I had booked a Wagon R on 11th November '20 (PNR[protected]) in Bangalore (Bellandur hub). The booking was for 3 days with fuel expenses covered. I submitted the fuel bills (2 nos) of Rs. 3557/-. After submission the following things happened:
- They refused to refund a fuel bill of Rs. 1000/- stating that the vehicle no is not mentioned as I had to refill the fuel at a remote location on my way to bangalore (even thought the their was no policy or terms and conditions mentioning the same.
- Out of the pending amount of Rs. 2557/- they refunded only Rs. 1335. The pending amount of Rs. 1222/- was never refunded.
I have been following up for months for my refund and I only get false assurances that it will be done in 5 working days which is going on since last 7 months. Now they have even stopped to responding to my mails.
This is customer harassment and they should be help accountable. This is not ethical.
