Hi, This is K Bhanu Prakash, My mother has sent me an important documents in dtdc courier on 10th july from chirala, ongole to hyderabad. They said i'll recieve it by Tuesday i.e. 13th july. i was tracking it since monday it is showing ADDRESS INCOMPLETE or WRONG CIR from 2 days. I didn't even get a call from DTDC couriers regarding package.

I have paid for Air service to get the parcel as earliest. but seems like they are sending it by road. this is kind of make the customer fool.

even after 6 days i am not able to receive the parcel at destination.

DTDC is not a reliable service

I have not received any call or message from the courier delivery agent.
Now, I'm tracking the shipment (Tracking No. - V[protected] and getting status on portal that "Tue, 13th Jul'21|19:51 Hrs - Not Delivered(RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE-(CIR)) "

Whenever, courier delivery agent comes over to the society for delivery goods, the Supertech security person calls us to check and do intimation about the delivery.br...

I had my watch shipped from Hyderabad to Delhi. and obviously, it came out damaged. There are a few things that I have to say. They never pick up their customer care number. I had to email them by making an account on their website. Well, I finally got a call. They first blamed me that my side packed the watch so it is my fault(which isn't the case). I was put on a conference with the local DTDC office in Hyderabad and the friend who shipped my watch. It was then proved that DTDC has packed my watch and had sent it. the irony is I sent that friend to the DTDC office Hyderabad and made the DTDC Hyderabad send the email that the watch got damaged during its travel. All this was proved. Now, I was told by the agent that I will surely get a refund. I wasn't contacted again. I was never able to reach them even though I repeatedly called them and sent them messages through their website. Very disappointing. It is the latest iPhone watch se. If anyone can do anything about it please do.

I didn't receive my courier but on website it showing as successful delivered. Your courier boy took it for at 11.20 on July 31 2021 but still I didn't receive it. But your website it showing me it's delivered but I didn't receive it . That's the proof of delivery. I need my courier.

Hi, i haven't received my parcel having AWB/ID ( T[protected] . I have not received any call from dtdc and the dtdc tracking website shows the status as delivered . The customer care is pathetic no one picks call .

I have no idea how without the consent of receiver they can show it delivered . This is against law and the person should be punished for providing wrong information and fraud .

God knows they can deliver the package to anyone and mark delivered . There must some OTP to receiver which confirms that it is delivered to the owner of the parcel.

The delivery man who came twice to delivery my products behaved very rudely with me. He called to my phone once when I couldn't answer the call for which he called me again with in a minute, then I picked up his call. He came to my to my house and started shouted at me in public saying that why can't you answer call quickly?
And the other time he came to my house after 8pm and started horning his bike by calling to some other number which was not mentioned in the order details and started shouting at me again about the call.
Please consider this issue.

Delay in delivery of articles.

I didnt get any call from the courier team, they marked all my 3 orders as customer refused. When enquiry was raised the customer failed to respond.

Worst experience and frustrated with customer service. Courier placed on 5 th July but still not reached the destination. For DTDC plus charged me for 300rs. It's been more than 7days. What the hell is happening with my parcel. Is the parcel going by walk??AWB#R41947388

Dear DTDC Authority, I am Amit Kumar Panja, I was a channel partner of DTDC ( KF2930), I wanted to do business with you with a very positive mindset but I lost my desire to work because of some useless and lying staff and I had to close my business every day for giving me false and misleading information. I make a written request and mail with the decision, but it is pending and my security deposit will not be refunded. Please return my money...

so the consignment rounding from delhi- jaipur- bangalore- yelahanka.
due to your people foolish mistakes and we r suffering.
who will compensate this loss. why u people r such a careless. working like fools.

please change the pin code as in LR. 561 203. Doddaballapur, karnataka.

We had a parcel couriered to Kerala from Mumbai through DTDC Kanjurmarg east branch which is under the Franchise of Samiksha Enterprises on 08/07/2021. The parcel weight was 2.92kg so we calculated 3kg as the total weight to deliver. They charged us 1790rs for that product. We made the payment through googlepay. When we checked in to DTDC app for an express delivery which we opted for was only 815rs for the parcel to be delivered. When we tried to confront them about the bill. They mentioned that is the amount charged and as it is a Franchise rates are different. If the company is same, even if it is a franchise the rates will alwats be the same. We also checked the BIll. Which was delivered with the parcel in Kerala. In that the amount was cancelled with pen and there is no amount mentioned or the mode of delivery which was opted for which was Express Delivery. They have sent into Air Cargo which is only for 610rs and they took extra money from us for only a 3kg parcel which is 1790rs which is a fraud towards a customer. I also want to make to your notice that there is no GST bill provided to us on both the bills at the courier nor on teh delivery. When I asked them about the GST bill. They told me to speak to the higher officials whom you spoken to related to this. This is clear case of fraud of charging extra amount from customer. I have also attached both the bills which is off non GST which is provided and the amount which I transfered of 1790rs. Please look into this seriously as this is not the professional way of business.

Tracking number: Z64821338 Ref Number :[protected] this parcel have been delivered to a wrong address and wrong person, I have already paid for the order its saying delivered successfully in the dtdc tracking website i request a complete refund from DTCP

I booked courier by 28 may Consignment no - Z63794896 from 6 June staus is showing delivered but not received by receiver yet. I tried call and mail DTDC but all fake promise by customer care executive. Please do something it's already one month.
