DSL Express Packers And Movers — Not genuine, fake commitments

My review in one line, not recommended, they don't deliver what they promise as they don't have network
except few metro cities and after packing DSL will handover to local venders who delivers goods without responsibilities.
Can you handover all your items openly to them without packing?
Perhaps, you can not count your missing items(may be small or having low cost) in months in that case.

I took their service from Pune(MH) to Anand (Gujarat).
DSL (Pune handler [protected]) has very good team in Pune. I had positive opinion about DSL from a friend.
So, after submit ion of my enquiry a gentle man (Marketing person, Mr. Gopal([protected] (Tushar Salunke as in TrueCaller)))
asked for a visit and arrived at scheduled time was polite and as I had positive opinion I opted their service and paid 500Rs as token money to
Amarjeet Kanshiram([protected] Paytm) who is head of DSL Pune. DSL packing team arrived on scheduled date but 4:00 PM instead of 3:00 PM.

In 4 hours, they did their job perfectly, laminated all bags, cartons box in plastic wrapper and I was very happy with their
packaging skills and behaviour so even after that they asked for tea and "Bakhshish" which I paid to each
worker 100Rs.
Now the actual story, I had to receive items/luggage after 2 days, so at destination, every single carton was opened
shifted to another carton just simply packed with tape or almost open. People who came to deliver were pretending like they were doing favor for me.
Many items might be missing and we will recognize it later. Trolley bags even after fully wrapped/laminated in plastic, the mice/rat gnawed my trolley bags.
They promised door to door service and settings up all items e.g. beds were dismantled in Pune but refused
to set it again at destination, same Water purifier and TV which they promised and the reason is well known delivery
boys were not from DSL but any local guys.
...and even I was asked to come to highway to receive my items otherwise they will go to Ahmedabad and then will be delivered after 2 days in returning.

I am mentioning all their fake promises so that people don't trust upon fake marking agents.
Please don't talk about commitment, you have paid already before delivery and now they will tell another story and disown responsibilities,
will not attend your calls and may block you finally.
Well, put their Nigdi Pune, address in google and you may find another company.
