Sent a package from vizag to rangareddy with consignment number H73397780 on 14th July 2023 it's been a week and not delivered yet. Tracking shows out for delivery in the morning by the end of the day it shows couldn't attempt and not delivered and the same happening from 3 days.customer care says they will resolve in 48 hours it's been 4 days they are saying the same...

Spoke to customer care and they said they are going to solve it in 48 hours and yet no response after 4 days.

I was supposed to receive my shipment on 15th July 2023 and it was not delivered and the resolution mentioned is incorrect/wrong address [Not Delivered(ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR))]. The address mentioned in the details is correct and the delivery agent did not even try to contact me if incase the address seems to be difficult to locate.

I have tried contacting customer care and sending email for clarification also raised couple of complaints but in past 3 days there seems to be no response.

The cover which was sent to Hyderabad on 14.06.2023 from Bhavanipuram DTDC, was returned from Hyderabad hub to Vijayawada Hub even after lapse of 1 month they could not trace the cover. They offer silly reasons, don't answer calls, highly irresponsible behaviour of the staff. They promised to give a letter that our cover is missing as it is urgent government official communication. But in vain. Reputation of DTDC will be tarnished by such irresponsible staff. Request for action on the erring staff in this regard

Hi, I was waiting for a package delivery AWB no.C36091152. I was tracking in website, it is showing successfully delivered.
How come I dint even receive any calls or messages regarding delivery or out for delivery.This is ridiculous, tracking is meant for customers to track there packages not to fulfill ur score cards .This is worst . request you to deliver my package as early as possible.

I received an OTP in the morning for the said package but didn't receive it. I got no call from their side for address confirmation and now its showing not delivered. Please look in this matter as soon as possible!

My parcel was given to DTDC on 8th July in varanasi
It is to be delivered in Rishikesh, uttarakhand. But it's been 7 days, and no updates yet from them. Also in their tracking it shows my parcel was delivered to okhla branch on 13th July but no further movement. I need my bag immediately

Sir my order number D54856010 from Wild stone shipped with DTDC was supposed to arrive on 5th of the july, that evening delivery boy called and asked to take the parcel from 10km away from the provided address but we refused to do so and he immediately ended the call, since then we are waiting for the parcel but it never arrived. The amount of parcel is 526 rupees and now we want refund from the company. I also complained to their costumer care but they are not giving suitable response.

And i noticed one more thing that dtd service in chandapura Bangalore is not providing any service properly. They are not responding calls.

My name is sagar kumar from bihar. I have used dtdc courier service to ship my product AK 43" UHD LED TV with consignment number: D29136153 from nalanda(bihar) to bangalore (karnataka). Shipment delivered on 28.06.2023.

But my tv broken while shipping, i have given many complaints to dtdc customer care with all relevant videos and picture and the invoice which was provided by the courier guy but no one responding. I paid 3374/- for this including insurance and shipment. Now they are saying like no insurance and while giving to the courier guys he charged me some extra money for packing the tv with wood packing but when I received the consigment there were so such wood packing and my tv screens fully damaged when I opened my box. Now DTDC customer care asking me repair estimated copy which was not even provided me at dtdc office and he is not picking my call as well.All they are escaping with irrelevant answers.

Please respond to my request, I have already many times raise a query regarding this issue in dtdc website but no response from their side. Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.

I courior a parcel on 5.7.23. it's on paper work required OTR and undelivered. Please send me the order between 10 to 11:30 am quickly

My parents have sent me a courier on dtdc. They have send it on 22/06/23 till now I haven't received the order that is 10/07/23. The products in it are food items their expiry date is within 15 days. Now that products are not used for consumption. I want compensation for that delivery. The tracking ID is H73208472....

AWB NO X43316619 On July 7th, a package was picked up, and on July 8th Package reached to Meera bagh Delhi at destination around 3:41 PM and it was out for delivery at 3:48 PM, my customer received a message stating that the package was delivered around 8:30 PM on same day ( 8th of July).
However, the customer has not received the package yet.
Additionally, it was also mentioned on the tracking that OTP BASED DELIVERED DONE. but the customer did not even receive OTP message.
Then how come Package was delivered on OTP based when Customer didn't even received the package. Kindly check on this as Customer is asking for refund and also telling she will file a complaint against me.

P65395899 consignment status have been updated as delivered in their tracking system whereas I did not got my document .

Tracking number is =B18975959 they keep parcel 15 days i complain parcel they updet parcel deleverd but still not receive any parcel no any call no any person come my dorr step they updet fake and upload blank signature now costumber care still not response

HI, I didn't receive any parcel on Tracking Id/ AWB number - D65014384 and Order ID[protected]. But in DTDC Tracking sites there is mentioned "DELIVERED". Please tell me where my parcel is. I didn't receive any call from DTDC delivery person also. This is serious thing. How it will show as delivered without smile code, please show me your deliver slip, screenshot of call history, record and smile code. Please reply to me ASAP.

I placed an order with Amazon and the product was shipped with DTDC and was expected to deliver by 28th June 2023 however it is not delivered yet.

Despite multiple calls and emails to their customer service team, not getting much traction on the same.

Please prioritize thie delivery.
