I own a hyosung 650 gtr 2011 model. From last 1 year i am looking for ecu (Part number: 32900h89310) for my bike as the ecu of my bike is dead and i am not able to ride my bike since last 1 year. I own 2 more bikes of hyosung and i always recommend hyosung bikes to all my friends also because i am loyal customer of hyosung. But now i am totally dissatisfied with the treatment which i receive from all your dealerships which is totally pathetic, whenever i go to any dealership i got only one reply that the ecu which you want is the old ecu and now the company has changed the ecu in new version of the bike. But my question is what about the customers who owns the old version of the bike. It is not their fault that the company launched the new version of the bike with different ecu.
It is the responsibility of the company to provide the spare parts of the older versions of the bikes to keep the old customers happy instead of attracting the new customers as old customers are those customers who gave the business to your company when the company was new.
Kindly, look into this complaint/request of mine and please get the ecu available and it is not just me there are lots of other bike owners who are experiencing the same problem.
