My consignment consisted of 3parcels to be delivered to kolkata. 2 parcels were delivered. But the third one was not delivered. When i filed a complaint they suddenly updated the tracking status as delivered. But the tracking path still shows it is delivered to dtdc head office, guwahati. I tried to contact them. But to no use. My consignment no. Is d56957714.

I booked one Parcel containing TV and also i have given details while booking through your e Booking portal on 07.08.2020.
The Parcel picked up by your DTDC Office Domlur Banglore 560071 on 08.08.2020 from my house.The above Parcel delivered on 11.08.2020. The TV Containing in the Parcel is completely Damaged. While Booking i have declared value of the TV is Rs.5000
For 5 Kg you have charged me Rs. 1890. As per you the charges for one kg is Rs 100 plus
Service charge Rs.110.
I request you to refund me Rs.5000 plus extra charges you have charged.

Hi have sent a parcel from Kolkata to Banglore with very important document regarding my VISA on 27th July and till now it is not delivered.

Every day I kept getting fake update on tracker saying out for delivery in the morning and then by end of day status changes to "couldn't attempt deliver due to COVID 19 ", after 5-6 days the status changed to "Receiver requested another delivery date" .

Let me tell you receiver never even received any call from them, since than I am calling out to them every day, to reach to customer care executive need to wait almost 15-20mins on hold and then they give same answer that they will check with team and update (But they actually do nothing).

I also tried raising query in thier system using thier form, but never got response. I even used facebook messenger to get update but same response.

Its been more than 15 days and still my parcel is not delivered. My visa process at final stage is going to get expire due to this.

I want to take action against them now for torturing like this and my financial and career loss.

I also requested them to send it back if they can't deliver but they don't give any response other than we will check with our team.

Delivered on 07.08.2020 whereas rakhee festival was on 03.08.2020.
Repeated request was made to yr collecting agent about delay but to no reply whereas it was time bound delivery (I. E. Before 03.08.2020 due to rakhee festival) but delivered on 07.08.2020 after constant follow - up. Are you going to refund our courier charges due to negligence in yr service or we should stop dealing with yr company due to poor service.

I have booked a courier (Tracking number z[protected] form delhi to bhandara (Maharashtra) on 29 july 2020, the parcel is reach nagpur on 6 august 2020 on the same day the parcel is forwarded to bhandara but till the date (12 aug 2020) the is not reached in bhandara.

I have shipped a parcel from hyderabad on 3rd august, my expected date of delivery was 10th august, today is 12th august there is no progress in the status of the shipment and also different customer support people say different things. I do not understand how they play with emotions. Giving so much stress and frustration. It's really very pathetic.

Dtdc gives no value for money neither emotions.

Please look into this matter as i have mailed called them several times got no response.

I had my parcel from hyderabad on 8-aug-2020 reached to mysore on 11-aug-2020 at 9.00 am. The lady in kuvempunagar said the fellow had taken it when i called at 11am & said it will reach by 12.30pm then again at 2.30pm then again at 4.30 pm then again at 7.30 pm. At 7.30 pm again i called then the person in sterling dtdc said that delivery person has not taken the courier.

The lady at kuvempunagar kept on telling lies, the...

I went to ravulapalem dtdc center... There they checked all the parcels but mine is not there or received... They are saying that it might be miss route happened... They are reckless towards orders... My order is so costly and very important to me... Please contact ravulapalem dtdc franshiee and start enquiry about my order. Tracking id:m85790709

Courier is booked on 04/08/2020.
It has a medical insurance documents. It show while tracking that courier is delivered on 08/08/2020.
I don't even get any phone call about courier from delivery boy when he was going to deliver. Neither i got my courier till now.
Kindly shot out this problem.

Courier docket no. Z53418035 dated 25.07.20 has been booked from faridabad branch office, sector-31, for dispatch from faridabad to kolkata-39, but till date i have not received the same.

My parcel has arrived to my city hub on 29th july 2020 but this pathetic courier service didn't bothered to deliver it to my address till the date i. E. 11th august 2020.
I made several complains after which they said they are priortizing my parcel and updated status to out for delivery today but whole day i waited for the call and no none called me after 6:30 pm they updated their status to "receiver requested delivery for another date cir"
Without contacting me.
Its already have been 12 days and i dnt know when they will deliver my parcel.
Dtdc is worst and pathetic courier service of india.

I have booked 2 boxes from hyderabad to visakhapatnam on 7th august with consignment number d60855382 these boxes were delivered on 10th august at the receipt address. But, one box was completely damaged, all the items in the box are broken beyond repair. After collecting rs. 2600/- for this booking it is absolutely unprofessional to treat the cargo in such a manner, it looks the box is thrown around which caused this damage.

It's absolutely waste of money for me to book dtdc, even though i paid the shipment as per the weight and dimension, it's still not worth the money. I wrote to ther customer support but no response. I request you to look into this.

Its showing delivered in the tracking site on 10 th aug 2020 but not recived any courier by the reciver

Contacted the reciever he says courier still not recieved...

This is to bring your kind notice that on august 7, 2020 seven cartoons (Doc no d[protected] were sent from kashipur to nagla via dtc courier service. These cartoons have not been received till today (August 10, 2020). No information received regarding our cartoons. This has become a usual trend o[censored]ndue delay in delivery. We request you to solve this issue as the distance between kashipur and nagla is 100 km. We have been using the dtc courier service since 2006. This problem of late delivery started when it started coming from rudrapur and kashipur.
Please solve this issue.

My shipment id z52760939 is shown delivered without getting any delivery. I got massage of delivery but but anyone contact with me. By the informationof massage i went to ask my nearest dtdc corier centre and give a compaint.
I'm from abhayapuri, assam. But the delivery addres shown gajiabad. Why is it happened? If you unable to delivered then please return my payment.

We have booked one consignment from bangalore to vizag docket no. D61205966 date[protected]

Sir we booked two boxes from[protected] bnagalore to vizag.
One box was received and another box did not reach the vizag branch
Its working closely no response to the box cost is 5 lakh rupees.
I need box details within two hours otherwise i will take serious action on dtdc

My courier is not delivered even one month later. totaly worst service of customer care and courier service.
I booked a courier as on 09.07.2020 from Bhiwandi (Maharashtra) to Hingoli (Maharashtra) in reference of AWB No. x67228194 but still is not delivered.
I have never seen such as worst service of courier.
