I have booked book from Kota and the courier was coming to Mumbai, yesterday morning it was show out for dilivery and at night it showing undiliverd, now thody is the nest day but still no response I even mail them but nothing happened, are they doing fraud, at least don't thefi someone book, I need them for my preperation, I don't even have any money left to buy again .

Dear dtdc,

1. I have booked consignment to kolkata bearing tracking id D63669835 and as per last update on 12 june 2023, it shows that the consignment was out for delivery but entry restricted (Otr).

2. I was never contact by any delivery person or any executive regarding the same and also i tried to establish contact to many dtdc services across kolkata but all the members are careless and rude nature.

3. I tried calling official customer care number of dtdc also but in vain.. Waited for almost an hour but no one attained the call.

4. Please improve your customer service and also teach your dtdc partners how to behave with the customers else market is very competitive.

5. Atleast contact the customer when you are out for delivery. Today also showing out for delivery but i am still waiting for any call from the delivery

6.Please deliver the package to the corresponding address immediately, it's urgent.

I am raising this compliant on DTDC courier service. They have agreed to deliver a document from me to another place. After taking the document and taking money they said they don't deliver to destination address. Now they didn't return my document and just telling lie they delivered it back to me. Customer care doesn't respond and when i raise ticket they close it saying they delivered....

My consignment number U24048774 was meant to delivered last week to a customer in Gurgaon. It shows as delivered on DTDC teaching BUT ACTUALLY ITS NOT DELIVERED.

My refrence number is X88497471
DTDC X88497471 couldn't be delivered due to CUSTOMER WILL SELF COLLECT.
But any delivery partner didnot call me.

I booked 2 kg fresh sweets from Greater Noida to Aligarh UP on 24 April 2023 vide No. Z15312422 and promised to deliver it within a day but it was detoured to Lucknow and lying in stores on the way to Aligarh and could be delivered on 1 May 2023 (8 days) and meanwhile sweets got spoiled and were unfit to consume thus I suffered a loss of cost of sweets (Rs 2000 plus courier charge Rs 360) and agent at Greater Noida and DTDC is not entertaining to refund money. Kindly help.

I booked 2 kg fresh sweets to Aligarh UP from Greater Noida on 24 April 2023 but learnt that these were taken to Lucknow by DTDC and they could deliver it to address in Aligarh only on 1 May 2023. By that time the sweets got spoliled and DTDC at Greater noida is not listening and charged Rs 360 twards Courier cost and not refunded it as well as DTDC customer care was contacted to refund Rs 2000 towards cost of sweets biut of no avail yet so I am at great loss. Please help.

I have not yet received my package but message received as delivered .

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the service provided by DTDC Courier. I recently availed of their services to send an urgent consignment with the consignment number [consignment number] on 2nd June 2023. The delivery was expected to reach its destination by 5th June 2023, and I paid an additional fee of INR 380 for the urgent delivery service.

However,...

Couriered there packages from Lucknow to delhi on 31st May…. Two are showing restricted entry and one is showing incomplete address. These have complete address with correct PIN number as well … raised the ticket also yesterday but still no response. Trying to contact the customers care but can’t get through at all…. Very poor service by the courier… will never book this again…

The basis of DTDC's designating the tracking details of D29416657 as "Not Delivered(Receiver Not Available-(CIR)" is beyond our understanding as the receiver has been physically present at the address on the given days.

Further, it is not even known if DTDC made a physical attempt to deliver the consignment.

My Spotzero bucket is not delivered to my address. I neither got any call any kind of call regarding delivery nor any mail regarding my package has been returned.

Hi, I have not received any parcel on Tracking ID/ AWB Number - M31754269. But in DTDC Tracking Website, It is mentioned as "DELIVERED". Please tell me where is my parcel. I had the message for out for delivery and after 10 mins another message had come that u entered wrong pin but I don't had the call from delivery boy or delivery agent so how it is possible...so give m help

Hi this is inform that i need to receive a parcel on 24 but got a message saying elivery atttmpted failed and toldsy i called the delivery guy he is telling that he dint see that parcel only and called the manager for chennai amjikarai office he is telling he dont have time and not ready to listen and his number is [protected] he is a waste manager sitting there and called CUSTOMER CARE that ### while talking only disconnected one of the worst courier service in the world please ban this fraud company

For the past 2 days it says the parcel is out for delivery but never delivered instead after failing to deliver it is marked RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE (CIR) even though no delivery even guy tried. These are so ridiculous excuses for not delivering the parcels on time

From mumbai via tracking X88425362, which being sent from mumbai on 19 may It has not been delivered yet and in dtdc tracking website, it shows "consignment redirected".

The tracking details clearly shows that the consignment had reached bhopal on 20th may itself but nobody from dtdc had tried to contact me in this regard.in the consignment, my address and phone number was clearly mentioned, which i have a photo with me.

My parcel from star and Daisy is yet not delivered by DTDC and they are updating false and fake update sover the tracking portal.despite calling multiple times to the customer care number they are just assuring me mentioneing it will get delivered today but each day it's a same story. This is absolute mental harrasment case and should be dealt accordingly on urgent basis
