Driving License — application no [protected] not dispatched

Dear sir,

I have passed driving test on[protected]
At rto bangalore (East), kasturi nagar. It has been more than 45 day but still it is pending at rto office.
All other formalities has been completed but still it is pending to dispatch.
Please let me know why it is progress at rto office. I am add my license no and application number below.
