Dear DTDC Team,

We had a terrible experience working with one of your local DTDC Team (Local Registration M/S Eagle Enterprises Unit No.13, A-Roy Apartment, Air Cargo Complex, Sahar Road, Anderhi East Mumbai 400099.), we hired this company service paying double the amount in compare to regular courier companies.

Expecting that, well know company like DTDC will meet service and timing, leaving no complaints and discrepancy.

However this was not respected and delivery not made on time.

Resulting packages still being delivered till date or in transit, moreover there is minimum communication on status and data sharing.

All above scenario has made our client unsatisfied, and our own company name is in stake.

Request you to please look into it and revert us with reasonable solution.

Hi Sir/ Madam,

Today I received my package which I had couriered from Patna. I received the delivery at its Destination in Sringar, Jammu and Kashmir. One of the two packages had a broken suit case in it while it was well in condition when it was packed by DTDC guys in Patna. I chose DTDC for the safe carriage but received a broken bag in the package is a shock and a huge loss to me. I would request you to address to my complaint and provide me solution for meeting my loss. My package/courtier number is : D60363360.

I have been tracking my order z36370418 and it is showing delivered on 16/11/20 but neither received any order nor a call from dtdc person. It is delivered is 500003 basheerbagh area whereas the address is of 500072.i have been raising my issues and trying to call customer care but There has been no update on my queries from dtdc .

The shipment containing government official documents booked on 21 Oct 2020 at DTDC Pallavaram, Chennai ([protected]) is not yet delivered, even after 32 days and tracking history is incorrectly updated. There is no proper response from the courier company in spite of several reminders.

Not delivered at jigani i02561869, none of the customer care people attending to call, trying for half an hour but no use at all..

I booked a courier from Mumbai to kerala on 8th November which has not been delivered to me yet. The koparkhairne, navi mumbai branch fronm where I sent my courier confirmed that the pincode is serviceable and charged me for 40 kg however, the package hasn't been delivered to me yet. The customer service does not respond even after multiple tries for the past 5 days

NEED AN IMMEDIATE ACTION AGAINST DTDC AND THEIR DECEIVING POLICIES

Food items was sent to U.S.A from varaparla DTDC services, Andhra Pradesh. Food items sent was replaced by wood pieces packed in plastic boxes. We are expecting an immediate and necessary action regarding this issue.

It's almost 5 months completed, till now iam not receiving my courier.iam very tired about asking my courier details from my nearest DTDC courier service.

On 2d November, 2020, I have booked a cover under waybill no C04601021, in DTDC Nalampalayam branch, Coimbatore. The same was reported to be not delivered for want of sufficient address. It seems that the consignee had shifted from there. The cover was lying with your Gandhipuram, Coimbatore Office. I have been trying to contact their Gandipuram office, to redliver the same to the new address. But despite my repeated attempts, I am unable to contact them. The cover contains an urgent share transfer request, which is to be delivered at once. On 7th that the company replied that they will update soon. Since then I have been following up with the co on 7th, 10th, 11th, 13th, 17th and 18th of Nov 2020. But the company is not responding at all.
I want either the cover which was undelivered is t be returned back to me or the company should issue a certificate that the same was misplaced at their end, to be produced before my banker.

My Package was dispatched from Hong Kong on the 10th of November, with the AWB [protected]

Once arrived in India, it was held in customs for over a week due to the Diwali period.

Wednesday 18th if November, the package was cleared from customs and given to DTDC for delivery from Delhi to Mumbai. AWB: X68485476

Arrival of package 7PM Friday, 20th November.

After opening the package to check the contents of it. Multiple items are missing/stolen.

It is clearly issued in the invoice whilst shipped from Hong Kong of the contents in the package, yet the package has items missing.

Missing items are the following:

2 Paper Pattern Pieces
1 Cotton Fabric Sample Book

I expect immediate support on the following issue, this was a highly important shipment and it is quite disappointing to see a company like DTDC that is advertised all over India, with such service. DTDC have clearly proved to be incompetent in providing a simple courier service in India, and should have action taken against them.

I have never any call from me to DTDC
It shows receiver requested delivery on another date

One parcel has been booked at Guntur to Yanam 533464 with tracking no.H98858631 on13 th Nov. But it has not been delivered.

My baggage damaged... inside baggage I packed one rice cooker wich was fully damaged ... before I courier my baggage I told to courier boy I have inside one rice cooker plz take care...I am not happy with your service...

Courier Received at DTDC Destination on 12 Nov 2020 @ 02:39 HRS.

Courier was not delivered till 19 Nov 2020. We refuse to accept the courier.

Made several calls to DTDC Company, local DTDC Branch Manager in Pune but they did not attend the calls or would switch of the phones.
Calls were made to DTDC Call number [protected] (List Attached) and to Ms. Jyoti - Sr. Branch Manager - DTDC - [protected] (Stored as A in my mobile)
You can see the number of calls made to call center is 9 calls and to Ms. Jyothi (A) is 15.

Total Courier value was Rs5000/
Plus the harassments of making calls to DTDC Company and getting no response from them.

I had a courier from meerut and is was tracking it till 11 nov somehow it started showing wrong address and since then i did not got my courier.. it is very important i need it urgently my i talked to customer care and they said it will be delivered soon but still no were about of my courier its so frustration i need it soon my case number is 17857267

I have tried to contact the company but there is no response .It's been over one month.It was dispatched on 16th October.I have mailed them, tried to contact via customer care number but it's useless.This is worst behaviour of DTDC and worst service.No proper contact number

I have sent a parcel on 28th oct 2020.
Online tracking says it has reached ghatkopar on Nov 2 2020. But it has not been delivered yet . I have been sending mails, raising complaint tickets and made calls to customer care and ghatkopar branch so many times . But still no response or update regarding the parcel

The Customer is booked a Courier in DTDC on 07.11.2020 and the courier is while checking in online it shows delivered on 11.11.2020. Till now we have not received the courier and check with courier office they are not respond properly. We have totally upset about it and very poor service.
