I need to receive a parcel from balanagar branch, hyderabad with AWB / consignment number H19872554.
When i track my order it is showing it was delivered on 18th aug 2020 with receiver details as Ssss . Today is 20 th aug 2020, but i didnt get any parcel . It should be delivered to Pincode :523183, Naguluppalapadu village.
I am not understanding what happened with my parcel, neither I didnt get any call or message from dtdc about that order .
Kindly solve my issue . I need that parcel.

This is in reference with a courier that was delivered from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam. My Friend Dheeraj booked the courier at Gachibowli, Hyderabad branch on 17 August 2020. They said their will do it on 18th August 2020. I received the laptop on 20th August 2020. The laptop was delivered in a damaged condition. I couldn't open the laptop due to the breakage.

I have sent a parcel through DTDC as a part of rakshabandhan to my family members at indore. Till now the parcel wasn't received. It's very pathetic to see that they promised to deliver within 7-8 days. But till now it was not yet delivered. The Indore APEX people are saying that the parcel is not yet received by them. I can understand the covid situation but the parcel which I sent through Indian post to same address has already reached long back ago.

I kindly request you to look into this matter otherwise I might take legal action in consumer complaints forum..

I am a reseller. I sent a courier with 4 products in the courier to maharashtra. Consignment number-c10003391. I can't track the address as it is showing invalid consignment number. I am being pushed to mental pressure due to this issue. My online customers are not trusting me because of this delay. It has been a lot more days. The courier customer care is not picking up the call and no response for my query. I cannot mail also. Please respond quickly as it involves so much trouble and disrupting my entire schedule.

I have send a fruit courier from kodaikanal under consignment number c01348635 and d56862358... Both the package came brokened... With a packet damage... This is just because of your employees... No one even responding through phone.. My loss is 1600 for this and u have said if there is any loss you will refund the money

My package with consignment no v59543634 has been booked on 14th august 2020 from vadodara to deliver it to pune with proper address and phone number. Now my shipment status is showing that "not delivered (Receiver not available (Cir)". Earlier it was told that it will be delivered within 3
Working days. Can you tell me what am i supposed to do right now?

My consignment number: D59703824 is shown as delivered by message to my mobile number but I didn't receive any package. I didn't even got a call from dtdc. This is very serious thing

On 20/07/2020, I booked a consignment to be sent from Patna, Bihar to Rajauli, Nawada, Bihar.
The consignment was containing few Rakhis.
The consignment Number is K24681015.
It was suppose to be delivered in 4 days.
I tried tracking when the consignment was not delivered. I found, the delivery is failed because nobody recieved it. Then I found wrong PIN code has been put by the guy who took the consignment. I have written the correct address and Pin code including Mobile number.
I went to the DTDC office, Kadamkuan, Patna from where I booked the consignment.
I told him everything and asked why you put wrong PIN code, he said... He put it because the pin code i have the service was not available there. I asked him, then you took the consignment, You should have told me, it can't be sent. I could have not give it to deliver. You took Money as delivery charges, now consignment is not delivered. And It's returning back.
I asked him to return the parcel and delivery charges. He denied giving the delivery charges and asked me to come in 2-3 days to take the returned parcel. I went again, and asked for the parcel, he asked me to visit main DTDC office near Gandi Maidan, Patna.
I went to the main office., They said, the parcel will be returned to the office where you booked it for the delivery. I again went the the first office. He said, I'll let you know when it will come.
Now it's 18/08/2020, almost a month. I didn't get back the parcel not even delivery charges.
I feel cheated, it was not about just Money, it was about feeling of a sister for her brothers who were waiting for the Rakhi which couldn't reach due to DTDC pathetic service.
I want my parcel back and delivery charges as well.

My address was taken thrice ...Morning they show courier out of delivery and by 6 office is closed due to covid or heavy rain
If cant provide your service leave the job...worst service I have ever seen

My friend has couriered gst documents to me from vijayawada on 07th august 2020 to my address in hyderabad through dtdc having tracking no. H97708203
But the destination pincode was wrongly entered as 500039 instead of correct destination pincode is 501301. Due to this the package has wrongly delivered to some other address without verifying the customer who is receiving the package on 08th august 2020 by dtdc nagole branch.
After complaint to customer service they forwarded the package to the address given by me and on 12th august 2020 the status of package showed that the same has been received at dtdc anandbagh branch. I visited dtdc anandbagh branch they said the have not received any parcel with that tracking no. And also said the same has been delivered by nagole branch even it is showing online that the parcel is at anandbagh branch.
Kindly look into this matter and resolve at the earliest.

My package shipped from delhi to chennai on aug 12th. It has been 5 days since then and the package is still undelivered. It was showing rerouted to a different distribution center. I called customer-service at least a dozen times since last 5 days. They keep assuring me the package will be delivered but there is no progress. No one is contacting me to give me an update. This is very poor customer-service from a company whose tagline is "most preferred courier company in india".

Docs from delhi have been shipped to my address in hyderabad.
Docs were shipped on 12th aug 2020 and have reached hyderbad on 14th aug.

Dtdc never contacted me but they are updating their site with information "address incomplete".

This is with reference to the delivery of Consignment number X67646391.

The package was to be delivered on Jul 30, 20. Today is Aug 17, 20 and
the package has still not been delivered. Every time that someone from
DTDC corporate called, I was given an assurance that we are working
with our branch office and will get it delivered. This is despite the
fact that there was an additional premium charged for the delivery.

The Online tracking shows, attempted delivery and Consignee Not available. While this is an incorrect fact as the Consignee himself has been trying to reach the DTDC branch office in Verna, Goa with NO response.

This entire experience has been very frustrating and I need to have an
early resolution.

I have received my parcel in damaged condition.Parcel consists of CPU(Computer & Accessories) and it is fully broken.The CPU body is extremely damaged.CD Player not working properly.Parcel was not packed with bubble wrap and in that "Handle with care" was not mentioned.

My order was booked on 11 August to be delivered to Thane, and it has been undelivered and there’s no movement with my delivery since. It’s a lite delivery and is very important college certificate. Please look into it.
