My shippment is in bangalore from past 5 days and everyday i get message saying it is out for delivery and then the updated message as receiver not available.Nobody contacted me from dtdc till now and i am home 24*7.The customer care is least bothered when i contacted them and the ticket was closed without working on it.

Can someone please help me here or let me know how can i get my shipment.It has baby items and other household stuffs which is needed on urgent basis.

Hi,
I have a booked a courier from Hyderabad to Singapore on 17th March 2021. Reference number is H23222209.
But courier has been delivered to Rajajinagar, Bangalore to someone (on 22nd March 2021).
I am attaching delivery status and receipt snapshot here.
It's an important courier, please rectify your mistake and redirect courier to Singapore.
Highly disappointed with DTDC customer service, irresponsible.

I have sent 3 items in total. But only 2 items were delivered to the recipient. And one item which is missing is costly. Dtdc is the worst service. Never trust it. I have raised the complaint now. And they are not taking any action on it. Dtdc hires thieves.

My company has sent a comapany asset (Laptop) through DTDC with AWB No D77560982 and since morning the status on the DTDC site was showing as Out for delivery, I waited whole day but I did not receive any call. I tried reaching customer care but there also no help. and now the status is showing as Not Delivered(OFFICE CLOSED OR DOOR LOCK-(CIR))
This is very important to me as all of my work depends on it.
Please look into it asap.

I send a parcel ( some homeopathy medicine) in Hyderabad on 14 th March . When my sister got it a bottle was broken . Not only that, the packet was torn .

I had booked for delivery with consignment no. D80252817 to Kottayam, Kerala from Delhi
Please see the tracking which I have attached.

The packet has been received but the package was not delivered to the residence. Your in Kalpuzha, Kottayam district, Kerala informed us of the package arriving at the on Saturday 13th. March 2021 but the person there told us that the packet cannot be delivered because of shortage of delivery staff.

I had paid the full amount for delivery at my place and had also insured my package by paying additional amount but this is not the type of service I was expecting. We refused to pick up the packet from the as it should have been delivered to the address on the package. Your staff did not care and did not deliver it. Next day being a Sunday he again did not deliver. Then on Monday 15th. we enquired again and the staff again told us that they did not have the delivery staff. Further, they told us that they would send it in an auto rickshaw and the payment for the same has to be made by us. What rubbish is this???

I had to ultimately go to the in my vehicle and pick up the package.
Is this the kind of service you provide. I had spent almost Rs. 6000/- (including the insurance) and I did not expect this.

I would therefore request you to please take action and inform me the reasons for non delivery at my premises.

A packet was booked on 17th March 2021 at Bangalore to be delivered to my address in Manesar Gurugram. The tracking number is B76329639.

The courier guy did not come to my society and has no record of entry with the society security. But the courier is marked as delivered in online tracking on 19th March 2021.

I have not received it. There were medicines worth Rs 3500 in the package. I would like to receive the package or compensation in lieu thereof.

A courier was sent to Srinagar Srikot Uttarakhand bearing id T2332752. through booking dated 24.02.2021 and delivered on 27.02.2021.
There are 2 issues:
1. The courier was not delivered to the bonafide recipient and was handed over to some unauthorized person who scribbled his signatures as a token of receipt of the packet. The signatures cannot be deciphered.
2 The bonafide recipient spoke to the local DTDC in charge, who instead of lending assistance to the recipient was rude and arrogant in behavior, which is highly objectionable.
The matter may kindly be got investigated so as to trace out the undelivered parcel to the bonafide recipient and the in charge of DTDC at the local level may be taken to task for misconduct and malfeasance.

An early action would be appreciated.

I varun arora s/o late. Raj kumar r/o rz-89 indra park uttam nagar nd. 110059. Wants to complaint about delivery of my consignment which is consisting of activated credit card has been deliverd to someone unkonown named harshi relationship showing family member. This may cause such bluneder of cheat or financial loss.
Who will be responsible is any financial loss would be happened through that card.

I got a call from madurai dtdc branch on 18.3.21 from this number [protected], saying that I have got a parcel to my address in melagaram, tenkasi.. the person who spoke was extremely rude saying that they don't have service in melagaram and told me to collect the parcel from tenkasi which is merely 10mins from my home.. this has already happened and I chose to ignore and went and collected my parcel from the office.. this time, the way the lady spoke( shanthi, if I'm not wrong, from dtdc madurai).. it was unbelievable.. she was so rude saying that i[censored] need the parcel go and collect, if not will return it back.. she didn't have the least Courtesy to apologize for not being able to deliver the parcel.. my problem is with the attitude that lady had.. had she spoken in a better way, I wouldn't be filing a complaint.. I truly demand a proper action against that person as a customer.. looking forward to your response..
P.s you may lose many valuable customers just because of the attitude of such people

I have sent my non box parcels through DTDC on 25.02.2021. As I tried to track the parcel it is showing no data available. The person booking the parcel in Bhopal first told it takes time for the website to update your information. Then I was told the person booking it may not have updated the status. Afterwards I was told there was some issues and the parcel was on hold. Now the consignment number I was provided with has become invalid for reasons not known to me.
In addition to my stuffs which contains important books and notes, I have paid the company more than 4000 rupees, and I feel this is irresponsible behaviour at its best.

We had sent two computers through dtdc courier from trivandrum to mangalapuram after reaching there its found that a hard disk inside the computer gone missing, this is a pure case of theft, that harddisk contains important medical data, the hard disk is worth 5000 and the data is priceless and more than a years work pls take necessary action... AWB/consignment number W00772069, Status on 9 th March 2021 is Out for delivery..buy yet now i have no received my products.i contact our city DTDC office, but not get proper answer and said your parcel not revived at our office.

Consignment no : D64264525 was sent by my student from Bangalore. I am still waiting for the delivery here in Coimbatore. However it has been marked as delivered in the website. Further it is marked that it is has ben delivered to an address which is wrong.

I have raised a complaint and the dispute no given to me is 17894.

Would appreciate if the franchise or whoever gives a responsible solution to out query than suggesting us to go enquire ourselves in the wrong address personally.

My parcel assignment to return my address (Kolkata, WB) from Mumbai on the 3rd March 2021 and Still now I haven't received yet, from last 12th March I am listening out for delivery,
DTCD services taken more then 13 days to return my very urgent parcel. Its really poor experience with this services.

My DTDC consignment no. K28646955. It's showing not delivered. Reason is restricted entry(otr). Last updated (13th March) is viman Nagar master franchise.
It's a very urgent document to submit that proper address. One of my friend send the documents through post office & his documents delivered within 7 days but he didn't get this types of pathetic issue. It almost 5 days over but the courier didn't delivered yet. Very pathetic/disappointed service!! 👎

Few days back I got my courier which was supposed to pick my clothes and all the stuff from my college hostel .When I received my things, packing was loose and badminton racquet was not there which was packed outside the cartoon and inside the packing as shown in the photo Sent by your delivery guy when delivering.
So I want my badminton racquet or otherwise I complain in consumer forum

My parcel was sent from Baddi on 23rd Feb 2021 to Lakhimpur Assam . Usually parcel gets delivered in 5-6 days. The tracking details of DTDC parcel shows that the parcel is arrived and the party received only one packet and the second packet is still on the way and yet I haven't received the parcel. The DTDC service is so pathetic, they don't take attention and don't even have the courtesy to give proper reply. I am assuming I have lost the parcel. I have lost my parcel I am getting bad impression in front of party. Seeing so many complaints about DTDC here, I'm confirmed about their irresponsible services.

Today is 15th March 2021 ..Still no response ...

I returned a mobile phone to Amazon India via DTDC on 25/01/2021. The product was not delivered. Therefore we requested a return to origin. After several complaints, call backs and follow ups, they returned the package to us on 13/03/2021. Almost 1.5 months later. The worst part is that, when we opened the box, the product was not there, just some cello tapes, paper and the original product box with charger and cable.
They stole my product.
