DTDC Courier & Cargo Complaints & Reviews

My consignment# D72966009 is not yet delivered and no status has been updated since 22nd June. Since 22nd June, the status shows that the parcel is in Pune, Viman Nagar branch which is hardly 5kms from the destination, but the Pune center says that they have not received the parcel yet. I raised a request with the customer support team (ticket# 463325) where they are not replying to any of the comments. The customer support team definitely picks up the call (with a wait time of 15-20mins) and I am not sure how most of the times, the call gets disconnected abruptly and there is no callback in spite of the fact that I inform my consignment number over call which definitely shows my contact details. Also, no response has been provided to any of the mails that has been sent. The parcel has my company laptop worth over Rs, 50, 000 and I have already taken insurance with the maximum declared value of Rs, 49, 999/-.

My tracking no is D78604110...its been five days there in lucknow apex...i have not received any update from there...and still there in lucknow apex... kindly assist me to deliver my parcel soon from there...its urgent.

I couriered some medicine to my son posted as Branch Manager in the Kamola Branch of Bank of Baroda on 29.6.2021 with consignment No.U10803671. On query from my son, it came to my notice that it did not reached him till 5th July, 2021. On online tracing of this consignment, it has come to my notice that the consignment could not be delivered as acording to the DTDC status, the address was wrong or incomplete. I am giving below the address mentioned on the consignment which is the same address on which tens of couriers reached in this Branch daily.

Bank of Baroda, Kamola Branch, Tehsil Kaladhungi, Distt. Nainital-263143.

Any one can trace this Branch of Bank of Baroda on going through google very easily.

The only mistake on my part was that while writing mobile phone number of my son, I inadvertently mentioned 9 digit thereby giving incomplete phone number.

I am a senior citizen of 71 years of age. One thing which really pinched me a lot is that whereas the consignment received undelivered at Shivalik Nagar, Haridwar on 3.7.2021, I had to go personally there to collect the consignment and your DTDC had no courtesy to deliver it back to my residence.

I paid Rs.70/- for this consignment to DTDC courier Service. But it could not be delivered to its destination and after 08 complete days, I had to collect it personally from the DTDC from where I couriered it.

I request you to please investigate in the matter and issue me atleast a refund of Rs.70/-.

I don't understand how the address can be incomplete! He didn't even call the phone! I'm using this address for years now for amazon and all, I wonder if the person really tried or he simply didn't come and set it to incomplete. This is so sad. Please resolve it ASAP

29-Jun-2021 (last three days consignment available in my city but it is not delivered to me).

Consignment i.e Book sent from Kanpur vide consignment No.D86710453 for delivery at Jamaluddin chak, Khagaul, Patna PIN 801105 on 23 June 2021, till date not delivered nor any intimation received. Whereabout not find out.

I have sent a courier to my friend's adress and the staff who is suppose to deliver that courier was unwilling to deliver that courier to my friend's adress which was given to DTDC courier service to deliver and he asked my friend to collect it from there office which is 5 km away from her home in this pandemic time and he said if my friend didn't collect it today to he will return that to senders address (my address)
Am filing this complaint because he was not behaving well to my friend when he called to collect courier and he was having such a rude behaviour towards her while calling

Book sent from Kanpur UP on 23 June 2021, after elapse of more than 15 days consignment not yet delivered nor any call received for delivery delay. In view of above, request take necessary action for early delivery.

I was Booked my good from delhi to Ratia(Fatehabad) on 03/07/2021. Yesterday i was call to dtdc branch Hisar to know the Delivery he was not give any Response. When i was try to pickup my Goods from Branch Hisar he was Not take my Call and also Not available on Branch office at 3:30-3:45pm again i was visit on 4:15-4:45pm but he was not available and also noy take my call.

I sent the Anna University semester exam answer sheet through DTDC with correct address details. I checked the tracking information in the website, it is showing a wrong destination location. The correct address is 604307, but it is booked to 393110. It's absolutely DTDC's fault and DTDC is responsible for that. Please send the package to the correct address.

My courier is coming from kotdwar (up) to Faridabad (hr).
And when the courier boy call me they said that your product will receive to you on Monday, and after that he didn't call me and no response from company .
And I am waiting here that you guys will provide my Courier which is medicen and that is very important for me.but from your side nobody is taking initiative.
And then today my brother gone to your office for collecting courier. Then your office executive said that your product has returned to kotdwar.
Now you guyz tell me what should I do . The medicen is very important for me and you fool people has return sender my product.

Package not delivered on time.. They have taken a week to deliver from yeshwanthpur to tumkur... No proper response from there franchisee.. Wrost experience...

Consignment No dated 05.07.2021. Based on service area consignment is accepted for delivery but they are not delivering the product to the consignee's address. Consignee is under quarantine due to family member tested positive due to COVID 19. Product is presently at DTDC Puthoor, Kottarakkara, Kerala and they're insisting the consignee to visit DTDC office to collect the product. Since consignee is under quarantine going out is against local quarantine rule. Your intervention is requested otherwise with the phone call recording police complaint will be raised for insisting consignee to violate the quarantine rule.

My DTDC cargo with No D[protected]Cochin to Mhow) has not been received even after 7 days of despatch.
The status shows only transit and there are no route points/ transit zones mentioned.
The customer care just puts me on waiting and no one attends the call.
