Couriered there packages from Lucknow to delhi on 31st May…. Two are showing restricted entry and one is showing incomplete address. These have complete address with correct PIN number as well … raised the ticket also yesterday but still no response. Trying to contact the customers care but can’t get through at all…. Very poor service by the courier… will never book this again…

Actually a sorry state of affairs at their customer care Center as well … on one teaching shows that the delivery was attempted on a non working day and conveniently returned and lying at delhi fro last two days and now on the way back … very sorry state…. Never ever gonna book this service again in

    Your courier service is so disheartened this time
    My order no I11994338 this will show out for delivery
    From last 2 days but didn't receive it yet
    Just received a message in the. Evening like reciever requested delivery on another date or we try to attempt but receiver didn't receive call
    Where it's fake delivery boy didn't call me or neither I rescheduled my delivery date

    Please deliver my package ASAP

      The basis of DTDC's designating the tracking details of D29416657 as "Not Delivered(Receiver Not Available-(CIR)" is beyond our understanding as the receiver has been physically present at the address on the given days.

      Further, it is not even known if DTDC made a physical attempt to deliver the consignment.

          Hi, I have not received any parcel on Tracking ID/ AWB Number - M31754269. But in DTDC Tracking Website, It is mentioned as "DELIVERED". Please tell me where is my parcel.               Hi this is inform that i need to receive a parcel on 24 but got a message saying elivery atttmpted failed and toldsy i called the delivery guy he is telling that he dint see that parcel only and called the manager for chennai amjikarai office he is telling he dont have time and not ready to listen and his number is [protected] he is a waste manager sitting there and called CUSTOMER CARE that ### while talking only disconnected one of the worst courier service in the world please ban this fraud company

                For the past 2 days it says the parcel is out for delivery but never delivered instead after failing to deliver it is marked RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE (CIR) even though no delivery even guy tried. These are so ridiculous excuses for not delivering the parcels on time

                  From mumbai via tracking X88425362, which being sent from mumbai on 19 may It has not been delivered yet and in dtdc tracking website, it shows "consignment redirected".

                  The tracking details clearly shows that the consignment had reached bhopal on 20th may itself but nobody from dtdc had tried to contact me in this regard.in the consignment, my address and phone number was clearly mentioned, which i have a photo with me.

                    My parcel from star and Daisy is yet not delivered by DTDC and they are updating false and fake update sover the tracking portal.despite calling multiple times to the customer care number they are just assuring me mentioneing it will get delivered today but each day it's a same story. This is absolute mental harrasment case and should be dealt accordingly on urgent basis

                              My package with tracking ID D27767686 has not been delivered even after 25 days and the status is showing delivered. The customer care cannot provide me with a proof of delivery and cannot do anything to check where my package went. Please prioritise this and resolve this issue.

                                My package D27767686, was not delivered to me and the status shows delivered. It has been more than 20 days and their customer service is saying that the package was delivered but they are unable to show me any proof of delivery.

                                    Worst service ever..I don't get any response from your team..what kind of courier your are? 7X5197019 tracking showing consignment redirected and last min misquote..don't know why? Truest me your delivery boy either stupid or funny ..simple address I have given ..flat 30 no H ..hpcl waltair park colony ..siripuram 530003..don't know how can he don't found? Amazon, flipcart etc all can found it easily ..but your service is really worst ..I never recommend anyone ..after 2hours of calling one of your executive received call and say after 30mins I will call you but there is no call from him till now..I was around 3.30pm..now tell me can you delivered it or not? I am telling you so many times that parcel is urgent but you guys don't take it seriously..many tickets are raised but Noone is there to solve this..worst just worst

                                      April 13 2023,

                                      Received damaged item bcoz of transit.

                                      1) The item was submitted on 13th, while the dtdc tracking process states 14th April . delay in shipment.
                                      Have shared the photo along with refernce number of same, the box being intact.

                                      2) with point 1, when it was stated handle with care it means need attention right? so whatever happened is with the DTDC premisses in office or transit. So this it all at DTDC limits. after receiving the box the photo shared for reference.

                                        There is a parcel for me from kolkata to vishakhapatnam with tracking ID 7X5197019..it showed out for delivery in morning but at 3.42pm it is showing consignment redirected..there is no call from them..they have mu phone no, proper address..Infact I am in home throughout the day..no one came..In message they said that misroute but proper address already given..amazon, flipcart all can come easily but why not them? Infact I called several times to customer care no one received..worst service ever..This is a urgent parcel ..I need it asap..but there is no response.. I don't know how to get my parcel..totally unprofessional service from dtdc..
