I am a distributor with the mf and i have been trying desperately to reach customer care. The customer care number [protected] doesn't seem to connect. It is getting disconnected even before connection, which is the worst thing to happen. Company who doesnt revert to distributors how will they revert to consumers. Their careless attitude as inspite of multiple requests for call back over mail, i didnt get a single proper revert. The entire customer care team seems to sleep over requests and expecting a call back is actually a big deal.
