I have booked a parcel from Chennai to Pune on
15/6/23 in D4, Ground Floor, Syed Complex, 29, Gopalakrishna Rd, T. Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600017 with weight of 3kg (suitcase with some new dresses ) and paid 1900 and I have booked through air cargo, but they sent it through roadways and they misplaced my parcel and it didt deliver it and there is no proper response from them, it’s been 8 days still you people didt deliver the parcel, a worse service from DTDC I will attach my following files with this mail and I want a proper explanation and refund of money they booked in air cargo and send through road ways I need immediate response and action for my missing parcel

I wanted to corier my new and 2 old. Paasport to jerryverghese company. Dtdc courierin ahmedabad told it must be sent by 2 parcels and carged 450 each. This is exorbitant fleasing. Please do needful

Parts of my package with the consignment number H37243399 are missing : This is to inform you that I had shipped a package from hyderabad to kolkata on 20th June, 2023. The package contained chocolates, perfumes, lipstick, body lotion, styling cream, tea, pen and a fridge magnet. I was assured that the parcel will reach the destination address in two days but due to your mismanagement and miscommunication with regard to contact number, there was a two-day delay. It finally reached the destination address on 24th june, 2023. however, it has been found that three chocolates, a perfume and the lipstick are missing from inside the package. This is very disappointing because we have been using dtdc services since a very long time. I want the concerned authorities to look into the matter at the earliest and investigate the same. This is shameful to say the least. I demand a full compensation along with refund of the shipping charges.

For M32012051 cosignment number, the address is showing as incorrect or wrong CIR.Where as Pin code and Address is correct as per details provided.

Its already been 7 days still it not delivered why its getting delayed and why its showing as invalid address...

I have sent a courier from Indore (MP) to Balotra (Rajasthan, Dist.Barmer) (PIN-344022) on 15th June, 2023 with the consignment number M26502877. I have also given the Contact No. of both the sender and the receiver. But the Online Tracking System says that "Not Delivered (ADDRESS OK BUT NO SUCH PERSON-(CIR))" on 19th June, 2023. NO SUCH PERSON is next to impossible as per my knowledge because I communicate with them on regular basis and...

I am Subham Raj Singh, my package tracking id is D28683253 and it was supposed to be delivered on the last Friday, but till this day, not a single delivery person contacted me, the customer care phone number is also temporarily unavailable, and I have been waiting for last 4 5 days for my package, but you guys are giving completely false reason regarding your incompetence in your job of delivering the package, It is showing Local Holiday OTR for last 2 days. I am struggling to contact the customer care also. Please get my package delivered urgently. Its very important.

2. I was never contact by any delivery person or any executive regarding the same and also i tried to establish contact to many dtdc services across bangalore but all the members are careless and rude nature.

3. I tried calling official customer care number of dtdc also but in vain.. Waited for almost an hour but no one attended the call.

4. Atleast contact the customer when you are out for delivery. Today also showing out for delivery but it wasn't delivered showing local holiday OTR.

5.Please deliver the package to the corresponding address immediately, it's very urgent. I am struggling for last 4 days for my package.

1. I have booked consignment to Bangalore bearing tracking id D28683253 and as per last update on 19 june 2023, it shows that the consignment was out for delivery but entry restricted (Otr).

2. I was never contact by any delivery person or any executive regarding the same and also i tried to establish contact to many dtdc services across BANGALORE but all the members are careless and rude nature.

3. I tried calling official customer care number of dtdc also but in vain.. Waited for almost an hour but no one ATTENDED the call.

4. Please improve your customer service and also teach your dtdc partners how to behave with the customers else market is very competitive.

5. Atleast contact the customer when you are out for delivery. Today also showing out for delivery but its not delivered showing OTR.

6.Please deliver the package to the corresponding address immediately, it's very urgent. I have been struggling to reach out to you from so many days.

Sir, I sended a parcel through the DTDC courier, tracking ID is c29793218.My parcel 📦 isn't arrived yet.its 22 days now still it's not delivered.already I raised the complaint to DTDC help centre number ([protected]) and also contact to taramani DTDC counter against this issue.and also contact to tinsukia dtdc counter.still I didn't get any resolution, kindly help me regards this, actually, as I can see through the tracking number my parcel is arrived to tinsukia dtdc office, but when I was contacted to there, he is telling that it's not their responsibility.i sended from vesh Raj, kotturpuram, Chennai-600085 to binod Sharma, dholla, tinsukia -786154.i had atteched bellow my every details of parcel.please sir help regarding this matter.

I am Aniv Mazumdar, my package tracking id is D63669937 and it was supposed to be delivered on the last Friday, but till this day, not a single delivery person contacted me, the customer care phone number is also temporarily unavailable, and I have been waiting for last 3 days for my package, but you guys are giving completely false reason regarding your incompetence in your job of delivering the package, first reason was that I have requested for delivering that package on a different day, which is completely false as I had insisted on sending the package as soon as possible, and on the second day the reason given was receiver wasn't available, whereas I was never contacted to begin with!

I can’t received my parcel since 15th of june 2023 the parcel was came in agra on 15th june but today is 19 june but the company could not deliver my parcel. I contact customer care they say it can deliver you soon but i can’t get . I requested customer care to give the address of dtdc service they say i will gave in mail but didn’t get the mail from dtdc since last 2 days. I can’t call also now number is unreachable now. My Meesho AWB: 7D3909052 not delivered

My Prepaid parcel is wrongly delivered on 9th june to someone else by dtdc courier person which he admit that he has wrongly delivered but still nothing happened.
I have complained about it to the DTDC customer support but they haven't responded my mail yet.
Till date i.e 16.6.23 my parcel is not received by me nor they ready to refund me.
DTDC is worst courier service where they not heard the customer problem. My parcel is worth of Rs2, 850/- which i have already paid but DTDC not even tried to solve this problem nor they refund me.

Delivery agent from dtdc updated fake status in the system that " receiver not available though i was available through out the day". It was out of delivery on 14th june but still i have not received it. Customer care is also very bad, they did not receive calls. After going to waiting, the call got auto disconnected. Awb : D58547266.

Kindly help to address this asap.

I have given my parcel to DTDC Courier on June14th from Dindigul(Gopalpatty) to Chennai(Navalur) . Today(June15th) Morning, my parcel is showing as Out for delivery. But At the evening the status showing as NOT DELIVERED-OTR.

Please help me to deliver my parcel to the Destination Address. It is very urgent to send the courier. That's why I trust your service and sent through DTDC Courier service. But I'm in trouble situation right now. Kindly help me to deliver my parcel at the earliest.

I have sent a courier from Roorkee to Visakhapatnam (Zip-530017) on 24th May with the consignment number[protected] .This has very important documents and the online tracking now shows it's not moved from Indore since 31st May. I called customer care 5 times in case something happened and dtdc never tried to contact me on any of the for delivery. They haven't sent me any communication of this either. I could only see this when i tracked it even though i went online and registered my phone for tracking. They haven't given me any details about my courier. How do i get it back? No customer care numbers or office numbers available are responding properly after every call they tell pls wait 3 days and the day never comes.All numbers online seem to be wrong. They are very important and this kind of irresponsible service is outrageous.

Please provide me Courier Slip File so that I can get refund or cashback from Boult Audio and I can take advantage of the Scheme... Thank you

I Have ordered book from Kota to Mumbai and they send me the tracking I'd of DTDC, yesterday morning it's showing your package is out for dilivery but at night it suddenly show not diliverd, today also it's showing not diliverd, Int he package there just book which doesn't means anything to buy it was precious for me for the preparation, I don't have many tho buy the book again, plz atleast don't thief books...
