I placed droom gloves order during sale and completed the payment and my order was placed but after 2-3 days a message came from droom that ur order is cancelled due to automatic verification failed . With reference to your e-mail regarding consumer complaint against droom.in, The customer has already participated in our previouse promotional deal, due to that his order 25511236 got canceled in the auto verification process. Droom has already resoved this complaint and also communicated the same to the customer as well. As per Droom policies, a buyer can participate only once in a promotional/deal.
