Though my pincode is a serviceable area, The delivery executive of DTDC is not dispatching my materials at home.. They are telling to come their main branch office which 30 kilometres away from my area.. During this pandemic it's almost impossible to reach there. So kindly approve this complaint and get my essential materials home delivered.

I sent a courier (docs) from baroda Makarpura franchise to delhi naraina area. They didn't reach upto address and returned my courier showing reason receiver not available. Whereas this was a address of a house where family members were never absent from home. There delivery boy must not have reached upto home. Now miss pooja at Naraina office says you didnt mention mobile no thats why it was not delivered. Whereas they must have made a call...

I booked a parcel from DTDC branch "sahil enterprise; Rd, Beside Maple Residence, Biswa Bangla Sarani, Action Area 1A, Krishnapur, Mohishgot, Kolkata, West Bengal 700102" on 10th July at around 6 pm to ship to PIN 737134, Singtam. It was light weight package and the tracking number K37119255. The representative said the package was about 75gms and then measured it as it was light weight. After measurement it considered as less than 1kg category by volume and charged me Rs.300. It supposed to deliver on Wednesday 14th Jul as per our conversation.
I waited until 14th July and then the delay started. It was lying or tampered carefully in this duration, I believe. After multiple followup with customercare we need to pick from one DTDC office at singtam, sikkim on 19th July around 6 pm from mr.Rakesh.
The package was visually tampered ( I have photo) still we took it to open. To our surprise the item had been replaced by something else and packed. They used blade to cut the brown tape and repacked it. I called immediately Rakesh, DTDC representative at Singtam to talk about tampered package. He said to talk to the source branch. He also mentioned that package open/close in cargo with CCD camera on, that might help to track the culprit. I have no clue now whom should I reach. The DTDC customer care works 9:30am-6:00pm. I could not reach after the incident. I put a online complain to DTDC, the complain/ticket number 573846.
I have attached all the details about items and chat history with my fiancé before and after placing the courier order to validate my claim. I have photo of item parceled, bill of the item.
I need my actual product returned or compensate equally with benefits for all the harassment I am going through right now. I would ready to file court case as per law if required.

Hii Dtdc is worst service anyone can use

i have ordered laptop from pune to junagadh, but parcel got out for delivery in any other city Rajkot ( 200 KM ) away from destination
then i got message area is not servicesable
now my 1.5 lakh worth of laptop is gone from two weeks
ill need my laptop in next 1 week
otgerwise i'll sue tge company
in case of fraud

I am supposed to receive a parcel which is sent by DTDC from Jaipur to Patna AWB D87452978 which is important to us but I am unable to track it.i called the coustomer service also but they did not receive my calls.
Please resolve the issue and oblige.

Respected Sir, I want to surrender my franchise NF1242( Ram Nagar) and request you to kindly refund my
amount deposited by me (1000- registration fees, 100000- refundable security amount, 18000- for Kit, and 5000-
for software). I have done single payment for 1, 23000 as final payment on 08 June 2021 with Transaction ID
[protected]. After a week I received my code and FRPlus login details on 16 JUNE 2021. As early I started to
work, new challenge appeared in front, the Delivery Part which was not told to me, from starting I have provided
an option to choose delivery part, nobody tells me about the mandatory delivery part while applying for franchise.
CMO also did not tell me about the Stationary cost, different charges for Enterprises and normal franchise,
disadvantages of enterprises etc. Even after asking so many times he did not tell me about the components and
usage of the Kit., etc.
Sir, it is very much annoying and impossible to work for me like this, there’s lot of things which is not mentioned by
anyone to me while processing for franchise, disregarding so many problems and conditions given to me after the
final payment of 1, 23000 . I tried to do best and to not give up so easily but, in this none of your team member
supported me. I tried so hard to convey and resolve my problems with your team members by calling them and
meeting them again and again but nothing happened accordingly. Sir, they even did not respond me well, all were
busy in their works and I believe we can not work well if our team did not support us well.
Sir, I have made my payment a month ago no agreement is made till now, no kit is delivered to me, they are still
giving me the reason of Pandemic Corona Virus. Before payment I was told that after payment received in your
company account, an agreement will be made in a week between both the parties(Nisra Traders and DTDC) but
nothing done.
Sir kindly, refund my refundable security amount that is 100000 rupees and 18000 for the kit and 5000 for
software which I had paid you, because I do not want to continue hence I do not need your kit and software.
I have paid my last bill generated against my code and ready to pay all dues. Please start my refund process as
early.
Kindly, close my code NF1242 and refund my total amount 1, 24000. Please revert me as soon as you can.

Hi! I also have a complain with DTDC courier services. Courier tracking says Office close/door lock (CIR). There were 2 contact numbers on the parcel, but they never called.

The DTDC Pottammal Junction, Road, Kuthiravattom, Kozhikode, Kerala 673016 didn't do a home delivery yet. The item reached the office on Saturday, but they didn't do the delivery still, though the payment for home delivery was made. Please do needful.

The delivery executive is entered to the lady's home without calling.There is issue of security of a women.If you are a women please don't not send or receive order through dtdc.

I had to receive an important courier on 17th July at Mysore and the parcel was sent from Kerala. On 17th july, the courier status was "OUT FOR DELIVERY" but no one contacted me. The next day they changed the status to "Receiver not available". I tried the Mysore main branch number and its not even ringing. Google is full of bad comments and similar incidents about reported against DTDC. They are purposefully making customers go and collect the parcels themselves.

The books have been shipped on 3rd July 2021 but still not deliver to provided address. Last term my books was delivered at this location no its saying ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR). Nobody has called or tried to reach me or my location and the status at tracking in not delivered.

My classes have been started from 5th July and i am laging in my studies. Please deliver my book asap.

This is Stanley David. I have paid the book fees and I made the payment of Rs700 online on 7th July to Mr. Manu in DTDC gottigere bangalore to courier my kid (Erick - MONT 1) books from "Carmel academy" Bangalore as instructed by the school.

But still now I have not received the books and there is no response from the DTDC contact person also.

I have called them several times and mailed them too many times(please see the chain mails) and still there is no response.

My Package with AWB D87248601 has not been delivered to me and on tracking details it is showing “Receiver refused Delivery”. The delivery person never came or called me then how come would I’ve refused the acceptance of delivery. I want this package delivered to me ASAP

Hello DTDC,

Please check below shipments addressed to Raghuram T. They are not delivered, the receiver name is different - you delivered to a wrong person. The DTDC office in Kanchikacherla never delivers the courier to home, we need to go to DTDC office and collect every time, The person having this franchise is not delivering any package to home - Though you are collecting money to deliver the courier to home.

The parcel has been mis routed with informing the same. Do look forward to this issue and resolve asap. It is o[censored]tmost importance. Show some more professionalism next time.

We booked online pickup from Delhi to Arani, TN. The weight of the package was 30kg when they picked it from the Location. But when we received at the Arani Branch it says 25.8kg. We asked about the change in weight, they answered saying it was booked at 25.8kg and we were shocked hearing it and didnt receive the parcel from them. It's been few days and we don't even have a proper portal to complain or any proper response from them as well. Booking id :#D77542259
