I have raised the ticket, multiple times, hence they are closing the tickets of their own, Their unprofessional behaviour is unacceptable. I ordered a kurta from LucknowIChikan and they sent the package through DTDC. I tracked for the package today and saw that it was delivered on 8th
April itself to someone. Someone else signed the package wrongfully. it is not my signature. Please kindly help me.

The parcel was booked on 31st March in the name of Goldi Chowdhury which has not yet delivered at the correct address. But it is showing "delivered" in the portal of DTDC which is an utter lie n false statement as well....

Booked package on 4th April from Behrampore (W.B) to Hyderabad with premium service to deliver EDD-6th April by paying high charges as it was urgent and priority.

Still no update of the package, called multiple times to customer care representative, higher authority, followup mails, raised a query but no proper update and resolution, it seems there is no further status of the package and when it will be delivered and misleading...

My AWB no is D52411888, it left from bhopal on 25th march and received at bangalore on 30th march. Since then its been tossed from one branch to another branch within bangalore. It has been moved from one branch to another branch over 10 times and they havent made an attempt to deliver. Now they are searching where the parcel is, this is completely unprofessional...

My parcel with tracking number R73794358 has not been delivered to my address, but the tracking online at the DTDC website says it has been delivered on 3.4.23 at 20:51. It has been an absolute waste of time trying to contact customer service or the local branch office in Mattanchery, as they do not pick up the phone. The complaints portal at DTDC said they would contact the local office and get back to me but never did.
Unbelievably...

My DTDC tracking number is D28797450. It is showing (ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR)). Also, DTDC people have not attempted to call me even a single time! All other couriers get delivered to this address easily. Please resolve my issue at the earliest....

this is to inform that seller has packed on 27 march 2023..dont even call me and simply writing customer unavailable.this is trully unfair towards me.as i enquired with seller they shared that the courier partner named dtdc is delaying my courier

Sent a courier from purnea to durgapur (pin code:-713206).
Status is shown as Not Delivered (ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR)). I have even tried to contect but no responde. AWB/ CONSIGNMENT NUMBER D28577234.
I could only see this when i tracked it even though i went online and registered my phone for tracking. They haven't given me any details about my courier. How do i get it back? No customer care numbers or office numbers...

I ordered a book through Amazon on 23rd March which arrived at nearest dtdc office - dtdc agroha branch, hisar, Haryana.

the agent called me on 28th march and said to collect the package from the office till 5pm and when I asked him to deliver to the address given, he said that they are not going to deliver the
package.
at 5 pm he updated the status to delivering
at 7 : 10 he updated it as -not delived...

My package was not delivered and redirected without the product even reaching the destination. There was no phone call or anything about the delivery. Please send the delivery to the address again and try to send it within 3:40pm to 7:00pm...

My tracking id is D28315386.
Dtdc courier is delaying deliberately. This is very important parcel for me. First the tracking showed out for delivery on 27th March 2023 and after all day with no call from the delivery person, It shows Restricted delivery (OTR).
Again next day on 28th March it showed out for delivery and didn't delivered my parcel. I didn't get a single call from the delivery executive...

I had sent an official document through consignment number K60625584 of DTDC on 22nd March 23. The tracking is showing that consignment has not been delivered yet and reason shown as Office Closed or Door Lock on 25th Mar 23. Please note that this Office is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Please resend the consignment on Monday (27th March 2023 after 11AM till 6 PM)...

My courier id is D59174093…. The delivery status is showing as delivered and I received a message too telling my order is delivered… but I have not received any courier yet…I don’t understand why the status will be updated to delivered without delivering the package....

Sir this is Chhanda Mitra my tracking id is D54704870. Dtdc courier is delaying delebarately. This is very important parcel for me. First they promised me to deliver 20 of march and after that several times promise date got change. In this parcel important book was there for my exam. Please do some thing for me....

I was supposed to get delivered an order X88583977 today. But suddenly the status is showing 'Not Delivered'. The delivery guy did not even bother to call me. This is irritating and disgusting....

My parcel from Amazon via DTDC has the RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE-(CIR) twice since 18th March 2023 but I have not received any calls yet and no one has visited my home too. Please resolve the issue.
