I sent a parcel vide above docket number to my co-brother who is a senior citizen at Faizabad now renamed as Ayodhya on 22nd Feb 21. Today, on 27th Feb someone from your agency office there called on his mobile number and asked for direction to his house. When he was giving direction, the person misbehaved with him by saying words like ''Bade chutia hain aap, agar ghar ka pata thik nahi bata sakte to courier kyon mangate hain.''

It is pertinent to mention that in last 5 years, all couriers sent through Amazon with same address had no problem in making delivery. In fact the address was copied from my Amazon account.

This incident really upset the gentleman who is a practicing senior lawyer at Faizabad Commissioner Court. However, being a gentleman that he is, he did not want me to report this incident to the local police and I am writing this complaint to you to remove such person from your employment as he is doing more harm than good while serving in your company.

Take behavioural action on the branch and the delivery guy for such unethical behaviour. These people are shame to the organisation and doesn’t deserve in this organisation.

As my two parcels ware sent by my company as it was very important parcels for me . Two offices of DTDC "one in "Tehseel- Mukerian" and one in "Talwara Township " both are not good in delivering the parcels as both refuses to deliver my parcels to my respective address.
They refused to deliver my packages and told me to come and receive the packages to our office otherwise we will return your packages.

How harsh is this as I am very disappointed with their service and with their rude behaviour.

Actually my sister sent me food items weighed about 11.55kg but when I received consignment the weight is about 5.42 only, most of the food items were missing nd were spillage nd got them in very worst condition..I want all ofmy items to refund it to me as soon as possible

Though the consignment had been booked by "air cargo" from Korba to Chennai on 28.01.2021, sent it by air from Raipur to Mumbai. However, from Mumbai, on 30.01.2021, the consignment sent by "surface transport" to Chennai, therefore, failing the very purpose o[censored]rgency & reached/ delivered Chennai only on 04.2.2021. Since I'hv been charged for air cargo (ie. Rs.1540/-for merely 6.4kg clothing), it should have been sent by "air cargo" upto Chennai so that the item could have been delivered well after one or two days of departure from Mumbai. Delay occurred is totally on the part of DTDC, may arrange refund of extra charges taken from me on account of "air cargo" without any further delay.

A parcel was sent from Mumbai to Gonda. The DTDC people sent it mistakenly to Surat for which many of them agreed that it mistakenly got re routed! After some 100 phone calls and 20-30 mails there has still been no update on the parcel location.
The DTDC helpline is useless. They give you assurance like they would work on priority and at the end of the day send you a fake closure report.

I am waiting for my order 'V61355984' from 5 days. On 22nd Feb, received a call from Dtdc(mellacheruvu), they said, you should come for your order, we stopped delivery. I said thai I never come, it's your duty to deliver order at residence.

Today 25th feb, where is my order, when it will be delivered.

Its been 9 days that have been waiting for my parcel which contains plant saplings. From 3 days its in purnia and the courier service is not delivering it to my location.

If the plants will die who will take the responsibility of the amount i have to bear the cost of.

I am trying to contact DTDC services and no proper care has been taken by the ekart officials.

Local courier service is keeping the parcel for three days and still not delivering it to my location.

I sent parcel through DTDC courier on 27th January through virar DTDC courier service office, the reciever just recieved the garment whereas I sent garment and jewelry, so the jewelry is missing, and the company is not responding neither sending any update

Complaint about not updating status of my parcel from yesterday which is 22 feb. please update it and deliver my parcel fast... its urgent

I am Abhishek Roy live in Nalhati, Birbhum, West Bengal – 731243. Having a business of Ayurvedic products. For my business purpose, I used DTDC on regular basis for sending our products to our client. Now a days sometimes DTDC make such thing which is really so much harassing to me because –

1. Previously I sent a courier through DTDC and my all the goods in the courier were smashed and my client did not get any product in good condition and that was deliver after 10 days from the normal delivery date. Then I had to return the amount of the product to my client (consignment No. D59261093, date – 09/12/ 2020). That entire shameful thing and lose was caused by DTDC.

2. Now on 25/01/2021 I have sent a courier through DTDC consignment No. K27459612 was not deliver to my client and returned to me after almost 20 days and now DTDC is again charging me the same amount, which I have already paid. So, I have a conversation with the customer care but I was literally shocked by taking to them because they said the consignment is successfully delivered whereas the consignment is returned to me and when I told them that it was not delivered to my client then they disconnected the phone. Now it is totally DTDC’s fault that it cannot deliver my consignment. So now again why I have to pay the same amount for the same consignment.

Now, I am giving the charges again to deliver it and did not get any proper solution of this matter from your customer service team.

I am literally harassed by DTDC service and the charges which are fraudulently added to me for a same consignment, whereas DTDC Nalhati branch is saying the consignment is not deliver because it was send through air so it was returned back but it’s not my concern that whether DTDC sent my consignment through air or surface. I had paid for the delivery of my consignment and it was not deliver due to DTDC’s fault so, again why I have to pay the delivery charges.

I HAVE ATTACHED THE COMPLAINT LETTER ALREADY SUBMITTED TO THE LOCAL DTDC COUNTER.

Till now no action has been taken.

Hello I hv ordered my stuff from Banaras n as per them they have dispatched it through DTDC courier n they also provided me the consignment no, but while entering tracking id for track, then it showing unregistered I'd, plz help me to spot out courier

I have ordered Wall Repairing - 2 Nos from Vendexa Products and today delivered by Shadowfax and received cash 898/- for 2 Nos. But after opening the packet, 1 nos only inside the pack. Shadowfax told. we are not responsible for missing materials.

My case no is 18411459 on dated 18/02/2021(Only Case registered, nothing serious activity done as a problem hunting) .My company SSMSPL based at Udaipur in Rajsthan send me an important documents by your courier service where the shipment no.wasW00669542, but after my side efforts I have got information from your New Panvel port there is no such thing of parcel we had received, imediately I rushed to your Kamothe branch where they informed me that it's reversed back to my company, again I'm enquired to Dtdc New Panvel and I got humpty-dumpty answer like your address is not found also contact number is ringing but not received call etc.But the fact is that from last 15yr my residence address is not changing also got my lots of courier and parcels also in my cellphone there is a miscall alert SMS systems etc. Your service provider OR your Dtdc operation system is not working properly also your company policies are not interested in customer's services and not a having good need anylitical ability. Its only results in poor customer satisfaction, with this Bad Bad Bad experience I'll not a sugest to anybody else to go with DTDC services in further.
