Sufficient delay there by loosing business and repeated orders from dealer and in time supply not done

Parcel is not delivered but its showing delivered status in dtdc site. Receiver name also is shown as krishna. But nobody is there with that name. Concern person name is sunil reddy. Tracking id is h20274541.
Resolve the issue asap.

This is inform you that one docket which was dispatch from hyderabad from on dated 31/08/2020 but still it is not delivered at our factory by your team. Because which status is showing at tracking is false as this is factory premise where docket supposed to be delivered. So there is no any chance to office closed or door lock. This is indicating that person is not approaching for delivery at site. Please look into the matter any resolve the issue. This is happened many times earlier. Please refer below docket details for your reference.

Booked 12th sep 2020, but till now no update & not received

It is very saddening to bring to your notice that the courier which was sent from delhi (Kalkaji) to kerala (Chengannur) on behalf of amity university is sent back to the original place without any information. I received the tracking id on september 14 at 4:22 pm followed by tracking the courier, it was showing that the courier is in transit (Proof for which i am attaching with this mail). According to the dtdc tracking site the latest update was at 7:13 am on september 14. Surprisingly, in the consecutive days too i was able to see the same update. Well, i was waiting amidst this current pandemic and was anticipating it might take quite a little longer for the courier to reach me than the usual time.in between, i was constantly getting sms updates which to my surprise was showing 'in transit' till this day. By 3:35pm i received a text message stating that the courier is out for delivery followed by a text message at 3:45pm stating the same couldn't be delivered due to the wrong address. I contacted the dtdc number available on the website and a person from bangalore answered the call for the selected state kerala. He said the courier is sent back to the original place.

I contacted the chengannur dtdc and the person said we waited for 3-4 days (That should be 14th probably, the day which i received the tracking id) and my number was not available. But at the same time i received the updates in this so-called not available number. I asked him why they didn't wait for a few days and the answer i got was why didn't i contact them while i have given the delivery address too. When i raised my query along with the dtdc tracking update, he responded by saying that this was not his duty. So, can you kindly explain the duty of this "responsible person".
This was a highly confidential and valuable document from the university. Waiting for your immediate and positive response and hope you will handle the matter seriously. Please find the attached documents for the reference.

19th september i got a message from dtdc that your consignment is out for delivery, but did not get a call from them, next day i checked the status and its showing not delivered, & last mile misroute. Its annoying.

One courier bags of combo, i booked mumbai to ludhiana, before fews days, i check tracking but tracking status show.. On deliver on the location ludhiana, but i did not received any courier... My parcel was booked on 15/09/2020 for kolkata, 700037, consignment number 'a90950929'. Today is 21/09/2020, haven't received any parcel, also no attempt was done to deliver. But, current status showing ' successfully delivered'. What could be done now?

I sent my laptop from chennai to hyderbad on 9/9/2020 and they gave assurance of delivering the package the next day but i received the package on 15/09/2020 that too i tracked my package but it showed delivered but i didn't receive then i tracked the branch manager and spoke with him and got delivered, they simply said the package was marked as delivered my mistake. My display was damaged and i can clearly see that the laptop has got hit severely against a hard object. Even the package i packed was damaged severely. I'm not going to prefer the dtdc even for my friends for sure.

I sent 2creams to my customer on 31st customer but when it was going for the delivery customer is not available but updated that it was delivered so i asked them to return the products but they are not returning and telling it was delivered ou can see it in screenshot

Parcel was given to bangalore office on 3rd august, but it is still in mumbai after 2 months. It should be in rajasthan.

My article consignment number is c03094886. It delivery address in tuni but it was delivered in vijayawada andhra pradesh.
In your branch in tuni said to be give complaint online.

Package was shipped on 10th september and it took 8 days to reach my place branch. When i checked the shipment tracking i was shocked to know that they have attended delivery and mentioned as address incomplete.
Atleast they could have called the mobile number mentioned on parcel.
But they havent even attended the delivery and i didnt even receive a single phone call from dtdc.
I raised a concern on this on the same day contacting the customer care of dtdc and even then they have returned it to the origin facility.
Kindly take necessary action on this. I have attached the screenshots of the shipment details.

Hello sir,
I'm soni from chennai, i had couriered medicines from dtdc guindy, chennai office on 17/09/2020 to mr. Deepak bhatia residing in ulhasnagar 2, thane. The consignment no c03865756. Mr. Deepak has not received the courier but the tracking status shows delivered. The courier are medicines. Unable to raise a complaint through their portal because when i enter the consignment number is shows delivered and does not allow me to enter other details. Request you to help in this regards and arrange to send the courier to the correct address as mentioned on top of the parcel. Please find attached supporting documents for your reference.
