They had delivered my item after 38 days but in real, item is not delivered and showing that it has been delivered.
When i asked for pod they are asking for time 2 days, for a week but now more than a month completed but nothing had changed....

This is dtdc courier service, consignment number b71615333. Parcel shows reached destination hub on 13 july 2020 but update till 31 july 2020. Even after multiple follow up no proper response. Now status is updated as undelivered incomplete address. How is that possible when neither the recipient nor the sender was contacted.
