Rohit from your dtdc courier he told me that he is from dtdc courier i have been sent a mail a day ago so he asked me awb number so i have given him and after ward he said that the pincode is wrong for your address and he told that you need to pay 10rs charge for updation for pincode and then he sent a link on my number and told to fill the form and i fill form as he said and the form has upi pin also
I filled the form and then 10rs...

Your delivery agent refusing to deliver courier to mention address. Asking customer to come to his convenient place after two days. And status is updated as delivered.

Do you really care for your service with such worst treatment to customer whom u are supposed to serve.

Need urgent help as why my important courier is being treated so unprofessional way.

We have booked one consignment from baddi himachal pradesh to rajkot guj vide docket no. D90828768 dt 27/02/2020, we was regular in touch with dtdc telephonically & verbally before lock down, in lockdown period we are regular in touch with dtdc for delivery of material. And material till not delivered. And now they are saying that we dont have record against this consignment it is older.
You are requested kindly provide me the drs.

My parcel was shipped on 31st july from bangalore to ranchi, and from last 4 days there is no status change and its still in transit.
That makes almost 10 days now. These are books for my kid which was shipped from my kids school. But its still in the way. And cuatomer care is useless. I am on call from last half n hour. But the lady says "please be online while we transfer your call to one of our excutive". My tracking id is f30079412

Its been more than a month now my parcel is not delivered yet and i am nit getting any response from dtec customer service i called 100 times but no response

I ordered 3 books from arihant publications india limited on 26th july 2020 and they shipped it the very next day from delhi to kolkata on 27th july through dtdc courier but today is 7th of august and i am still waiting for my shipment. I contacted with dtdc (Tracking id /consignment no= d[protected] customer care they gave me complaint number which is 17060511 but nothing happened. The most interesting part is that my ordered item already reached kolkata on 3rd of august but dtdc didn't deliver the product to my address.

I want to raise a complaint on dtdc for the poor customer service, no mails are replied and no one attended from customer care.
1st of all the estimation was not shared to me at all, they have done wrong calculation and the amount came till 14000 inr but my weight is not more than 15kgs, i was not shared any details on estimation. I myself called and asked and they are looting money i knew and i told them to cancel it they agreed and said they have told already to stop. But they have not stopped it and it has reached destination hub. Clearing it’s a fraud activity. Please help me. It’s a big amount and it’s not calculated properly, they said they have stopped and when i asked them about tracking they said sorry we have moved to destination already then i myself checked with my tracking id it was still in source only. But today morning only it has reached destination hub. They could have clearly stopped it but all this done to loot money. Person who is talking to me is not obedient

Dear sir,

I have sent a courier with awb no h97786713. It reached final delivery station. But every day morning they will update out for delivery and by night they will change status to not delivered and rescheduled. It is hapenning from past 2 days and today is the 3rd day. No phone call received. The package contains phone number written on it clearly.

My package with tracking no. Z53514172 has been booked on 1st august 2020 from suri, yamunanagar (Haryana) to deliver it to baroda, gujarat with proper address and phone number. The packet has been there in pune from 6th august 2020 from that day to today. My shipment status is showing that "out for delivery" and "not delivered. Can you tell me what am i supposed to do right now?

The worst corrier service, from new delhi to imphal it's take more then a month here my shipment details. Still not despatch the goods it was in sorting office.

The consignment number b72913331, is not delivered, from past 3 days, i received messages stating that the delivery was attempted, the website also shows the same, but nobody contacted me.
Kindly provide me the accurate information and status of the consignment

Hello sir, i couriered on 04th aug 2020, from sahaswan to rejistrar office alogarh 202002 07th aug 2020 17.18, when i searched with dtdc tracking id : no. Z34326273 showing: not delivered (Local holiday (Otr).. I request to authority concerned person may look in case and resolve and instruct to deliver staff to immediate delivery on urgent basis..

This is regarding dtdc courier service, consignment number b71615333. Parcel shows reached destination hub on 13 july 2020 but update till 31 july 2020. Even after multiple follow up no proper response. Now status is updated as undelivered incomplete address. How is that possible when neither the recipient nor the sender was contacted.

Even after there has been no update on courier status yet. Please look into the issue.

Highly irresponsible service, what if it was some urgent document. Pathetic service

Actually my sister booked a package from 360 life organics which they shipped through dtdc consignment number h19788638 from hyderabad to nirmal. Which should be recieved by me. On aug 3 2020 it showed me out for delivery. And on 6 aug 2020 they updated their status as wrong address. I contacted everyone they say that address they kept was correct.
I have contacted dtdc customer care many times. They have been postponing the issue but the package is not delivered. The local franchisee is not showing any interest.
Kindly please help with this issue

I booked a courier through dtdc (D[protected] on 31.07.2020. Parcel was reached your franchisee point "ankur enterprise"on 03.08.2020. Portal shown on the way for delivery. But in late afternoon receiver received a call from franchisee. Owner (She) told that parcel was not delivered before next thursday /friday (Dt -06-8-20/07-8-20). Yesterday not received, today morning receiver called that point again, now she said before sunday not possible. Is this service provide by your company, whenever some parcel was collect on that area then franchisee forward the parcel otherwise wait for more parcel. Owner said from her point to delivery point address is more than 10km so not possible to go there. Against this service i mail ur concern team "css.[protected]@dtdc.com", [protected]@dtdc.com. Unfortunatly till no reply received.

They had delivered my item after 38 days but in real, item is not delivered and showing that it has been delivered.
When i asked for pod they are asking for time 2 days, for a week but now more than a month completed but nothing had changed.

Sir. I have booked a parcel on 15.7.2020 thruogh dtdc courier centre ghumarwin distt. Bilaspur hp to address... Amazon-amazon opp. Chandra toyota showroom industrial area. Jhawalar road anatpura kota rajasthan 324003.in

But now this parcel is returned back to me and courier saying that this address is wrong or incomplete. I talked to customer care amazon. They are saying that address given is correct and complete.

Sir. I am very upset that who is saying true. I booked it for 400 rs. Now i am not able to parceled again. Conignment no. Z41012600
