My shipment id z52760939 is shown delivered without getting any delivery. I got massage of delivery but but anyone contact with me. By the informationof massage i went to ask my nearest dtdc corier centre and give a compaint.
I'm from abhayapuri, assam. But the delivery addres shown gajiabad. Why is it happened? If you unable to delivered then please return my payment.

One box was received and another box did not reach the vizag branch

My courier is not delivered even one month later. totaly worst service of customer care and courier service.
I booked a courier as on 09.07.2020 from Bhiwandi (Maharashtra) to Hingoli (Maharashtra) in reference of AWB No. x67228194 but still is not delivered.
I have never seen such as worst service of courier.

I had booked a courier (B[protected] for inter bangalore on 1st aug and its yet to b delivered even after 10 days. When i contacted the customer care, they mentioned that they will investigate and update which hasnt happened till nw. I raised multiple queries and none seems to be resolved.

When i am tracking my order from dtdc it is showing consignment redirected. My name, address, pin code and contact no. Was clearly mentioned. I tried contacting dtdc support via customer care phone no. And emails, but no one is responding. It is very urgent delivery but see how bad services of dtdc. No respone no solution nothing... How can i get my parcel deliverd?

My pod no d93439986. Hii mera ye courier dtdc ke yaha se deliverd bata raha hai. But mere address pe abhi tak received nhi hua. Main personally 3 times receiving address pe visit kar ke aaya hu but courier deliverd nhi hua hai. Dtdc ke end se koi proper answer nhi mil raha. Dtdc agency sirf contact no de rahi hai jo koi pick nhi kar raha. Plz resolved my problem. Boz its imp original document

One of my much-needed couriers that has not reached me at the moment the tracker
of the DTDC website showing item undelivered RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE CIR. After eight o'clock at night they come to make the delivery, But by then my given address was unfortunately closed and I was so helpless I had my most urgent documents in it. Now I can't think what to do. I'm lost my hope. I don't know what to do next.Please help me get what I deserve.

I ordered 3 books from arihant publications india limited on 26th july 2020 and they shipped it the very next day from delhi to kolkata on 27th july through dtdc courier but today is 09th of august and i am still waiting for my shipment. I contacted with dtdc (Tracking id /consignment no= d[protected] customer care they gave me complaint number which is 17060511 but nothing happened. The most interesting part is that my ordered item already reached kolkata on 3rd of august but dtdc didn't deliver the product to my address.

Thank you Consumer complaints forum. I have been waiting for more than 10 days and tried all possible ways to get my shipment from dtdc courier but I failed because they were completely unresponsive. Then I posted my problem here with full documents and after that DTDC team delivered my product within 48 hrs of compalints. I am so happy.

I have ordered a shirt from a dealer in yamunanagar. Its awb no is z34145534. The customers address is at dombivli and the parcel is at kalyan branch. From 31st july it is showing last mile misroute - otr. What is the problem i also have registered a complaint but no heed. Kindly update. Asap

I have booked a parcel from kolkata (Fulia) to baharagora. But from ghatsila the dtdc is not giving further delivery as they r telling we dont have service at baharagora. If they do not have service at baharagora, how they accept the parcel for baharagora. And how it is showing destination baharagora on tracking with the above consignment number. It is not possible for me to go to ghatsila. If i ll go and bring the parcel what is the necessary to book by courier. It is hopeless. Please arrange to deliver the parcel earliest. Othetwise i ll go for higher level excalation.

Item not delivered yet. Item status is same since august 2, 2020. It says out for delivery but actually it’s not. Today is august 8, 2020. But, there is no sign of my item. Raise a complaint no fruitful result.

Dtdc have very poor service in terms of delivery along with costumer service help center.

Updated by PoojaTh It says they noticed this complaint. But what kind of service they are giving to the customer when they cannot resolve or fullfill the concern of their valuable customer. My courier contain valuable item. Still package tracking status is same. I am not sure they are doing anything from their end to resolve this or not. I highly do not recommend this courier service.

Rohit from your dtdc courier he told me that he is from dtdc courier i have been sent a mail a day ago so he asked me awb number so i have given him and after ward he said that the pincode is wrong for your address and he told that you need to pay 10rs charge for updation for pincode and then he sent a link on my number and told to fill the form and i fill form as he said and the form has upi pin also
I filled the form and then 10rs deducted from my account and then he send the code also 4-5 time and he said to send this code to few number i have done that after he said that 10rs didn't debit from your bank your bank server down but i said i have proof that 10rs deducted from my bank but he is very well and said you are making fool we did not got your ruppes and he cut the call

Do you really care for your service with such worst treatment to customer whom u are supposed to serve.

And material till not delivered. And now they are saying that we dont have record against this consignment it is older.

My parcel was shipped on 31st july from bangalore to ranchi, and from last 4 days there is no status change and its still in transit.
That makes almost 10 days now. These are books for my kid which was shipped from my kids school. But its still in the way. And cuatomer care is useless. I am on call from last half n hour. But the lady says "please be online while we transfer your call to one of our excutive". My tracking id is f30079412
