Hi,

On 20/07/2020, I booked a consignment to be sent from Patna, Bihar to Rajauli, Nawada, Bihar.
The consignment was containing few Rakhis.
The consignment Number is K24681015.
It was suppose to be delivered in 4 days.
I tried tracking when the consignment was not delivered. I found, the delivery is failed because nobody recieved it. Then I found wrong PIN code has been put by the guy who took the consignment. I have written the correct address and Pin code including Mobile number.
I went to the DTDC office, Kadamkuan, Patna from where I booked the consignment.
I told him everything and asked why you put wrong PIN code, he said... He put it because the pin code i have the service was not available there. I asked him, then you took the consignment, You should have told me, it can't be sent. I could have not give it to deliver. You took Money as delivery charges, now consignment is not delivered. And It's returning back.
I asked him to return the parcel and delivery charges. He denied giving the delivery charges and asked me to come in 2-3 days to take the returned parcel. I went again, and asked for the parcel, he asked me to visit main DTDC office near Gandi Maidan, Patna.
I went to the main office., They said, the parcel will be returned to the office where you booked it for the delivery. I again went the the first office. He said, I'll let you know when it will come.
Now it's 18/08/2020, almost a month. I didn't get back the parcel not even delivery charges.
I feel cheated, it was not about just Money, it was about feeling of a sister for her brothers who were waiting for the Rakhi which couldn't reach due to DTDC pathetic service.
I want my parcel back and delivery charges as well.

My address was taken thrice ...Morning they show courier out of delivery and by 6 office is closed due to covid or heavy rain
If cant provide your service leave the job...worst service I have ever seen

My friend has couriered gst documents to me from vijayawada on 07th august 2020 to my address in hyderabad through dtdc having tracking no. H97708203
But the destination pincode was wrongly entered as 500039 instead of correct destination pincode is 501301. Due to this the package has wrongly delivered to some other address without verifying the customer who is receiving the package on 08th august 2020 by dtdc nagole branch.
After complaint to customer service they forwarded the package to the address given by me and on 12th august 2020 the status of package showed that the same has been received at dtdc anandbagh branch. I visited dtdc anandbagh branch they said the have not received any parcel with that tracking no. And also said the same has been delivered by nagole branch even it is showing online that the parcel is at anandbagh branch.
Kindly look into this matter and resolve at the earliest.

My package shipped from delhi to chennai on aug 12th. It has been 5 days since then and the package is still undelivered. It was showing rerouted to a different distribution center. I called customer-service at least a dozen times since last 5 days. They keep assuring me the package will be delivered but there is no progress. No one is contacting me to give me an update. This is very poor customer-service from a company whose tagline is "most preferred courier company in india".

Docs from delhi have been shipped to my address in hyderabad.
Docs were shipped on 12th aug 2020 and have reached hyderbad on 14th aug.

Dtdc never contacted me but they are updating their site with information "address incomplete".

This is with reference to the delivery of Consignment number X67646391.

The package was to be delivered on Jul 30, 20. Today is Aug 17, 20 and
the package has still not been delivered. Every time that someone from
DTDC corporate called, I was given an assurance that we are working
with our branch office and will get it delivered. This is despite the
fact that there was an additional premium charged for the delivery.

The Online tracking shows, attempted delivery and Consignee Not available. While this is an incorrect fact as the Consignee himself has been trying to reach the DTDC branch office in Verna, Goa with NO response.

This entire experience has been very frustrating and I need to have an
early resolution.

I have received my parcel in damaged condition.Parcel consists of CPU(Computer & Accessories) and it is fully broken.The CPU body is extremely damaged.CD Player not working properly.Parcel was not packed with bubble wrap and in that "Handle with care" was not mentioned.

My order was booked on 11 August to be delivered to Thane, and it has been undelivered and there’s no movement with my delivery since. It’s a lite delivery and is very important college certificate. Please look into it.

Am a reseller in ladies clothes, i have ordered a salwar set from bhagalpur fro my customer in trichur kerala, they shipped via dtdc with tracking details d60369512 but when i track it's going to ghaziabad and delivered there, manufacturer saying it will deliver to kerala with same tracking details, will it happens so? Please check and help

My parcel was dispatched from bengaluru on 10 july 2020 it reached krishnanagar (I called the office (No response), nadia wb branch on 17july. Its been a month.. There's no more update and i didn't recieve my parcel yet, and its showing. Delivered successfully. Kindly look into this, my consignment no. Is b71553740, as a customer i atleast expect the service giver to atleast update and inform me.. If there's some issue

Dtdc picked up my shipment on august 7th. Till today it is held in kolkata branch. They promised it would reach the destination within 2 weeks. However after over a week the shipment hasn't left it's origin

My consignment no is z3482859, which has been stuck in the dtdc kalyan branch for past 11 days.

Called customer care service for past 9 days everyday, but the only answer i get is that i will receive a call, and that never comes. Even talked to a supervisor. Got the same same answer and i am still waiting for the call.

They just keep on raising new complaint no's but nothing happens. The latest ones is 17099300.

Wrote numerous emails to so many email ids but no reply.

Even the dtdc kalyan branch never bother to pick up the call or bother to respond. (Worst and so many complains about them on online portal. It is costing you business and brand image)

I understand its a pandemic situation, but still your team is handling this situation very carelessly

My mood is so bad and it can't get any worst.

Mr. Sunil booked and packed my laptop bcz he is dtdc courier employee on saturday 8th aug 2020 from c - wing rustomjee azziano, thane west.
Today on 14th aug i have received my damage laptop.
The display screen was broken on right upper portion of laptop due to heavy wait and side floppy is also damaged.
Mr. Sunil patil booked my laptop in a good condition.
But i have received my laptop in bhopal in damage condition.
I have raised so many complaints today my complaint number:17124469

I booked a package from coimbatore to mumbai on aug 01, 2020 after 10 days, the status got updated that its out for delivery. But it's not been delivered yet. The receiver has not received any calls from courier people. Very pathetic. No one is answering calls or responsible. If this issue is not solved, i'll lodge a complaint. Now they have updated as door locked. That was a fake updation of status. The tracking number is
C03544156. I tried calling dtdc 100 times and i'm fed up.

I booked a document with dtdc, sakchi, jamshedpur on 8-aug-20. Tracking number k26185749. It is in transit between kolkata to serampore from 12-aug onwards. On complaint, jamshedpur branch is not able to trace it. This is an urgent document to be produced to court on 17-aug-20.
16th being sunday, it must be delivered by 15th aug.
Please help.

I had ordered a stack of documents for printout from print on web because my college is conducting exams. They had booked the courier from noida up. The package has been booked on dtdc lite services (Consignment number: z[protected]. The package has already reached my district but it is not moving from the shreerampore hub. It has been three days but still there is no movement. After coming so far, the parcel is sitting idle. I have tried every number i could lay my hands on but to no avail. Both the printing company and myself are shocked as to what has happened to the parcel. I know that the times are tough in these covid 19 times, so delay in transit is possible. But, it is surely a sign of negligence and lack of responsibility if a parcel which has travelled from up to west bengal in 2 days, gets stuck in a hub for 3 days straight without any activity. Furthermore, contact number exists to be picked up. The phones are clearly ringing but there is a deliberate attempt to cut the call. My exams are fast approaching and the courier services are taking their own sweet time to do things their own way. Please, i want a resolution for this as soon as possible.

The courier was booked 15 days back yet it is not available for tracking. Have written several emails and posts on fb to dtdc but no satisfactory reply received yet. Please help to check with the courier services. Attached receipt for reference

I called your service desk but there also the same problem. She told me issues look after for resolve. I ll get reply from them asap. But shameful that till not replied.

In your portal it's shown item successfully delivered. Fyi that not happen. On 8/8/2020 called one person from ankur enterprise (Your authorised franchise) that he wants to go for delivery but on that date westbengal full lockdown. So that receiver told him to not today as because delivery person already told sunday will coming. But sunday he was not came, but update in site delivered.

Ordered through patanjali ayurved order me app on 12 july 2020, on 14 july i recieved a message from DTDC that order will be delivered today and in the evening recieved another message that order has been delivered. No one called me for OTP to deliver. next day i called the delivery person -he said i have not delivered anything to that area. later after making many complaints i got a mail from DTDC that it was returned to origin . but they are not updating it in courier details. i made a complaint again now the new person says that order has been delivered showing me a fake signature and closed the complaint. It took me a month in these mail and call converstions but still no results. and also not getting any response from Order me app.
