    I redeemed my sip and received msg as Citi has effected the payment to your a/c x1297, BANK OF BARODA, Nariman Point, INR28, 144.77, 09/06/21, Ref# 601688/104, UTR# CITIN[protected], DSP MUTUAL FUND REDEMPTION AC. On 09/06/2021.But amount is not credited in my account so far....

    I have opened a SIP folio in the name of my son who is minor and my name and PAN is added as guardian in the folio. I am first holder of that saving bank account which is added in folio and from which monthly SIP contribution is being deducted.
    Now When I am in crisis of money and wanted to redeem some amount from that folio, DSP MF is saying that as per SEBI guideline you have to open a saving bank account in the name of minor as...

    Hello
    I have requested for redemption of DSP black rock MF (Tax saving) Bond (eligible for redemption) invested couple of years back and online portal also show redemptions is processed on 07 Dec 2020, but i haven't received the redemption proceeds. I have escalated the issue several times to customer care cell under complaint No being 90026208. Every time i used to received same standard reply " Your request will be processed within next 48 hour" However no appropriate actions were taken by DSP mutual fund.

    Request your kind intervention and provide us the redemption amount and take necessary actions on DSP Mutual Funds

          I am a distributor with the mf and i have been trying desperately to reach customer care. The customer care number [protected] doesn't seem to connect. It is getting disconnected even before connection, which is the worst thing to happen. Company who doesnt revert to distributors how will they revert to consumers. Their careless attitude as inspite of multiple requests for call back over mail, i didnt get a single proper revert. The entire customer care team seems to sleep over requests and expecting a call back is actually a big deal.
          Height of careless and unresponsive attitude!!!

            1 year ago i had taken an sip of 2000 per month with dsp black rock. Two months ago i had asked for it to shut down. I signed the relevant forms but last and this month money for further deducted, (And returned lower than principle amounts due to market conditions). Apart from wrongful deduction, money has still not been refunded and my agent (Yes bank) does not seem to know a timeline as to when the refund will happen. More than 15 working days have passed

              I had invested close to ₹5000 each in dsp blackrock liquid fund & short term debt fund. But now i am unable to withdraw the entire amount. I get a message saying minimum ₹500 has to be maintained in the account. This wasn't made clear to me initially. Thereby ₹1000 is stuck in those accounts. Their customer care no is always busy. ₹500 is blocked in each fund with them. I believe this is illegal. Please help me get my money back.

                Ihave started an SIP in below mentioned skims long back. Few mistakes were taken place while filling the form. Signature mistake from my side, as have given cheque from my child hold account which has my old signature.
                And my agent has enter in correct email ID. instead of @yahoo.com he has written yahoomail.com.
                My folio numbers are

                i am an NRI now, every alternate year I am filling the forms and sending it to you. to correct the mistakes. But no action from your side.
                Every time when I do signature verification from bank, they charge me 80 Rs per sign verification.
                Register post charges extra.
                This time please tell me the sure way to update my details. Or I will definitely going to Sebi this time. Its not for money, I have already spent more amount than invested with you, BUT its just to stop companies like you from looting common persons money with some odd pretext.
                Hope mail will be forwarded to some sensible responsible person.who understands common persons requirement.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  My self Nitesh Samanata (BVKPS4129J).I have transact on 15.11.2016 for DSP BlackRock Microcap Fund for Rs.10000/- through BSE Platform. I transferred the money immediately.

                  After few days when I was not receive any statement from DSP BlackRock AMC I asked about it from BSE associate. He imformed that, due to some reason the transaction was void.

                  But ultimately I received the money on 5.12.2016. When I asked about it from BSE associate, he informed me that the DSPBlackrock AMC returned the money quite late.

                  If I would received the money quite earlier then I could invest the money once again when the NAV was down.

                  I wants to invest again but at the NAV value of 21/11/2016( as if transaction was void then I should get the money within 3 days means 19th Dec 2016, as it was Saturday so Monday 21st Dec 2016 should be the NAV date of investment).

                  ​Sir, please see this matter seriously.​

                    My daughter, (Mrs) Neeru Gupta had made investment in DSP Black Rock Mutual Fund, World Gold Fund - Regular Plan - Dividend vide folio no. 3441114/77. She put in her redemption request on 27 Oct 2016 at 05:58:11 A.M. She have an email confirmation to this effect. But the funds have not been transferred to her bank account till date even after TEN DAYS.

                    Such mutual funds must be penalised by SEBI and other statutory authorities.
                    Her ARN (MF distributor)says that fund are transferred after FIVE WORKING DAYAS. Is it correct?

                      Hi,

                      I had recently sent redemption request for my Mutual fund from DSP Blackrock Mutual Fund. But the amount never got credited to my account. On checking with their call centre, I came to know that the amount was transferred to some other bank account. They said that this account number was erroneously mentioned by me in my application form. Last two digits of the account number were interchanged.

                      I have a saving account with ICICI bank. I had taken SIP from DSP and filled ECS form for auto debit. Money was automatically getting debited from this account for more than a year. If the account number was wrongly mentioned then how come the money was getting debitted from right account? Even while transferring they should have matched account number and name of the account holder. This was not done and money is now transferred to a third person's account.

                      I have been chasing DSP for more than a month. I have already made three applications (First 2 applications were conveniently not received by them). But till now I have been getting response that they are chasing ICICI Bank and have got no reply from them.

                      Please suggest whom should I approach and what should I do to get back my hard earned money.
