      Hi, My self Pramod i used to order spares for my bike Hyosung GT250R from Authorized Hyosung showroom pune. For payments i used to do IMPS transfer. In the same way I transferred the money on December 30th to company account n.o [protected], DSK MOTOWHEELS pvt ltd, Kotak Mahindra bank.         I bought hyosung gt650r in 2019, from dsk hyosung okhla phase 2.
        At that time that was the only showroom/workshop for hyosung in delhi. But now that is closed and I have no where to go with my Rs.6 lac motorcycle.
        None of the showroom contacts are available too.

            I am requesting a return/shipping label with the return address from the company. Three items were sent in error and christian g. Has not responded to assist. Surely you don’t expect me to pay for shipping on incorrect items sent by your company! Thank you for your cooperation.               Dear sir, sub-stray dogs creating a havoc in our colony. The number of stray dogs in our colony are increasing by the day, not only are they creating havoc at odd hours but also the security of the residents in danger.                 I own a hyosung 650 gtr 2011 model. From last 1 year i am looking for ecu (Part number: 32900h89310) for my bike as the ecu of my bike is dead and i am not able to ride my bike since last 1 year. I own 2 more bikes of hyosung and i always recommend hyosung bikes to all my friends also because i am loyal customer of hyosung. But now i am totally dissatisfied with the treatment which i receive from all your dealerships which is totally pathetic, whenever i go to any dealership i got only one reply that the ecu which you want is the old ecu and now the company has changed the ecu in new version of the bike. But my question is what about the customers who owns the old version of the bike. It is not their fault that the company launched the new version of the bike with different ecu.

                It is the responsibility of the company to provide the spare parts of the older versions of the bikes to keep the old customers happy instead of attracting the new customers as old customers are those customers who gave the business to your company when the company was new.

                Kindly, look into this complaint/request of mine and please get the ecu available and it is not just me there are lots of other bike owners who are experiencing the same problem.

                  Hello Team,

                  I had booked HYOSUNG BIKE GTR 250 on 25-Sep-2014 by Paying 50000 INR but have Cancelled due to some personal reasons. They have not refunded me the amount of booking.I asked many times but they refused and the Show room is closed now. I am helpless. Please help me in this regard.

                    Hi! My name is ali ashraf and i am one of the owner of hyosung comet gt250r. Actually i just want to express my views regarding the dsk service center. First of all i would like to say that i am the big lover of dsk bike but i got disappointed since i brought my bike from kolkata to siliguri. Actually due some minor incident my bike’s indicator is been damaged and i was looking for the repair. Since i was not familiar with this place i asked to local bike mechanics and got to know the shocking news that in entire siliguri there is no service center and spare parts shops of dsk hyosung. I am totally perplexed since i come to know this. I request “dsk” to kindly look into this matter and try to open some service center in siliguri because since i am residing out here i’ve seen some more owners of comet bike and when i discussed them regarding the service center i came to know there concern is also same as mine. So being a customer and a bike lover of dsk i request you people to kindly open the service center and few of the spare parts shops as soon as possible, so that it will help to enhance the customer and sale of hyosung bike. Regards.

                      I had gone to hyosung service centre in hyderabad on 22/06/2018 for buying spares for my hyosung gtr 250.. They destroyed the orignal packing and told me that those parts are of 7500/-rs..
                      Then i contacted hyosung service pune and they told me those same spare parts for just 4500/- rs..
                      Then for what the hyderabad service centre charging me 3000/- rs more on mrp..

                        I am living in vadodara and purched from ahemdabad so we conform that servicing is providing in vadodara now they are not providing service.
                        Second we agree for come to ahemdabad for service than now they told me that there is no free service providing in ahemdabad but in booklet of the bike there is 2 free services. So i called the manager for complain but return in the solution he told me that do what you want to do we are not providing free service.
                        So please help me out

                            I have been in much vain since i have booked my bike with dsk hyosung.
                            Service levels are distressing. You cannot sell your bikes in premium category unless you treat your customers like one.
                            My registration details were incorrectly submitted to rto by the dealers and upon frequent follow up i was only disappointed.
                            I received by rc book after 9 months i owned a bike after multiple follow ups and appointment i took at rto. Dsk never helped me on this matter and then i came to know that dsk passed on incorrect information.
                            I have never received my insurance papers and did not receive any calls on insurance renewals and i have missed it.
                            I have never received any service/feedback related calls as these days even a bicycle owner/company do that. Your service level do not even match a company selling bicycles.
                            I have not received any communication on hyosung bikers group which should have been done immediately after delivery.
                            It feels like customers have been cheated exceptionally and i would never recommend hyosung bikes to friends & family.

                            I was contacted immediately after I launched a complain and I was promised that someone will get in touch with me to resolve all the above reported issue. Until today no one has contacted me from Hyosung.

                            All this delay and unresponsive behavior is forcing me to take legal actions.

                              My bike is not been serviced from 3 months and it’s rear fan is not working i am calling in service center from 3 months and the are just giving excuses i want to say that there service is very poooooorrrrr i want my bike to get serviced and my fan to be repaired as soon as possible

                                I am owner of aquila gv250. The only problem i am facing is heating issue of this air cooled engine. It gets super hot within 5-6 km on open road and within 10 min on traffic road. Its almost impossible to ride a bike for 50km without a half hour stoppage to cool down and this bike falls under cruiser segment.

                                If this is the common issue then its my mistake that i bought this bike and if its an issue, i like to get this fixed.

                                  Hi team i am hysong gv250 aquila user from past 2 years and my bike chain spockets are gone just for 6000 km with in a year and when i checked with the surfers automobiles jayanagar bangalore they said it will not cover under warranty and i have used so many high end bikes and i didnt see that for any bike chain spockets are gone for 6500 km and in my recent visit to the sevice center i met hysong service manager and he enquired and he said he will take necessary action but its already 1 week the vechile is in service center and no action was taken.

                                    I own a hyosung gt650n and had given to the jayanagar, bangalore service center for minor wiring and shorting issue. They bike was returned to me in a condition worse than ever with many more problems which were never seen before. I had to hand over the bike back to them and had to confront them about the faulty service for which they agreed to fix and return. It’s been almost 2 months since then and the unqualified personnel haven’t been able to fix the issues they created and don’t have the basic sense to call back and provide the status of the progress. This is very unprofessional and unreasonable for a super bike franchise. I’ve complained about this to the customer care over an call and i don’t see a complaint being registered nor any sort of assistance provided. This is utterly shameful. I’ve reached a stage where i regret being a hyosung costumer.

                                      Mere pass hyosung gt650r hai vo start nai hota or service karje jo aaya tha banda vo bike mai bolt dalna bhul gaya hai main ne usko 5bar bola vo koi reply bhi nahi de raha abhi to bike ko sirf 2month thi hua hai or ye sari problem as rahi hai or after 2months bhi bike ke papers bhi nahi aaaye abhi tak bike ka passing nahi ho paya...6.25 lakhs ki bike hai but service to 2peso jesi bhi nahi hai

                                        This complaint is regarding the DSK hyosung NOIDA SEC 63 dealer.

                                        They are fraud and THE BEST part is their misbehaviour against their fault.

                                        I own gv250 and bought it in .feb 2017. I started facing problems in my bike regarding battery. I went to the noida showroom and told them about the issue. The issue was the old battery given with new bike. They told me that they are not having battery, it will be available next week.

                                        After a week, my bike's battery was completely dead and it was not starting at all. I called the road assistance and they towed my bike to the Noida dealer. I was happy with the road assistance service.

                                        Now, the worst part comes in, the noida dealer denied replacing the battery saying that you are not getting your bike serviced here. If i will get my bike service here then only they will replace the battery. This is insane, i have bought bike from there and they are denying the warranty of My 4 month old bike.

                                        I called police and after their intervention only, i got my battery replaced. So i will request you guys to never go to this dealer

                                        Also, they charge heavily on spare parts. I asked them for free flow exhaust for my bike. They gave me cost of Rs. 22, 000 for it. However, i bought the same exhaust from Okhla DSK dealer for Rs. 16, 000 only. There was a big difference o[censored]njustified Rs. 6000. The story was same with the footrest as well.

                                        Please don't trust the Noida dealer specially the sales guy Shailendra, he is a big cheater. The owner and the service man Atif are comparatively better but this salesperson is a complete ##### and will blow your mind with his behaviour.
