I had ordered a stack of documents for printout from print on web because my college is conducting exams. They had booked the courier from noida up. The package has been booked on dtdc lite services (Consignment number: z[protected]. The package has already reached my district but it is not moving from the shreerampore hub. It has been three days but still there is no movement. After coming so far, the parcel is sitting idle. I have tried every number i could lay my hands on but to no avail. Both the printing company and myself are shocked as to what has happened to the parcel. I know that the times are tough in these covid 19 times, so delay in transit is possible. But, it is surely a sign of negligence and lack of responsibility if a parcel which has travelled from up to west bengal in 2 days, gets stuck in a hub for 3 days straight without any activity. Furthermore, contact number exists to be picked up. The phones are clearly ringing but there is a deliberate attempt to cut the call. My exams are fast approaching and the courier services are taking their own sweet time to do things their own way. Please, i want a resolution for this as soon as possible.
