I received a phone call from the number[protected] at 5.15 pm today 08.05.2021 claiming that he is from DTDC courier office at Kanchili in Srikakulam dist A P and informed that there is article and I should collect from their office. I think that it is the duty of the office to deliver the article to the addressee instead of calling the addressee to come to the his office to collect. Hope you will take necessary steps to see the articles are delivered at address of the addressee

Yesterday someone did a speed post at 5:15 pm on 7/5/2021 to deliver the order from kadiri to Banglore and the guy told it will delivered on 8/5/2021
When I called customer service he couldn't able to recognise where is my order exactly at the moment and it will delivered on Monday
Now my concern is due to urgency I did a speed post by paying 250rs

If it is delivering on Monday what's the use of paying 250 by speed post
I want it delivered by end of the day or I need a refund of full amount otherwise I'll be taking this issue to further

On 26th april from Latur to Nanded parcel was sent through DDTC NANDED ROAD OFFICE, LATUR(413512).The parcel was carrying very important books worth 15K.Now after 10 days they are saying that parcel is lost.From the first day they had careless and rude behavior.please look into the matter as soon as possible.order id - D86201425

My consignment no: is D65598035 and it is to be delivered at Ayyangode, pin 676123.but the tracking history shows it will be delivered to Kottakkal, pin : 676122 which is totally wrong.the address onn the package is my address.bit I don't know how then the destination and pin changed .I want my parcel to be in my hands not others .give me a solution immediately as my package is in transit and before it reaches to someone else haand

Your executive don't know how to behave with customers and they don't have minimum sense how to behave with customers and how to deliver the product to delivery address. I understand that your organisation doesn't have values and manners to deal with customers.
This second time your executive are not coming to deliver address to deliver the product . How waste services you do provide.

I have recently order a medical book from Meripusthak.com whose headquarters is at new delhi and they have chosen dtdc to send the courrier to Perinthalmanna, Kerala (pin 679322).The consignment no. I received is Z30118124. But when I entered this number to track my order, dtdc website states that "The code is invalid".Now I don't know where my order is and when would I receive this very important courrier in the midst of pandemic.
I request you to Kindly do everything that is possible to make sure I am able to track them and receive my order at the soonest.

This is Lakshminarayana I parceled my new Apple data cable from
Hyderabad Manikonda branch to native place Narayanapuram branch in Andhra Pradesh and we received it on may01st with damaged cable which is not working condition and then on next day I went to shop located on Manikonda where I send courier they respond saying we don’t know there is no fault from our side I took snap before sending courier from their shop and shown to them but they said we don’t know
I went to shop to please respond on it as it is new one which was Send through courier due to panademic

I packed two luggage with books and copies(weighted about 67 kg) and it was delivered today. To my surprise, it was delivered to me when it was raining and almost 50% of the things that was inside the two bag was completely wet. May be it was kept open outside without any care for at least 2-3 hours. I have spent almost 5000 and in return I got this type of service. It's ridiculous!

I booked a consingment to transfer from Trivandrum to Azamgarh U.P. After 7 days I got a call ([protected]) from DTDC center at Delhi (probably wrong) informing my curior is stuck and need to make payment of 5 Rs. for release. Then they sent a link for payment (image 1) and once I clicked got to add only bank name, mob number, amount plus UPI pin (image 2). Then they send a msg (image 3) asking it to forward on their number ([protected]) and then they withdraw all money from my account 3700. In this the bank RBL is involve as I got msg from their linking of my bank (image 4 A & B). I know its small amount and investigation team wont pay attention but I heard them in background and they are doing with many as it was sounding like a full call centre where many calls were managed. This fraud is continuing and I truly belive that DTDC employe have role in-this regarding leak of consignment details (Name, Tracking number, item, address, phone number, delivery time). So my complain is first to suie DTDC for leaking our valuable information and second tracking down those scammers who are fooling most of the poor people in this crisis situation.

My one request to investigation team please take this matter seriously and do the needful because India is not getting safer for inocent people as it was earlier, so change is nessesary. Please do your best and I belive in new goverment policies and prompt reaction so hae hope but lets see if you put my hope down or up.

I will try my best to aware other people using online platform like my blog, twitter, FB etc but know your action will make more difference than mine.

I would like to lure your attention to an important issue that I have faced lately due to your services. My Company sent me a courier on (20.04.2021) and company members told me your courier packet is recived in solan mall road office please collect the your packet but my company all ready pay in home delivey charge to DTDC courier

Hi, my parcel X70835294 has not been delivered and is showing status as " Not Delivered(RESTRICTED ENTRY-(OTR))". But the delivery person didn't even come to gate of the housing complex. Due to covid restrictions he will not be allowed in but he can leave the package with the guard.
