. They have provided New MOU, paid 8 lakhs. All contacts numbers is switched off or they wont pick the call. Let me know what the way out to get the refund of the mail.

L have booked a flat in Dreamz infra Horamavu Samata project with initial payment 3.75 lakhs on April 2015. I have cancelled the project for no construction is started for more than a year.
On cancellation they gave me a 3 month PDC cheque dated 23rd Oct 2016 which got bounced due to insufficient fund.

I am helpless . Please help me to get my money back. Any one booked in this project. Please contact me

We had paid 5 lakhs for Sholka 2 project to Dreamz GK on December 2014.
We kept visiting the company and they kept saying that in two months BBMP approval wil be coming. Every time when ever we ask for updated they kept saying the same thing.
We have not got the flat and we have not refunded the money also.
We have been following up and now they have shut down the company and realized to be fraud.
Please help us.

I had booked a flat in dreamz swadesh (Whitefield) and has paid rs.562500 (On 30thoct2014 - rs. 40, 000.00 by sbm card payment, rs.60, 000.00 by sbm cheque-344281. On 5thnov2014 rs.3, 00, 000.00 by sbm cheque-344282, on 15thnov2014 rs.1, 62, 500.00 by sbm cheque-344283). I was told that the project would start by 3 months and will be handed over by 18months.

Dreamz Infra has taken Rs 12 lacs advance towards a 2 BHK flat from me in their SADAN project booked on 9th Feb, 2015 but there is no response. As they have wound up, please add me also on WhatsApp group of all such victims so that we can approach RERA jointly. If there is no such authority in Bangalore, we should approach the Minister of Housing Development. My WA number is [protected].

My name is Rakesh Panda. I booked an apartment in Dreamz Sairam in a pre-launch offer. I have paid 4 lakh rupees to the Dreamz Infra towards the booking in Dec 2014. But when I came to know from the CRM for Dreamz Sairam that the project Sairam has been cancelled because of the issue in land acquisition. Soon after that I cancelled my booking and got a Post Date Cheque of 4 lakh 32 thousand rupees. When I submit the cheque on the given date, 25th Nov'16, it got bounced with the statement that the account is a closed account and no more exist. Now neither the bulder nor the office is functioning. Please help me in getting my money back.

I have booked a 2 BHK flat in SADAN scheme of DreamzInfra two yrs ago ( 9/1/14 ) by paying 50% advance plus taxes & registration fee. Flat number was also allotted. Six rent credit vouchers were also issued for delay in construction in Oct, 16 but now there is no response. I want that all the affected custmers should approach Real Estate Authority of Karnataka state to punish this fraud builder ( Sachin Naik) and get our money back. As I do not stay in Bangalore, a local buyer with good contacts can draft the complaint and take everybody's signature though e-mail.

My self and my son jointly booked (Booking Form No: D6125) a 3BHK flat in DreamZ Sneh. we paid 50% of flat value (20.00 Lakhs) i.e. Rupees 11, 00, 000.00 (Rupees Eleven Lakhs only) on 14.05.2014 and got the allotment letter or 12th Feb. 2016. Balance Rs. 9, 00, 000.00 against position of flat in November 2016. We tried to contact, all the phone numbers are not working. office also closed. mails & website not working. Please help us to recover our money or getting our flat.

I am working in small private firm and after seeing ad in news paper adout dreamz lowest rate flats we planned to have it. Then I booked a flat in JP Nagar (Bangalore) Dreamz-Sarvottham project on 29/03/2015. The sales executive had shown us the project site and the details with 18 Month construction time and taken booking amount of 3, 00, 000 Rs. I booked it in the last year I.e., 2015 starting but now it's 2017 when we visited the site there is no even single sign of changes happens and land owners kept their sign board which is not there in our MOU form.
Regarding this we consulted their CRMs( They are changing every Month) asked them to change of project and give a ready project i.e Dreams-Sneh or etc, but they told to wait 2 Months I waited 3 Months and when I called that number it's switched off every time. So I felt like I have cheated by those guys and my lot of colleagues gave bad reviews for that company but still I kept hope and gone for it now they are laughing at me. So I decided to cancel my flat n when we visited to their office @ Teachers colony, near silk board it was closed. Please do the needful asap and waiting for your reply.
