My parcel was sent from Baddi on 23rd Feb 2021 to Lakhimpur Assam . Usually parcel gets delivered in 5-6 days. The tracking details of DTDC parcel shows that the parcel is arrived and the party received only one packet and the second packet is still on the way and yet I haven't received the parcel. The DTDC service is so pathetic, they don't take attention and don't even have the courtesy to give proper reply. I am assuming I have lost the parcel. I have lost my parcel I am getting bad impression in front of party. Seeing so many complaints about DTDC here, I'm confirmed about their irresponsible services.

Today is 15th March 2021 ..Still no response ...

I returned a mobile phone to Amazon India via DTDC on 25/01/2021. The product was not delivered. Therefore we requested a return to origin. After several complaints, call backs and follow ups, they returned the package to us on 13/03/2021. Almost 1.5 months later. The worst part is that, when we opened the box, the product was not there, just some cello tapes, paper and the original product box with charger and cable.
They stole my product.

Most probably because of the packaging as the edges were not covered with the bubble wrap. The service provider himself packed the item. Packaging was pretty bad.

I am currently working as Food safety officer, food Safety department, Govt. of Kerala in Palakkad district, Kerala.I had sent an official letter as courier to Govt Food Analyst, Regional Analytical Lab, Kakkanad via DTDC courier service on 6th March 2021 from DTDC Courier service, Shornur road, Thrissur town.I had clearly mentioned the receivers address with pin code and phone number on the cover.I also got courier receipt(Courier receipt No. R40402213 dt.6.3.2021) from the booking station.But unfortunately not only the courier is not delivered so far but also it was delivered in the wrong place when i checked the status through e tracking.The cover letter i sent contain statutory papers for my official duty and I am now in deep trouble of facing departmental punishment proceedings because of the careless act from the DTDC courier staff connected. Hence it is requested kindly to do the needful for my cover delivered correctly otherwise I had to file case against the respondents concerned.Kindly treat this as an intimation for you sir.

I have booked a courier on 10/03/2021 via dtdc consignment number U02776300. It has been two days and the product had to cover only a distance of 120 km from ayodhya to lucknow. I tracked it today, it is showing wrong address, product not delivered even if the address was complete ly correct.Extremely disappointing.

They not paid me any amount for 200 pics courier delivery, then I apply for closed my franchise but till now they not closed & no security money refunded. Please take a necessary action about this type of cheat.

the same was not delivered till the 9th of March with a comment that address correct by pincode incorrect..phone number of the destination and the sender was also written . I would like to know why it took 9 days to deliver and has the consignment delivered to the actual address or not..kindly confirm ..and who has recieved the consignment.

Here is shipping ref num X70160689. Wrist service it been one month waiting for courier to reach destination. We have applied for cheque book again now it is telling address is incorrect. Very poor service address is mentioned correct.

Hi, a shipment with docket no: D60284120 shipped through DTDC Sambalpur, Orissa (768004) and was supposed to be delivered to Behala, Kolkata, West Bengal (700034) booking date 29th October 2020, was never delivered to destination.

The latest status of tracking indicates that the shipping was stuck @Bhuvneshwar, which was supposed to be shipped to Pakuria depot in West Bengal, which never happened

On calling DTDC customer care, they responded in negative stating that since 3 months has already passed they cannot help.

Please penalize the courier service company or compensate me for the loss

I am also writing to DTDC grievance cell over mail with all the details

Bangalore Machohalli dtdc branch service is very bad.
1. Doesn't deliver on time.
2. Constantly deny delivering parcel to the given address (given address comes under serviceable pin code and door delivery is a must).They ask us to collect from other places...
3. The safety of the parcel is always doubtful.
4. A serious warning is necessary....

Dear Recipient,
I want to complain against DTDC courier services. Because they damaged my belongings what I entrusted them to deliver properly.

D64321715 is my DTDC courier package number. I sent a skybag trolly from Hyderabad to Kolkata. They delivered the trolley but broken it in multiple places. Such that it can be derived easily that it was handled very badly infact it must have been thrown or dropped from a height otherwise it would not be broken like that.

Please raise a issue and see that necessary measures can be taken.

One parcel was undelivered due to a available of phone number and from address, whose responsibility is this to collect all details non business professionals don't keep sending courier on daily basis to understand formalities. The concerned before billing should collect these details before taking money.. will this be ADDRESSED by DTDC

On 18-Feb-2021 we had received a courier through DTDC without any sender or from adderss.
When we raised this concern with DTDC, even after 10 days, there was no response of the sender information.

Its very bad experience when after tracking courier consignment number says its already been delivered, while no contact has been made.
But after follow ups it says due to manpower issue its not being delivered and asking to come and pickup at center.
I was not expecting this from DTDC.. atleast wake up now and deliver the courier

Hi we send one courier from noida to cochin on 23rd feb. tracking no is Z61363342.
We are asking customer care every day from March 1, when will we get this courier, they have to make some excuse every time. since 1st march we are calling everyday to dtdc costumer care and everyday they are telling today it will deliver surely and they are putting wrong information on website also like office closed or door locked. we called to cochin-pallimukku branch no also he is also telling i dont have this courier and not talking in good way that no is [protected].
pls pls do the needful.
