Receipt no. 16D/1053769.

It's almost 6th month I have not received my DL, kindly look in to it, take proper action. I have also gone to Tardeo RTO,
For enquiry but I did not got any response
I am facing lots of problems,
I have paid fine also, want to police Station also.
It is totally ignorance from RTO,
