The packge with C/N number F11869877 was sent from delhi to itanagar on 23th june, 2020 and now it has been more than a month (august, 2020) and it is still showing that the package is in guwahati with no recent updates. I have contacted dtdc many times but i did not recieve any mail by them. Please look into the matter as i m concerned and have a feeling that my package has been mishandled or lost.

Consignment number f11869877. I had parcelled a few costly items through dtdc office in delhi to itanagar on the 23rd june. They had assured me that it will bw delivered within a week. But i has been more than one month since i have sent the parcel. But till today it has not been delivered. The parcel contained many costly items, and i fear that dtdc has lost it.

when I received my courier & took my product after that my induction upper plate is broken.

I have a parcel with dtdc lite which was about to get delivered on 8/5/2020 the order no. Is z46296625. The status is showing out for delivery but it is not yet delivered. I have called customer care number but no one is picking up, i have tried to contact the concerned delivery executive but he is also not picking up the call. My parcel is having something which if not get delivered on time it will get melt. Please help me with the issue.

Varanasi dtdc not delivering my packet and he was saying that 1 packet losted and he did not able to find the packet.
I calling varanasi dtdc many time but he does not giving me proper response

We makonics infinity solutions pvt. Ltd., kerala, gstin 32aamcm7470r1zo, had participated in the business of electronic products (200 ac dc led's) with vm electrical & solar solution, haryana, gstin 06aamfv3526g1z2. Vm electricals had entrusted the transportation our consignment to dtdc gurgaon. The consignment was shipped on 24/07/2020 addressed to : makonics infinity solutions, erattupetta, kottayam, kerala, 686121 & the consignment arrived on 03/08/2020 on dtdc erattupetta (Dtdc id:d[protected]. We were alerted of the arrival of the consignment from there and was also informed that the case has been damaged and were asked to collect the damaged package. On our arrival we noticed that our consignment has been damaged, with contents exposed and portruding from the two boxes supposedly containing 100 bulbs each. (We pictured the reception of the consignment & no form of paper or document were given to us express our concerns or for redressal). After procuring the cases that afternoon, we started checking the contents, and found out that about 10 pieces from the total of 200 pieces of the bulb were missing. On the following days we tried to raise our issues with dtdc but no avail, they insist on recieving their payment and argues that it was due to the casing the consignment has been damaged.
*we plead the court to instruct them to cancel the transportation fees of the damaged consignment & also instruct them to pay for our missing products in the consignment.

This is dtdc courier service, consignment number b71615333. Parcel shows reached destination hub on 13 july 2020 but update till 31 july 2020. Even after multiple follow up no proper response. Now status is updated as undelivered incomplete address. How is that possible when neither the recipient nor the sender was contacted.

Even after there has been no update on courier status yet. Please look into the issue.

Highly irresponsible service, what if it was some urgent document. Pathetic service

I have send my very important original documents via dtdc courier service prabhat nagar meerut on 04/07/2020 and they gave me consignment no. As z51841247 till 25 june those documents were not received so that i was worried about my parcel. I have raised query on mail i. E. [protected]@dtdc.com on 24 july 2020 and till now i did not receive any response from dtdc service today 5 august 2020 i called on customer care number i. E. [protected] but they disconnect my call i am very disappointed from this service also worried about my original documents. Now if i am tracking this consignment number data is not coming. Now tell me what to do. I asked with that office executive in prabhat nagar meerut they told me that might be that document has been lost or missing i dont know what to do those documents are very important for me please help me out as soon as possible.

I haven't ordered anything still getting delivery message

I sent a letter to an address in aligarh. There were specific instructions on the envelop so facilitate the delivery and also provided 2 phone numbers for any assistance. However, i was notified (After 3 days of waiting) that the shipment was undelivered due to wrong address. I even filed a complaint on dtdc customer care which was given no heed. I got no response for the complaint.
The recipient received no call for instructions or updates. It seems that there was no attempt to deliver the shipment or to contact the people concerned.

We had booked courier service to transfer 2 laptops from hyderabad to mumbai on 25th july 2020 (Find the attached courier receipt) and the laptops were insured, however one laptop was received by us in a damaged condition. I have booked a courier on 28th july, 2020 - madipakam, chennai to thakurli east (Near kalyan) mumbai. Awb consignment number is c02046247 dtd 28/7/2020. Till today i. E. 4th of august, 2020 it is not delivered

DTDC courier service office KARGI CHOWK, DEHRADUN, UTTARAKHAND, delivery boy didn't deliver my consignment with tracking ID Z53623172, at my address, though it is hardly 200 metres from that office and well approachable. He called me to his office to take delivery. On asking him about not delivering at mentioned address, he told that if someone is not contacted on mobile phone, then it is not his duty to search the given address, so he didn't deliver. On talking to the franchisee owner (Mr Sharma )of the office his reply was also the same. This is the question of customer service. If you can not deliver consignment to a home which is nearly 200 metres from your office how can we accept good customer service from your this office.

The courier was dated to be delivered on 2nd of August on the zip-code - 700049. The consignment number of the courier is K34520607. But from 2nd of August to the present day, everyday DTDC is saying that the courier was out for delivery and then they message me that the courier was not delivered as the door was locked with the term (OFFICE CLOSED OR DOOR LOCK-(CIR)). But in reality the courier didn't arrive at all. Even the phone number that I provided was not contacted in any situation. When I tried to contact them I found all the contact numbers of DTDC found on the internet were wrong or unreachable.

The courier contained live plants so it a very undesirable situation as they could just die any day while being inside the parcel.

It would have been very nice if the courier was delivered to me as earliest possible after solving the above mentioned issue.

I had couriered a television from Mumbai to Bangalore and had clearly mentioned that it's a TV, opted for the right option on the booking portal and also paid the insurance charge in case of damage. To my surprise, the television just got delivered few minutes ago and the screen has been trashed completely, there are dents on the body and the whole panel is completely bent.
Upon calling customer care, they said I need to reach out to the DTDC Booking Center is Origin and they'd help. Upon reaching out to them, they said I need to reach out to customer service. I am not getting any help and upon checking with my TV Manufacturer, the cost for repair is beyond 10000.
I am not getting any help from DTDC.

I have booked a product in 29th july 2020 at pune to rajasthan, jaisalmer, but not delivered the product why? How much time are required, already over the 6days completed, please give me my product. When i am trying to call in dtdc courier center but no response why?

Dear dtdc,

1. I have booked consignment on 30 july 20 from noida to kolkata bearing tracking id z46374395 and as per last update on 03 aug 20, it shows that the consignment was out for delivery but entry restricted (Otr).

2. I was never contact by any delivery person or any executive regarding the same and also i tried to establish contact to many dtdc services across kolkata but all the members are careless...

Really first time the dtdc is terrible.
I've been tracking the shipment, it has reached hyderbad 4days ago but not yet received.
Issues:
1) to know the status i've gone to the nearest dtdc branch (Pragathi nagar) but there the concerned (Male) person is the worst, most irresponsible and rude behavior.

2) when i tried to call customer care number[protected] it is so pathetic. It never gets connected to the agent. I've called multiple times each time the call spans to around 10mins.

It is an urgent shipment but not received yet. Hope the concerned team looks into this issue and resolve asap (3 days). I've good opinion on the company.
