[Resolved] Drobekart — Not received my order since 4 months

I placed an order for heels on Instagram page Drobekart. I ordered Pink coloured, kitten heels for which I paid ₹2500 and I also paid ₹150 shipping also. I placed the orde on 1st Dec 2021. It has been almost 4 months now that I have not received my order. I have followed up with Tanvi every week or so about my order status. Initially they replied it’s delayed because of China lockdown, then they said it’s in transit and shared a shipping detail sheet, but which apparently did not have my details and thereafter she stopped responding to my calls and messages on Instagram and WhatsApp. I feel cheated and look forward to being refunded I don’t want to deal with such hoax businesses.

Owner reached out to me and said they will ship my product. And clarified why it wasn’t delivered earlier. She hasn’t shared any tracking id yet. So resolving this complaint in hope for the best.
