They did not deliver the product showed I was not available even when I was home. I called 3 times to get an update regarding my product, every day they came up with "We'll let you know in some time" Never called back.
Kept calling asking for help no help provided. Very poor service.

Very unprofessional and disappointing experience from DTDC --

We had booked a courier from Mulund East Mumbai DTDC office. Courier consignment no. AWB NO D86246667 was booked to deliver the mango box at Hyderabad on 10th May 2021. The courier charges of Rs.1900/- for 21 kg wooden box parcel were paid to the DTDC person. Parcel reached to Hyderabad on 12 may 2021. However the same was in damaged condition. The box was completely disfigured from outside resulting the spoiling of all the mangoes in it. Looking at the said damaged condition of the box, the consignee asked the delivery person of DTDC, Hyderabad about the same to which the said DTDC person replied in very harsh language that he is no way concern with the condition of the box and his job is only to deliver the parcel. The said reply of delivery person of DTDC was very much shocking and disappointing in nature. The delivery person at Hyderabad strait away refused to take the responsibility of the same.

We immediately lodged the complaint with the Mumbai representative of DTDC on 12 May 2021. However he was also clueless for the said damaged parcel. When we asked forth refund of the courier charges, he shown his inability to refund the same.
Thereafter we continuously followed the matter with Mumbai representative of DTDC. However we are still waiting for the solution of our complaint.
Such unprofessional and pathetic experience of courier service from a known brand like DTDC was never expected despite being paid the higher charges. We also put the message on Twitter account of DTDC on 12th May 2021 which was replied on 13th May 2021with stereotype response that they will get back to us soon. But till date we have not received any solution on our complaint.
We hereby attaching the picture of the damaged parcel at Hyderabad. Also attaching herewith the Twitter communication.
We hereby demand complete refund of the courier charges as well as the entire amount of the parcel containing Mango fruits.

I have send one courier from Amritsar to Gurdaspur on 13th may 2021 to Mr. Vinod. Tracking no is T02393246 which is showing that has been delivered on 18th may 2021 to Mr. Vinod.
But as per Mr. Vinod he didn't recieve any parcel till now, tried to contact your team by call but not receiving satisfactory answers please do the needful as soon as possible. Because this is my College project need to submit by 25th of this month.

Hello, My parcel number is- X65139557.
i have not received the parcel yet and day before yesterday they updated the status as receiver changed the address while no one came to deliver neither did he call me on my number. I already have registered the complaint regarding it and case number is 18592436. The person at the office told me to collect it from the centre and when i said i cant come then they are not delivering. When i tried to call them then they are giving me nombers of different people and now they have stopped picking up the calls and when i called from different number and asked about the status of my parcel then he told person is out for delivery when i asked for the contact number of the delivery guy then he put my call on mute and did not speak for over 2 minutes.

Hi I booked a small package where i need to send some urgent documents with tracking No B77294890 on 29th May. But it is still undelivered. I have raised 2 tickets with them with no response. The customer care number is useless. it disconnects automatically.

I have a courier being sent through DTDC which is supposed to be delivered to me, but not.

Courier guy stated that’s couldn’t come to deliver the parcel and he was asking me to walk down to the office in person or to get the parcel half the way till where he is could come.

Not sure how come all the other courier service providers are delivering it at door step only if these DTDC guys couldn’t

If they couldn’t deliver it atleast to a relative location why do you pick up the parcel… and if why the hell you do name yourself as courier service.

Frustrated to the core because of such vendors.

It happened with the DTDC Courier at Vaniyambadi -PUDUR (635751)

The worst service ever! I strongly do not encourage and recommend this courier going forward!
Finally I intended to loss the parcel which is a prepaid one. If I had a vehicle I would have walk down in person unfortunately I was helpless.

This shows the quality of people around!

I had couriered the laptop through DTDC to Kerala, packing should have been in a box instead it was packed with bubble wrap and sent, when the recipient received the laptop the display was broken. If i try to reach the DTDC, they are not picking my calls.

Amount I paid for the courier is Rs 2370.
Inspite of packing so much it was not packed properly nor they are responding.
Who will take the responsibility of the laptop repair. I am planning to file a police complaint if i still don't get any response from DTDC.
Laptop cost is 30-35k, screen display is totally damaged and has to be replaced. I can submit photos and videos of the packing and the laptop too.

My DTDC consignment number is "Z44811346". In their tracking website it says delivered successfully on 14th June, , 2021 at 6:19pm but I have not received the package yet. Kindly look in to the matter. The package was extremely important and costly.

I have sent this courier to Ankit Maheshwari HIG 3 Housing Board colony, Near trapti vihar indore road ujjain MP 456010 on[protected] but it is still in transit. I even lodged complaint in their portal but haven’t received any response from them the consignment number is H24148875.

The above consignment sent from Bhubaneswar ( Food Items ). While received packaging was changed and somewhere someone took some of items.

Hello sir, my name is Muhammad Faizan. I have done a complaint to JBL for my earphone and they have sended me another earphone via DTDC courier and on 7 June I have received a message showing my shipment is delivered but it's not came to my place my tracking number is X70871990.
I have complained to DTDC about my problem but I have not received a proper explanation for their side. And now their customer number is also not reachable. And they are not cooperating with me for my shipment delivery. Please solve my issue as soon as possible.

This company is a total fraud .

1. I have tried calling there customer service 4-5 times, they don't call .
It has been more than 20 days that my medicine parcel is not delivered .
It was urgent . I raised a ticket but no response .

2. I want strict action to be taken against such a company .
