I have posted my courier on 28th August and got the courier slip with consignment/reference number: N20888413. Now when I am trying to track my consignment from the website, it states that there is no information regarding this tracking number. It has been 4 days and the same issue continues.

I booked 5 parcels from Ghaziabad to Guwahati on the 1st of Aug. I have received only 3 of them, 2 are missing. No one is able to tell me where they are. I have already raised 3 complaints and called customer care many times. I have also visited the head office in Guwahati and contacted the office in Ghaziabad. No one has helped me out.
It's been a month now, this is not what I expected. It has been extremely frustrating.

My consignment number is D91339293. Look into it and update me as soon as possible.

My dtdc package with tracking no. H97981965 booked in vishakapatnam is not yet delivered and when i track online, shipment status is showing that "out for delivery" and "not delivered (Restricted entry - (Otr)".

The deliver boy has not reached me on phone mentioned on courier address (Or) my area (Gayathri nagar, gandhi statue line, borabanda - 500018) is not a restricted zone, we are receiving all couriers, parcels to this address.

Get me my shipment as soon as possible

I sent a courier from hyderabad to vaniyambabdi (Tn) via dtdc with tracking number d60878041. It was sent all covered in a bubble wrap anf foam sheet as always but when received the package was all damaged and item was broken into two parts and other item was big dents and folded. This is the first time i have faced this problem with dtdc courier.
My product value is ₹1250.
I either want the money as compensation or my product.

I have still not received the rto parcel. Without receiving it by the concerned sender how can dtdc close the case? Even after continuously chasing multiple times with the dtdc office in kestopur, kolkata they didn't even bother to return the parcel to me. It just shows extremely unprofessionalism/poor service as the parcel took longer time to reach the destination and failed to deliver and then two month passed by but they were unable to hand over/return the parcel back to me. please can you help me to get back the parcel and re-open the case 16675795?

Full description: i booked a very important official documents by dtdc on 24/08/2020 from silchar, which is supposed to reach destination guwahati within certain date. However when tracked with the consignment number :k25004994, its reflects origin and delivery address of some other place.
There customer care no doesn't connect however on put a complaint through the dtdc web portal, a mail has been received with
Case number : 17279859 but no resolution been provided.

How can they take customer for granted and harass them mentally with such issues? Documents are o[censored]tmost importance. How can they be so careless in their approach?

Resolution: kindly deliver the shipment at the earliest as its official documents and must reach asap.

Hi all, the courier is not moving anywhere from 25th july. One month over now and still no update on the courier. Please help us to get it delivered to customer at the earliest.

Order number is : r37751248. Product booked at calicut branch on 25th aug, 2020. From 25th aug it has been showing ' processed and forwarded to facility kolkata air apex'. It's been already 7 days but no response from dtdc customer support.

Hi my package got steadied during shipment!

The headstock for the guitar was broken when it reached the person i was sending it to.
It was insured for 10000 rupee.

My name is deepak das manikpuri i have a query concern from dtdc my consignment d60872642 was sent from dtdc on 8th of aug'20 and packet was out of delivery since 21th aug'20 but and today is 31st aug'20 still packet have not delivered, and dtdc representatives are unable to provide proper info where is consignment.

Consignment no. K24960823 dated 03/08/2020 not delivered or traceable. Dtdc not responding to mails. Will a cpgram / ingram complaint work? The consignment was medicine for my parents. Already delayed more than 3 weeks. Do something. At least give a reply.

My product has not been delivered yet and while checking the status last mile misroute is showing. Please give me the full update regarding the aforementioned consignment number and the estimated delivery date of the product.

Hi sir this is to inform you that my institute has sent the certificate via dtdc and in envelope it was mention not to fold. But still dtdc has folded the certificate and it was completely damage.. I paid 5000rs for my certificate after completing my education... Bow what will i do with this certificate its complety damaged i feel very bad.. I can reorder the certificate but again i have to pay the amount for the certificate now who is going to pay extra 5000rs to order the fresh certificate.. The dtdc company only has to make payment to my institute and order the fresh certificate. I mail the dtdc also on 28 aug but no reply from them.. My consignment number is Z47412578.. please kindly help me sir to get the fresh certificate back..

I have sent out two couriers from dtdc burabazaar Kolkata, one to kolkata itself and one to Mumbai. The Mumbai courier took 9 days to reach and everytime I tried to reach the Kolkata guy who took the courier lied to my face saying the ppl were not at home when they were at home . Over this he shouted at me and was not cooperating at all and was extremely rude .
The matter did not end here, surprisingly after the fight guess what the content of my Kolkata courier is missing .

Consignment not deliver while they showing deliver to customer. Even receiver name is not correct. This totally chit.

On 25th Aug 2020, four days ago, I received a message from DTDC about consignment being out for delivery along with a SMILE CODE. At 1:32pm I received a SMS about consignment delivered, along with a feedback url. Since there was no delivery made and no SMILE CODE collected from me, I immediately gave a feedback on the url regarding non-delivery. However there has been no response at all.I assume therefore that their feedback system is an eyewash.

Next day I called up their customer care who in turn asked me to contact the local branch. Local branch connected me with the delivery boy who again claimed to have delivered the consignment but on insistence, promised to visit next day, that is on Thursday, to sort this out but it is Saturday now and still there is absolutely no visible followup action either from the customer care or local branch.

The consignment contained a vehicle insurance document. Surprisingly there is no follow up from the insurance company as well to cross check if the delivery is made. But that is a different thread and I will be raising an issue with their customer care as well.
