I've couriered a gift to Kheda (Gujarat). There were two products while giving the product to the facility. I was shocked to receive a feedback ftom my friend that there is only one product received. While giving the product to the facility in Chennai the product weight was 300 gram however upon receipt of the product it was 100 gram. These details are updated in DTDC system.

I did not hear anything from the company yet. Also, none of the offices (office from were the product was dispatched / receiver unit) are responding appropriately.

Kimdly help.

I lost a bluetooth headset worth 3000.

I have had a parcel sent to my customer and they were asked to go to their office to collect as the address they entered not serviceable.My questions is if the pincode was not serviceable why did the DTDC site first approve of that pincode and moreover it was just 3km from the office. Ehy can't they deliver when the place is so near that means they are not at all customer oriented.Now if their site approved it's their responsibility to have it delivered not like some government office service..The franchise are pathetic set o[censored]nprofessional people. First of all they say no then it's no..they themself asked me to complain as they do not care..n more over there are no company presense n number to raise our concern..the numbers given are not working as well no one responds.. Inspite of telling the customer's issue that they are old people n can not go n collect from office..this is in Alleppey district..

I sent couier from India to vancover (Canada) on 24nov 2020 it is not delivered. when i track it showed in transit. i want to to the reason for delay and plz update when i can get it. it is very important for me.

Poornprajna Institute of Scientific Research is situated around 8Kms from the Devanahalli town. We are receiving samples, documents or consignments from all over. But when it is sent through DTDC (Desk-to-Desk Courier - to be precise) will never come to deliver them to the address mentioned on the documents, consignments etc. This is a wrong practice followed by the Devanahalli agency. Please advise your agent to follow the law of courier and arrange to deliver the goods.documents to the address mentioned on it. Or ask them not to book any consignment, documents are any thing to this address. If this is not followed, we are open even to lodge a complaint with the Consumer Court also. Even, the behaviour of the persons are also very rude in nature. please ensure that, in future any thing booked through DTDC to our institute should be delivered to the address mentioned. I have seen no response from care team, seems my consignment was theft by DTDC courier, I need justice, immediately provide me consignment or compensation of 10, 000/- !

My parcel got booked in Nagercoil on[protected] which usually takes 2 days to deliver at Vizag but it’s been 10days the package is not delivered and there is no response from Dtdc

Tracking status shows consignment delivered successfully on today but I have not received the parcel.

Request the matter may be investigated for wrong staus and instruction be given to made the delivery at the correct address as soon as possible.

I have posted some official papers works which has to be delivered on 14 December. and now it's 16 December . DTDC courier is one of the worst courier services I have ever seen .this is for the last time I have used it .but will make sure that further not me nor my relatives will use this useless courier service.the executive also never picks the call then why the hell you give your contact number ..

I have been provided with a tracking ID D80166481.It's been a week since the tracking status is saying no data available. There is no proper way to contact them and they are not replying to my emails.

My friend send me a parcel through DTDC on 4 Dec 2020 My consignment number is D75897271 ..the parcel is yet not deliver to my door step nor they have contacted me.. Moreover they are updating wrong...They updated wrong reasons like 'receiver not available' or 'receiver requested for the another date'..I called them but no response..In the tracking detail it is showing the parcel is with Varanasi Hub office..Please resolve my issue

I am adv Sphurti Kothare from Goa. The parcel was send by Jaipur fit, Jaipur, Rajasthan mob no.[protected] to me with tracking no. D80074153. On 14.12.2020 Your Parcel was given to my neighbor despite she telling him not to give her. No doubt I collected my parcel from her but your delivery agent should not have given my parcel to her if my house was locked. He should have phoned me. He has given three times my parcels to neighbor.
Hence I file complaint against the delivery agent of Margao office, GOA. How he can be such irresponsible. The parcel which is addressed to me should be delivered to me only and in my absence could easily call on my mobile.

We had sent some dresses to be gifted to my family and out of 20 dresses which i sent only 17 of them reached. The parcel had plastic wrap over the carton and inspite of that it was been badly opened and the tape was cut and the dresses were taken out and again the plastic was rewraped.

I was suppose to receive my courier at Diwali which was dispatch from my office (Avery Dennison) in October to me on occasion of Diwali but have never expected that I would not be very lucky to received it on time. So requesting you to at least now get the same dispatched at my address .

T. Ganapathi Rao ([protected], Sompeta A.P.) had sent me 2kgs of CASHEW nuts on 01.12.2020 by DTDC courier. I had received the call from DTDC courier boy on 10.12.2020. When i received my parcel, had doubt as parcel packet was damaged. Then i checked the weight of parcel, it was only 1kg instead of 2kgs. Because of this i did not take my parcel. I called to Mr Jitendra Jione ([protected], DTDC Gadchandur, Chandrapur, Maharashtra) and DTDC sompeta (A.P., [protected]) but i didn't received response of them. I lost my 2kgs of cashew nuts. I request to refund my Rs1800 (material cost + courier cost).

I have no call and msg they say receiver is not available but we have not received any information but we are saying delivery is not available at our delivery office, delivery boys
