I had my watch shipped from Hyderabad to Delhi. and obviously, it came out damaged. There are a few things that I have to say. They never pick up their customer care number. I had to email them by making an account on their website. Well, I finally got a call. They first blamed me that my side packed the watch so it is my fault(which isn't the case). I was put on a conference with the local DTDC office in Hyderabad and the friend who shipped my watch. It was then proved that DTDC has packed my watch and had sent it. the irony is I sent that friend to the DTDC office Hyderabad and made the DTDC Hyderabad send the email that the watch got damaged during its travel. All this was proved. Now, I was told by the agent that I will surely get a refund. I wasn't contacted again. I was never able to reach them even though I repeatedly called them and sent them messages through their website. Very disappointing. It is the latest iPhone watch se. If anyone can do anything about it please do.

I didn't receive my courier but on website it showing as successful delivered. Your courier boy took it for at 11.20 on July 31 2021 but still I didn't receive it. But your website it showing me it's delivered but I didn't receive it . That's the proof of delivery. I need my courier.

Hi, i haven't received my parcel having AWB/ID ( T[protected] . I have not received any call from dtdc and the dtdc tracking website shows the status as delivered . The customer care is pathetic no one picks call .

I have no idea how without the consent of receiver they can show it delivered . This is against law and the person should be punished for providing wrong information and fraud .

God knows they can deliver the package to anyone and mark delivered . There must some OTP to receiver which confirms that it is delivered to the owner of the parcel.

The delivery man who came twice to delivery my products behaved very rudely with me. He called to my phone once when I couldn't answer the call for which he called me again with in a minute, then I picked up his call. He came to my to my house and started shouted at me in public saying that why can't you answer call quickly?
And the other time he came to my house after 8pm and started horning his bike by calling to some other number which was not mentioned in the order details and started shouting at me again about the call.
Please consider this issue.

Delay in delivery of articles.

I didnt get any call from the courier team, they marked all my 3 orders as customer refused. When enquiry was raised the customer failed to respond.

Worst experience and frustrated with customer service. Courier placed on 5 th July but still not reached the destination. For DTDC plus charged me for 300rs. It's been more than 7days. What the hell is happening with my parcel. Is the parcel going by walk??AWB#R41947388

due to your people foolish mistakes and we r suffering.

We had a parcel couriered to Kerala from Mumbai through DTDC Kanjurmarg east branch which is under the Franchise of Samiksha Enterprises on 08/07/2021. The parcel weight was 2.92kg so we calculated 3kg as the total weight to deliver. They charged us 1790rs for that product. We made the payment through googlepay. Tracking number: Z64821338 Ref Number :[protected] this parcel have been delivered to a wrong address and wrong person, I have already paid for the order its saying delivered successfully in the dtdc tracking website i request a complete refund from DTCP

I booked courier by 28 may Consignment no - Z63794896 from 6 June staus is showing delivered but not received by receiver yet. I tried call and mail DTDC but all fake promise by customer care executive. Please do something it's already one month.

My courior number D66395842 is not yet delivered.This is a courior sent from Kerala to Mumbai on last june 28th 2021.

I have been follow - up with the customer care team from last month regarding my postage with Tracking number as mentioned in the subject line.
Dispatch date of the Postage - 5th June 2021.
From last week I have been getting an update that the courier will be delivered with in 2 days. I haven't got any update on the same. I also tried calling the number mentioned for the Rewa Franchise, it is continuously being switched off. On the tracking portal it is showing as delivered. The postage contains some very important documents. Can you please let me know when will be the postage delivered to the assigned address.
The contact number mentioned on the postage was [protected]. Have requested the customer care team to change the number to [protected].

I also raised a complaint on the tracking portal but the ticket was closed with in a couple of minutes. Request you to please look in to the matter as it has been almost more than a month the courier has been dispatched.

Consignment number- B77985086 not recieved yet and false status is updated as Door locked etc. the product is out for delivery since last 2 days which is completely unacceptable. There is no phone call recieved either. Plz resolve this asap.
