I had booked a Wagon R on 11th November '20 (PNR[protected]) in Bangalore (Bellandur hub). The booking was for 3 days with fuel expenses covered. I submitted the fuel bills (2 nos) of Rs. 3557/-. After submission the following things happened:
- They refused to refund a fuel bill of Rs. 1000/- stating that the vehicle no is not mentioned as I had to refill the fuel at a remote location on my way to bangalore (even thought the their...

I rented a vehicle for 8th Mar 2022 to 15th Mar 2022. But on 8th Mar before I could collect my vehicle, my booking was cancelled. I tried customer care but received no reply on chat and mail. There is no phone number available.

After cancellation, I waited for my refund. But is not paid yet. It is showing - "Your refund request has been received. We will update the status in 2 working days". But it has been 1 week and refund is not given. I receive no reply from chat and mails. Phone number is not available.
