I ordered a product which was shipped on 3rd june since then the tracking shows no data available for awb no. D66259152

Ihad booked the courier on 5th june 2021 at Ferozepur cantt to be delivered at Chandigarh.Courier contained a laptop which is damaged.I had booked Insured delivery for safety of laptop with track id T60133662 delivered on 8 june 2021 Which is damed delivery.Attached picture of delivered laptop.I want to claim this insurance.

I had booked 2 dozen Mango carton from Thane to Mysore on 04 Jun 2021 wide AWB no: D86307379 . I was charged @rs.150/ kg, total 6 kgs amounting to Rs.900/- courier charges . The booking office (Thakur Enterprises, MF 733, Vasant Vihar, Thane (w) ) very well new it was Ratanagiri Apoos mangoes which is being sent . Courier not yet delivered even after 10 days

The Delivery person behavior is very rude .
The same courier was returned to the sender - reason door lock .

We asked that we were working and we need the clarification that why it was returned as door locked.

The answer from the Delievery person was very rude and attempted to use flithly language .

highly disappointment and we doesn't have any prejudice in this regard and the we are just highlighting the issue as it was not creating a professional circumstances and your are at reputation risk.

Dear Sir,

We have sent one 30 kg courier through DTDC air courier services on 31st May. We paid 4800 Rs against the same.

It was clearly informed to thr customer that the shipment is very urgent meant for sampling purposes for order confirmation.

They have marked it for Mumbai by mistake and when I called DTDC they accepted the same. I was informed to wait for one day and they will deliver it on 3rd June. Till 5th the courier was in Mumbai and after that there is no update on system or customer care.

This is worst as my order has been cancelled and they selected other product.

Worst service by DTDC and worst customer care.

I hereby state you that I have courier some medicine through DTDC courier and it is yet in shipment it has not delivered to agent. Please look into the matter

Today i have received a Gift box from my office, when i received from DTDC courier i was shocked the box was opened and also one juice bottle opened in that gift box, I think someone opened the box, i have informed my office also hereafter dont use DTDC courier for delivery, please find the attach file for you reference, worst courier i ever seen..

I had to receive the package with tracking ID : F30114086 from DTDC on May 11th. The person who was supposed to deliver it called and asked me to come and collect it as the delivery person had left early on May 11th. This DTDC office is on the same road as my house in Nallagandla. I asked him to send it the next day morning and I obviously didn’t receive it. WITHOUT EVEN ATTEMPTING DELIVERY, IT IS BEING SENT BACK TO THE SENDER. I had called the DTDC Nallagandla with phone no : 91542 55440 multiple times but he has not bothered to get the delivery done. He gave me another phone number to contact : Janardhan (91104 52718) and that person said that if it is in his branch, he would send it the same day evening and this happened a few days back. The package was in that branch as per confirmation from the Nallagandla branch guy. This other person didn’t send it that day. I sent him messages the next 2 days and he asked me contact someone else and that other person asked me to contact someone else. I have spoken with 4 people and nothing has happened. I also called CUSTOMER care and raised a ticket 17 days ago and that too has not helped clear this issue.

HOW IS IT THAT THESE INCOMPETENT ### RUN THIER BUSINESS? HOW CAN A PACKAGE BE RETURNED AS FAILED DELIVERY WITHOUT ATTEMPTING TO DELIVER FIRST?

IF THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO DELIVER BECAUSE OF THEIR INCOMPETENCY, THEN THEY BETTER REFUND THE TOTAL AMOUNT I HAVE PAID WITH INTEREST AND THE DOCUMENT BE RETURNED SAFELY TO THE SENDER. THAT WILL CONFIRM HOW MANY INCOMPETENT PEOPLE ARE WORKING IN THIS INCOMPETENT ORGANISATION ALONG WITH THEIR INCOMPETENT BUSINESS PARTNERS.

I want the higher management to get this ISSUE CLEARED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE and deliver my package at the earliest.

I booked one parcel from Dtdc couriers on 01.06.2021 from ranchi to varanasi and it was containing a kids cloth wid chocolate and color box and it got delivered on 07.06.2021.

when I opened the parcel cloths and chocolate was there but color box was missing.

This will be the last time we used DTDC courier service because of worst experience we had from Hyderabad DTDC service for our consignment D86368449. Case was "Our family farm mangoes were shipped from Pune to Hyderabad, Mangoes were packed at your Pune center in your boxes by your employees, they were fully aware they were shipping perishable goods as per tracking history it reached Hyderabad on 1st June. We were contacted by your Gachibowli Center on 6th of June and was said that the parcel is damaged "what to do?" your personnel are not even ready to take responsibility to deliver it door step only giving rude answers and asking to collect the damaged parcel from the Gachibowli center.'
Below are our few concerns:
1)If the personnel is not trained to handle shipment of perishable goods why was the consignment booked at the first place?
2) What was the reason for the delay of 1 week when the consignment was in the same city?
3) What will be the solution for this regard?

Not sure why this package is acting weired. Should I blame the Chandanagar branch being lazy to travel to the destination location

I ordered an item by online booking. They have dispatched using DTDC (R[protected]. It is shown as delivered if I track this in the website but the person who has to get it says that it is NOT yet received. I don't know what is happening. Please resolve this immediately.

My courier with DTDC was supposed to receive on 4th June 2021 the status shown out for delivery and at the end of the day the status is changed to delivery failed and the next day 5th June 2021 again the status is out for delivery at the end of the day the status has shown successfully delivered to family member, I did not receive any call from the delivery executive and none of my family members took it, NO RESPONSE FROM THE DTDC CUSTOMER SUPPORT GUYS, THEY JUST PICK THE AND DISCONNECTED.

Dear the material was booked from Delhi to Jhabua vide subject mentioned AWB Numbers on 20/05/2021 and 25/05/2021 respectively.
The till date the material has not reached at destination. The portal shows that the first consignment reached Indore on 24/05/2021 and second on 28/05/2021. We are continuously calling your office regarding the update but no body is responding now they are not even taking our call at your office in Indore. The said material is critically required at site that's why courier service was preferred over general transport. But the purpose is defeated due to shear negligence at your part.

My friend send a parcel to me today's 4 th day but still iam not recived a parcel and your courier facility not maintain the tracking detials also iam tryed many time's to track my parcel but still now also iam not get detials

Sir I booked a consignment through My DTDC app at Saharsa Bihar on 10 th May 2021, till today the consignment is not delivered. After many times complaining to customer care nothing happened . It has been almost a month and yet consignment not delivered . Hence I request you to attend the case and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
