DTDC is involved in intentional delays in the Consignment Deliveries. They usually refers to "Wrong or Incomplete Address" being a reason of delay in deliveries. However, Online Tracking page reflects fast movement of consignment from Booking Hub to the Destination Hub but consignment remains undelivered for many days due to wrong address.
Other online sales companies like AMAZON, FLIPKART etc. uses the same address to easily reach & deliver their products. Why not DTDC?
I had given 3 mobile numbers along with the address but still they are unable to deliver the consignment.
Actually, they just are showing it online that consignment has reached to the destination point but undelivered due to wrong address. They want to beg more time to deliver and don't want any blame or disputes for delays.
DTDC is a worst courier service as I experienced and everybody should avoid to take their services.
Our Indian Postal service is far better than DTDC.

I used DTDC courier service to send a package to my relative in Mumbai. The package was kept on the destination hub for 5 days, without any communication to me or the consignee . When I raised a ticket through DTDC site, all I got was a message 'Kindly Wait coordinating with the branch and shall update you soon.' When I went to the service center through which I sent the package, the agent was incredibly rude to me and refused to coordinate whatsoever, claiming the address I wrote was incorrect. I requested him to call the number of the recipient on the package (I had taken a picture before sending it out for delivery), he did so and my relative talked to him. The address and phone number was confirmed by the agent. He assured the package would reach the destination.

However the situation didn't change for 3 days. On questioning now, the agent again started screaming at me that the address is incorrect ( which he himself confirmed to be correct, 3 days back).

DTDC customer support is of absolute no help. I have raised a ticket. I have tweeted them. They do not respond at all.

Now I have lost my package and my money. Kindly note that the address is 100% correct, but the company refuses to acknowledge that. I have the images of my package and the receipt, and I am ready to share those via mail. (Not posting here for privacy purpose)

I ordered some product from a site and their courier partner is DTDC (consignment no.R[protected]. i used to track everyday for the status of the courier. after 3 days status got updated as delivered and received by name . which i or my family didn't receive they just update wrong status in site, they are such a fraudsters. their customer support in mumbai is horrible ..there is one girl name "PRIYANKA" she cuts every time when i ask them about courier. such a pathetic and worst services by DTDC. i suggest never to send courier through DTDC

I decided to get my items through dtdc because i thought they are responsible.

I paid 23000. Almost to get my items and the packaging was not done properly, most of items got spoiled some of the items got broken (a wooden table) and many more.

Respected sir this is the request that my courier has came over nearly 1 month ago still I didn't receive any parcel even I have consulted dtdc office in tirupathi they are not responding for the customer 😡 so I have brought it to your notice

Consignment not delivered.this happens often.we need to go to the office to take our parcel, we even talked to them about this and even complained about it but no response from them.shows out for delivery but then updating some reasons which aren’t acceptable.this must be taken into consideration

My frd sent corrier to chennai 600012 to bangalore-560078 3.6 kg rs. Was 360 . But now I sent same corrier 3.1 kg Bangalore-560078 to chennai-600012 they asked Rs.545 . I want refund .

I have to receive my parcel on Nov 16th, but in tracking it is showing rescheduled it's already been 50 days showing at vijayawada apex.it is important package . consignment number is H99218495.delivery address is kaikaluru.please mark this issue as important and send parcel asap.orelse we have give complaint against courier service of DTDC and will submit in court.

I booked a Courier with DTDC on 31st October 2020, from Jaipur to Kakinada with tracking No: D92497759. But till now i haven't received the courier.

I raised a complaint with DTDC, they have given me a Ticket no: 17910371 for the complaint and then nothing else.

They were just playing a blame game and nothing else.

Please take action.

I sent a parcel from Patna to Kolkata on 232/11/20 using DTDC courier services with the AWB no d61776076. I was charged rs 750 for the parcel and i was assured that the delivery will be made in maximum 4 days. Since the parcel contained food items i paid them the amount the asked under the impression that the parcel will reach kolkata on time.
It has been over 12 days and the consignee has yet no received the parcel. The online tracking is showing that the parcel is lying in chennai. Whenever im trying to contact the customer care they just tell me it is on way and they dont let me speak to any senior. They blatantly lie and hang up the call on the face of whoch i have a call recording as well. My 80 year mother spent 8 hrs preparing the food which costed us almost 6000 rupees. This is totally unacceptable. There should be regulatory authority for private courier services in india.
I realize now how helpless a customer is since there is no governing authority and these courier companies conduct operations at their own whims and fancy. I tried mailing the dtdc customer care as well but alas i received no reply. Their business model is to just dupe customers since they charge pre-hand, after that whether the parcel is delivered on time or not there is no guarantee whatsoever

Package containing camera worth Rs 35000 was sent from Bengaluru to Solan (173212). The package reached the final city, but was not delivered. However, I received the message on 23rd October, 2020 saying: your package has been successfully delivered. But I did not receive any call/intimation from DTDC. They don't know where the package is, and are claiming they had forwarded it to the franchise for final delivery. The franchise is denying receiving the package from the DTDC office. Both are blaming each other, but not helping resolve the issue. DTDC's customer care is pathetic, they never pick up the call, and when they finally do they promise to call back, but ultimately there is no response. I enquired in the DTDC office. They told me they give their own employee's number instead of the receiver's number(which should be the case) for marking the final OTP, and punching successful delivery. This way they can do anything with the package and mark it as 'delivered to the receiver' without even contacting the receiver. Also, they mark incorrect reason as 'receiver requested another day for delivery' when they are unable to deliver the package on the given day (due to their own fault). They are acting very unprofessionally.

We have submitted the package to dtdc courier on before LOCKOWDON.but the backage not RECIVED to the destination .TILL NOW, they are not responding. package value of 13000 nearly.plss help us
