Placed a prepaid order with Drobekart. The delivery time mentioned was 25-27 working days. It’s been 60 days and there’s no response from the owner about the status of the order.
They are replying to all other messages and taking on new orders while being unable to service existing ones.

I had placed an order with Drobekart in January 2024 and was given a 27 working day delivery time frame. It’s been 60 days since I’ve placed the order and not received anything. The owner is responding to queries regarding the same, nor is she willing to refund.

I had placed the order on 2nd February 2023 and I haven’t received the other item even till today 15th May 2023 . What’s worse is that since past one week I have been trying to get a response from her, but she has very conveniently stopped replying to my calls and msgs.
Its the 18th day of me trying to reach out to her and her not being bothered by a customer. All this while she’s actively engaged in promoting her business. I see her coming online on WhatsApp, I once even heard the call waiting while i had been calling her, she was on the call with someone but didn't bother to answer. No response nothing.
And I’m sure there must be many more whom she would be scamming. She is a thief!

She is scamming people and I’m in so much stress, for once getting it delayed would still be okay with me but now shes online and posting pictures and all but is not replying!! That suggests that she did it on purpose.

I haven't received my 2250 worth of product that I ordered on 1 April 2022. When I asked for refund, she stopped responding me

I had placed an order for 3 outfits in May. She said it will take 25-30 days for delivery. It’s been 5 months and I still haven’t received 1 outfit . She said that I will receive a refund for the same but I still haven’t received it. The co-ord set is of a really low quality. The jumpsuit doesn’t fit me well. I requested her for alterations and she lost my parcel. Recovered it after a month and now the fit is even worse. Now she is refusing to take my calls or reply to any of my messages.

I orderd a heel from the insta page drobekart they heel was around something 2750 I did the payment online from Google pay the owner said that uh will get ur parcel in 25 to 30 working days.and now it has been more than 2 months and now she's ignoring my messages not receiving my calls

Had placed an order on april 7th. Have still not received the product. Tanvi is just weaving webs of lies and empty promises. Its been 3 months now...no order and no refund inspite of repeated follow ups from my side. Now she has stopped responding.

please who ever has any issue kindly report her page let the insta account to be down
share with friend and make story to report the page .

I am not very fond of Instagram shopping and I did fell into this fancy looking online shop that so inhuman Fashion Bloggers promote, obviously FAKE AND PAID PROMOTIONS Now that I have realized

She isn't accepting that she didn't follow my sizes well, not that it may not happen BUT ACCEPTANCE, luckily all that is found in the Whatsapp chat shows her how negligent her work is

Don't be impressed when she replies to you SUPER QUICK when you are placing orders, trust me later she vanishes, she won't answer calls, won't reply to our texts, even though keep posting status, stories, will come online and then we text SHE EXCLAIMS I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE SHE HAS TO RESPOND
Oh she also mentions that she has THANKFULLY NOT BLOCKED ME

Now, I'm still waiting for her to get the outfits god knows from where- says China as if people have not started troubleshooting lockdowns in the last 2 years. Plus was not mentioned to me that these will be specifically imported on placing the order, her confirmation states 25-30 working days- Just a big miss for anyone looking for clothes URGENTLY.

So far I can't comment on the quality- the golden buttons she used were super gaudy for one outfit, which I asked to be replaced let's see once I see what is delivered, I will come back to comment on that fosure

So I had placed an order on 1 December 2021, for which I kept following up with them continuously for 4 months!! And the owner did not care to respond to my messages until I had raised a consumer complaint earlier! She messaged me to take the complaint down and then only she will ship my product - such audacity she had! And only because I thought of giving her second chance- I took the complaint down.only to recieve fraud shipment. She is the worst businesswoman I have ever come across. She has tortured me since 4 months now!! I want the refund, as I have received wrong product from what I had ordered

I placed an order for heels on Instagram page Drobekart. I ordered Pink coloured, kitten heels for which I paid ₹2500 and I also paid ₹150 shipping also. I placed the orde on 1st Dec 2021. It has been almost 4 months now that I have not received my order. I have followed up with Tanvi every week or so about my order status. Initially they replied it’s delayed because of China lockdown, then they said it’s in transit and shared a shipping detail sheet, but which apparently did not have my details and thereafter she stopped responding to my calls and messages on Instagram and WhatsApp. I feel cheated and look forward to being refunded I don’t want to deal with such hoax businesses.

I placed an order on 1st January 2022 and from then it’s been more than 3 months and i haven’t received my order whereas i was told that i’d get it by the end of the month. I paid 2400rs for it and she hasn’t refunded either. this is a scamming page which keeps scamming people on a daily basis. she refuses to talk on call and gives excuses please take her page and fraud company down. I have seen many other reviews stating the same

I have found this Drobekart website in instagram which was advertised by Jacqueline Fernandez, I really liked the dress so without taking much of the time I requested to place an order, So Tanvi is the person who handles both instagram chats and WhatsApp messages she informed me it takes 18 to 30 working days except sat and Sunday...

It's been more than 30 working days I have not received my order, I'm messaging Tanvi who informed me you have to wait and the sad news is still my order number is not created, neither the order is dispatched but she keep on tells me that it's an international order.

I have placed many international orders but there was not delay like how it happened from this website, I requested her many times but she informed you can go legal, now I'm thinking to file a a FIR or consumer complaint for not delivering my order and even they do not have the policy to refund..

I will take the necessary actions, I request you to not to buy anything from this website as it is a complete scam and product will not be delivered.

These people show images and send something entirely different and cheap to their clients . And when u complain they say no exchange or refunds .they are complete cheats and should be banned from Instagram before they keep cheating more people .

I had placed an order for a satin gown to Drobekart on whatsapp on 7th August 2021 with affirmation from Ms. Tanvi Shah ( owner ) with advance payment of ₹4000
At first, she refused to clear my doubts regarding material selection for the piece by not replying to my messages.
I received the piece on 1st September and upon trial I realised that the dress was completely ill fitting inspite of all measurements given.
To clear the same problems, I called her 6 times but she clearly refused to talk to me over call and told me to express my grievances only through whatsapp ( which caused the problem of communicating in the first place)

I paid ₹4000 in advance which is a very high amount and received a bad quality product for which Ms. Tanvi Shah refuses to talk to me or let me personally come over so that her tailor could take my measurements as I have very less time left to wear that dress for the occasion I am attending.

I came across more complaints against her and upon research I realised that her instagram account has fake followers to make her look genuine and easily scam people and take their money.

I am shocked and annoyed by how she fools people into taking their money and not even accepting to cater to their complaints let alone process a refund for the horrible product.

I request you to help me get my money back and damages costs and shall return her the dress to her shipping address.

I have bought a dress from instagram platform website drobekart, where i have paid 4500 for two dresses I received those dresses aftr 2 months and when i rec, it was a whole different thing the picture which was shown and the product which they have sent us is of such a low quality and now they do not offer refund neither exchange
