HI, I have not received any parcel on Tracking Id/ AWB number - Z42878920. But in DTDC Tracking sites there is mentioned "DELIVERED". Please tell me where is my parcel. I was send it on 24/10/20 and it reached on 26/10/20 on Mumbai but now 06/11/20 it's show delivered but its not recieved by me, then where my parcel and I have not received any call from DTDC also. This is serious thing. Please show me your deliver slip. Please reply me asap. Thanks

    I order medicines which are delivered by DTDC. but They DON'T DELIVER IT TO HOME, INSTEAD WE HAVE TO GO 4 KM AWAY TO OFFICE TO COLLECT PARCEL INSPITE OF PAYING FULL DELIVERY CHARGES!!! once they updated status OF PARCEL AS RECEIVED THOUGH WE HAD TO GO AND COLLECT THAT ON THE NEXT DAY.

      All the my courier item since many months are not coming to door step since many months though I am paying money for door step courier. They are simply calling and telling to come and collect the courier by sitting in the office. This is not same for other courier companies and other courier branches. Only happening to chirala, DTDC branch.

        Package Z36772021 was booked on 21 Oct 2020 at Patiala (Punjab) to be delivered at Bangalore. It has not been delivered till date i.e. 06 Nov 2020. Please refund the booking amount Rs 120/-

          Package ref Number Z36772021 was booked on 21 Oct 2020 at Patiala (Punjab) to be delivered at Bangalore. It contained Jaus meant for Dussera Celebrations. It has not been delivered till date i.e. 06 Nov 2020. Still showing in transit. Please refund the booking amount Rs 120/- as the festival over long back.

            My brother stays in beguserai, bihar and since he need several documents and books i had to courier it to his place from madikeri, karnataka through this wasteful DTDC courier. I shipped it on 21st of October paying around 850RS and was assured to reach in 10 days. ON tracking on 30Th of october it was shown its out for delivery, but none of the delivery executive have contacted and upon reaching the beguserai branch number its been switched off. Its 5th of november today and i have spoken to 4 different customer support executives of DTDC on 4 consecutive days where they have just kept saying they would escalate and deliver it by tomorrow. Still my issue hasnt been resolved. Would wait for few more days and then go to consumer court

              I have made a courier from DTDC karaikal to Udaipur. The parcel weighed around 20 Kg. I was told by the Karaikal branch people that they will drop the parcel at the destination place that is door delivery and I agreed. Now the parcel has reached the destination place Udaipur and these Udaipur branch people are telling that they won't deliver at the door place as the service is not available there whereas online it is showing that service is available. These people are playing with customers feelings. I think DTDC should close the Udaipur branch as these people don't know how to work. My cnsignment number is D61375509

                Consignment Number : B74492703, The courier send to my address, by paying full amount including delivery charges, are not delivered to my address. But I am getting SMS in my mobile phone that the shipment is out for delivery. When I called up at DTDC Mukkam branch (Kozhikode Kerala) phone number [protected], he said that the courier cannot be delivered. There is no lock down or containment here near my house, and all the other courier services are delivering at the house. It happened this way to 3-4 shipments I have had in the past. They dont consider delivering the courier at the address even if the courier contains medicine. VERY POOR SERVICE... NO ETHICS... EARNING EXTRA MONEY WITHOUT DELIVERY THE COURIER AT THE ADDRESS.

                        I had shipped my LENOVO laptop charger via dtdc from MEERUT, U.P.(250001) to Vijaywada, A.P.(521105) . It has been almost a month now still not delivered, and the guy who sent it is clueless. There have 4 complaints, 2 escalations, and several mails sent to customersupport of DTDC, but not a single response. Didnt expect such a bad work from DTDC courier company. Now the parcel is in transit mode for past 2 weeks.

                        Now seeking expert advice to either send the parcel to destination to either or deliver it back to source. U00087994

                          I have book pickup service from DTDC on 25th October and pickup was successful on date 27/10/2020 but after there is no updates from there side regarding pickup and the website is showing same status from last 6 days and even the DTDC customer is not informing me anything about it. I have tried calling them and even mail them but there is no response by DTDC. the package was containing JBL earphone model E25BT and it's cost me around 2500, which was used by my friend and from Raipur he sent me the product. now I want my courier or refund

                            Tracking no.H20774431...package was not delivered to me ..I'm from tenali guntur district andhra Pradesh. The delivery guy signed himself in the slip and told me that he left the package at my desk .i have called the supervisor Dtdc tenali sri anjaneyulu...instead of resolving my query he told us that the delivery guy is good...and we were lying...please resolve the issue I have a valuable product in the package ..tha parcel was booked on the name M vyshnavi..but it was signed as PTR ..i have the screenshot of that slip also..if my package was not delivered to me ..i will not hesitate to file a complaint in consumer forum..

                              I had sent a courier from KOTTARAKKARA DTDC( SITUATED IN KOLLAM DIST, KERALA) to TRICHY, TAMILNADU ON 22 nd OCTOBER 2020. They told me that courier will reach the destination within 4 OR 5 DAYS. The courier contained chocolate gift box. But it has been 13 DAYS, PACKET DID NOT REACH THE DESTINATION. WHEN I CALLED THE DTDC CUSTOMER CARE, THEY INFORMED ME THAT BY MISTAKE THE PACKET WAS SEND TO AHMEDABAD, AND NOW THEY ARE SENDING IT BACK TO CHENNAI. SUCH IRRESPONSIBLE ACT FROM DTDC STAFF. I SUFFERED MONEY LOSS .SINCE IT WAS A CHOCOLATE BOX, IT WOULD HAV RUINED.I EXCEPT SOME ACTION FROM AUTHORITIES AGAINST THIS.

                                I was supposed to receive a parcel DTDC from my office. I was constantly following the tracking as i was not registered for the message service. After 30th of OCT there no progress in my parcel. So on 2nd Nov i called and complained to them and on 3rd my parcel was finally out for delivery.

                                I am unable to track my package with consignment number: W00097021. Everytime I try to track the package or raise a complaint on the site its throwing an error message stating that the consignment number is invalid.
