[Resolved]  Drl Solution — offered fake data entry job - after completion of task - claiming money by calling it unsatisfactory

During the lockdown, i was looking for work from home jobs and i applied at multiple jobs listed on quikr. The same day i received a call from [protected], a lady on the phone claiming her name to be riya patel told me that my profile is selected for work from home. Post that she explained that i have to fill up 1200 forms in 8 days and my submission date of this project will be 6th june. However, to my surprise they did not collect any of my bank account details to pay me as any genuine company would do. Instead, she mentioned that they charge a registration fee of 6700 rs which will be deducted from the salary of 30, 000 rs.

And, she mentioned that if i do not meet the 90% accuracy, they will not pay me anything and i have to pay them 6700 rs. However, keeping this in mind, i worked tirelessly day and night to fill up those 1200 forms and rechecked all of them again and got help from my wife to check all of them just to ensure that they should not come up with an excuse where they say they will not pay me after getting all the work done.
And, that is exactly what happened, after i submitted my work, they emailed me that they will check and get back to me in 2-3 days, however, they got back to me within a day and sent an email calling a legal notice without giving an explanation of what was my mistake, which clearly was from a fake email id.

And this is when my doubts came true and i was assured that they are a fraud company just looting money by fooling innocent people.

After which, i investigated and found the email id they have sent the fake email of legal notice did not even have a domain and they just pasted a copy of the ecourts website below the email to give it an authenticated look.

I did exchange a couple of emails with them claiming that they are a fake company doing fraud with innocent people.

All i want now is an apology from them on email and accept that it was a fake legal notice.

And, i request you to take strict action against this company.
