I'm Nirajsingh Sengar. Courier of docket number - D75429562 is showing delivered but yet not received at my home. And DCR of 30/10/2020 in DTDC office is missing. Also the delivery person (Ambekar) is misbehaving on phone call. So please look in to the matter and resolve it as soon as possible

      Monitor reached in damaged condition

      Address: A/4/10, Lic colony, Maitrivihar, Chandrasekharpur

      I sent my monitor from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar through DTDC.
      consignment id: D61152896
      But it reached destination in damaged condition, it's LCD panel is cracked.
      I raised a complaint with DTDC customer care, but there seems to be no response. They just mentioned that operation is investigating the issue.
      The product was worth Rs 20000 .
      Please ask DTDC to compensate my losses.

      Hello,

      I am a very regular customer of DTDC. But today, I am very disappointed with the highly arrogant behaviour of the DTDC service provider in Pulgaon, Maharashtra.

      Before few weeks, we enquired about the charges to transfer some of our boxes from Pulgaon to Hyderabad and they quoted Rs.800. We found this a little high and posted via Indian Post which costed us quite less.

      Today when I wanted to send something to Australia, we reached out to them to ask for the charges.

      To this, they responded like below:(In Hindi)
      1. Aap Australia ke charges afford nahi kar payenge. Apki utni aukaad nahi hai. Aap Post se hi bhejo.
      2. Aap Rs.800 nahi de paaye the toh Australia ke Rs.4000 kya denge.
      3. Aap sirf enquiry karte hai aur kuch bhejte nahi hai. Hum enquiry deke apna time pass nahi kar sakte.
      etc. etc.

      The way the service provider spoke to us was unbelievably condescending, higly disrespectful, offensive and unacceptable. Because before few weeks, we enquired about the charges and did not use their service, they spoke to us in this tone and this way.
      Do we not have rights to do the enquiry about the charges before making a transaction?
      Are we bound to use the DTDC service just if we enquire about the charges?

      As a consumer, we expect the strict action against this type of arrogant behavior.

        A consignment bearing No. K26572059 was despatched from Sainthia (West Bengal) on 20/10/2020. As per tracking results, the package is lying with your Taratala Office (Kolkata) and I have not even received a phone call as to the reasons of this being undelivered. We are a small business house and we and most of our clients use DTDC as our preferred courier service. It normally takes 2-3 days to reach my place from Sainthia. I fail to understand the reason for such inordinate delay. Please initiate action to send the package to me.

          The consignment was showing as delivered to Security. On enquiry security has not received the consignment. No one attending the customer care for more than 10 minutes call holding also.
          Please look into the consignment and deliver it to the correct person.
          I have not received the call from courier office before delivering to anyone.

            My courier from fia-foods with tracking id - H21240873 is not delivered to me and no one ever called me or came to my location to deliver, however online tracking shows that shipment is delivered to some random person that i don't even know,
            dtdc is not responding on this, this is costly courier that i need at earliest

                I had sent a parcel from Bangalore to Perambular (Zip code 621212). It has been a while and the tracking status shows undelivered with recover not found as the reason around 19:45pm on 30th October. But the receiver was present in the delivery location and neither did receive any call during the delivery. It is a very important courier and needs to be reached at the earliest.
                I have been trying to contact the person in charge for delivery, but there is no response to the calls. This act of ignorance is not acceptable.
                And this isn't the first time it is happening. It is very displeasing to see the lack of sincerity in the service and compassion with the customer service.

                  This is regarding complaint on dtdc courier services were most worst than expected. from few months back on october 9th we couriered the parcel to CSTI- Jadcherla. but the parcel not delivered. the tracking details showing incorrect address. But we we given correct printed address. they were inefficient in delivering the location address.
                  we are following since 15 days to track order. even atleast there is no idea about where the order located. we called to dtdc courier CUSTOMER care to enquire where the order. But there is no response from their end. they simply pick and disconnect the call. since we are madly trying to enquire the order. but CUSTOMER care is out of service. even we can't able to trace the order. We are unable to tolerate the bledy ****** of dtdc. They were incapable of delivering the services such an ###. They dont have time to pick the call from CUSTOMER. stupidity of services of CUSTOMER care ************################ If they were doing a stupidity services. we cant understand what makes them to stopping calls from CUSTOMER care. very inefficient services of dtdc .

                    I have sent my courier via DTDC on 20th Octoberber DTDC COURIER NO- D61990645 its been 12 days the courier is stuck in transit in Lucknow. When I tried to call them they don't picked up the call and I also raised a service query but no response get. Now I'm so frustrated please help me.

                        I booked a parcel containing room keys to be delivered to my friend at Bangalore on[protected] at Hyderabad, Attapur branch. The agent confirmed the same will be delivered by 30th. But it was not delivered. When I contacted customer care, it was told the parcel is in Air cargo and will be delivered TODAY. I dont know why it is in Air cargo, when it was sent by TRUCK( as told by customer care person) . On 31st, 1st November, 2nd November, also it was not delivered and when contacted, it was told that IT WILL BE DELIVERED TODAY. My friend went to Bangalore and stayed in a hotel and incurred an extra expenditure of about Rs.15, 000, due to non delivery of room keys by DTDC courier on time.
                        I knew from customer care person that she is the head of the DTDC and no higher authorities are there and she does not have the contact details of other DTDC centres at Bangalore

                              I am Riya Martin. It was yesterday that I received my items parcelled from DTDC Wayanad. After I reached home only, got to know that my handbag was badly torn. It is unfit for use now. I wonder how can such a reputed service centre like DTDC can be so irresponsible in handling goods of customer. I hope proper measures would be taken to compensate for the loss.

                                This object over here currently exists a i had ordered an important product from north india in addition to that object over there currently exists transited through dtdc courrier service tracking id:t70048098.
                                ith shows the object recieved at destination which currently exists kanjirapally, kottayam, kerala.
                                they had updated in tracking status that object over there reciever requested delivery on another date, but not yet contacted us.I had provided an object belonging to me, that object being my 2 contact numbers with the address for that object over there courrier.
                                dtdc kanjirapally had uploaded wrong contact number online.
                                please bring an object belonging to me, that object being my courrier place of residence.Its urgent.
                                tremendously bad service dtdc.Not going to use dtdc any more in addition to will not recommend it for anyone.

                                    I am a working professional in Bangalore. Due to the covid 19 situation and extended WFH from my company I decided to shift from Bangalore to my hometown (Kolkata). As flight restrictions were there that I could not carry more than 1 check in baggage I decided to ship most of my parcels through Courier service. I chose DTDC premium service to do this for me. I lived in HBR Layout near Manyata Tech Park, so the nearest DTDC centre for me was near Nagawara Signal (Thanissandra). Date was 3rd September, I booked my consignment there from Bangalore to Kolkata. There were 3 parcels, and I also declared the value for each parcel.
                                    Parcel1 – (3.5K)
                                    Parcel2 – (3.5k)
                                    Parcel3-(22K)(Trolley in Brand new condition – bubble wrapped)
                                    On 5th September afternoon I reached Kolkata. Back home seeing my parents healthy was a relief. So evening I got a call from DTDC that my parcels have arrived I went downstairs to receive the parcels. Parcel1 and Parcl2 arrived, however Parcel3 was not there. I enquired the delivery guy and he told that he has only received 2 and to call help desk for the 3rd one or may be its delayed it should arrive soon. I accepted the 2 parcels and signed for 2. Now the frustrating experience began for me.
                                    I waited for 4 days but parcel didn’t arrive and I sent a mail to DTDC about the same also submitted a complaint. They assigned one of their employee Premlatha to enquire about the issue. She called me and told they are enquiring it with the search team and she will revert back by a week. Week passed but no update then I called her back she gave some wrong parcel pics in whatsapp and asked if that was mine, I denied then I sent exactly how my parcel 3 should look. It’s a Louis Philippe trolley. She took more time for enquiry and took 4 days more. No update from her and then I again called here she told vigilance team is enquiring the issue and still no update for another 2 weeks. On dtdc website tracker used to show 2 parcels delivered and 1 not delivered. Suddenly after a month I saw they updated the 3rd parcel as delivered. I got frustrated and angry on seeing this fraud. I immediately called her and asked about it. She told “I am extremely srry team has wrongly updated it, let me get back to you tomorrow on this.” Till date I haven’t received my dtdc parcel and now she don’t return whatsapp message or call. This is DTDC service, Fraud and Poor.
                                    Please never ever go to dtdc if anyone wants any proof of booked consignment and all or whatsapp messages I have it all. To the right authority I am ready to present it to mask off their fraud, its like white robbery.

                                      14th Oct : DTDC delivered my shipment to my address, when I checked the shipment it was not what I had ordered.

                                      15th Oct : DTDC guys came and told me that they made a mistake in the delivery and my parcel was delivered to someone else. They collected the parcel I had and left, however, I kept a part of the parcel with me as security and told them I would give it when I get my parcel.

                                      Courier guys #: [protected]

                                      16th Oct : (Waited for a day)

                                      17th Oct : called the courier to inquire about the parcel, he said he will get it.

                                      18th Oct : Called again he said we don't work on Sundays

                                      19th Oct : Waited for the courier to call but no response

                                      20th Oct : Called him, he said he has left the job and gave me another number to call ([protected]) This number was constantly switched off

                                      21st Oct : Called on [protected] switched off

                                      22nd Oct : Called the customer service [protected] spoke to an advisor who said I need to call his senior and shared her number ([protected]-Deepali) I asked him to transfer the call to her and he said we DO NOT HAVE THAT OPTION. Told him to stay online and called that number but there was no response. As she did not answer the CSR transferred my call to his Floor Support (Abhishek) who asked me what's MY ISSUE. I was so frustrated and I asked him to learn from the executive what's the issue as I won't repeat myself after being on the call for 25 mins. He kept saying I can't help you if you do not tell me the issue and will disconnect the call if I (customer) does not cooperate.

                                      Please help get this query sorted and listen to the call I have made.

                                      Most shocking part was the advisor said I needed to call the other user with whom my parcel was exchanged and was ready to share the other customer's number with me over the call. I just want to understand is that even a process, where's customer security then ???

                                      I have sent an email as well on 22nd October did not receive any response.
