Today is 2/8/20 still i don't get any details... 1/8/20 to 2/8/20. Today is 7 days complete... It's that possible today delivery

A parcel of mine reached vashi branch on 23rd july. I have contacted more than 10 people in dtdc to know about the status. Not even a single person is responding. Mayur shinde from vashi branch said that he will give the parcel as soon as possible. The parcel is very urgent medicine. The patient is having a horrible time as the medicine is not reaching on time. Mayur Shinde is not accepting any calls of mine now. And he is switching off his phone after getting my call. Dtdc is one of the worst courier services i have ever dealt with. Customer service is very bad. Dont even have any consideration towards a patient who is in deep need of the medicine. Please take necessary action.

My courier is still not delivered to the required address and it was urgent. It's been almost 10 days now i want to know when it will be delivered and why it's taking so long. The tracking number of the courier is "m00426091". I am even trying to contact with the number provided but number is invalid.

I am very disappointed to inform you the courier service of such repute misguide customers on 24 hour delivery promise, courier is booked on 28 th july 2020 at ghaizabad vide consignment no: z34836978 is not delivered at jammu till date i. E 4thaug 2020 as i could see from tracker even after so many days packet is still in delhi if you are not in position to deliver in time you should not accept the courier at first place and inform customer there and then only, should i look for legal action against company about misguiding customers and charging hefty for your services and the loss it could do to a customer due to your negligence.

After paying for fast service and telling it is food item please deliver fast till the wrong status update done not at all calling the receiver and directly updated wrong status please dont use dtdc service very bad never trust these guys. Now not receiving phone also pathetic service.

Our article consignment number h40549423, as per tracking history it is delivered on[protected] at 10.08 pm. I was surprised after receiving the message at 10.07 pm otp and 10.08pm delivered a message to my mobile. Is it believable? In this coviod-19 and lockdown period your people deliver the article after 10pm? So i waited 2 days. It may deliver but not received the article, then raise a query with no 16928660 but, for this also i have not received any reply from your side. After that sent the mail to customer care with case#17042527 but still no response. It looks like a fraudulent activity done by delivery boys or concerned franchisee. Please look at the matter.

I have been booked a document type parcel in dtdc for delivery in same state (Telengana) another district on 21/07/20. Booking done, payment done, picking up done but not delivered yet (04.08.20). They told me their delivery service is not available in my area but they did not tell me the issue before picking up. Very frauding service. Never recommend dtdc. Waste of time, lost of my important content. Customer care not accepting my call now...

Courier guy called me today for collecting the parcel, i guide him and told that i am cannot go and collect from office since its 3 km away from my home and i dont have any vehicle to go that far i completely collaborating him but he denied delivering.@dtdcindia why you people ask customer to receive consignment from you office, after so many calls and request your delivery guy harshit gupta denied to deliver he used very inappropriate words. I will file the complaint against him and dtdc. Awb h30768698

As per the tracking status of parcel it was was mentioned that :incomplete address". I have raised a query on 31 jul 2020 late afternoon for delivering the parcel and also given the full address.in this connection i have received an mail with case number[protected]. Saturday customer care has luckily picked up the call and assured that the parcel will be delivered on 03 aug 2020 positively. But still the parcel is not delivered. Since morning the # customer care service is also not picking the call. I have called more that 15 times, but no response.
Very pathetic and filthy response from courier department and also from your unprofessional customer care service.
Please take my suggestion and discontinue your filth courier service.

My in-laws sent cashews and food items worth rs.3000 through dtdc courier from coimbatore to bangalore on 29/07/2020. It took 5 days to reach us and when opening we found most of the food items are damaged and we didn't find the cashews pack which is of 2 kg. Even we didn't find the wrapper of cashews.

Hello! My tracking number is v71136331. I've made online booking through dtdc on 27th june 2020 (Door pickup service) from banglore to hyderabad (Im receiver). I've chosen premium (Also paid risk surcharge) as the product getting delivered early was important (Item supposed to be delivered by july 1st 2020). I've been waiting for so many days and after calling customer support and raising a number of queries finally one day i recieved a message saying my shipment is out for delivery (With delivery guy number) so i called the delivery guy and asked him when he's coming to deliver the package. He said that it's not his zone to deliver and provided his office number (Chintalkunta checkpost dtdc) i've asked them and they said that the item has been delivered to the address on it. The customer who recieved the product has received the correct package (Item which he was supposed to recieve, in his case it was mobile and my product is an hard-disk). That office guys said that they recieved an item with some address (Which was not my address) and my tracking number on it, so they delivered the package to that address and it's been updated to my tracking id. I've been raising queries on website, calling customer care daily but no resolution as of yet is provided to me, all the response i get back from customer support is that they're gonna send me an update by that day and i'll get a callback from them which i never got (No update nor any callback). Im tired of explaining this continuously each and everyday to customer support and writing all this on website query. They don't even give me status of my product and i have to call them for everything. I call hyderabad customer care guys and they ask me to call banglore customer support, when i call banglore customer support they ask me to call hyderabad and vice-versa. I don't know what more to do. Im still waiting for my product. Im severely regretting choosing dtdc service. The customer support number they provided is a sham, e. G. It says you're on que no 15 and we need to stay online until our turn, when it reaches que no 1 the call gets disconnected. Customers have to go through this hectic process for hours to get connected. Still they won't provide any resolution. And they even asked me to go visit their office in whitefield, banglore. So i've sent the sender to the office, when asked about this in office they've replied that it's not their concern and i should ask customer care guys or go visit the main branch. The customer service is the worst, from past 20 days i've been calling them each and every day spending more than 2 hours on phone and no resolution is provided yet, they won't even give proper response to customer. Ive mailed many times to [protected]@dtdc.com, yet no response. Ive raised more than 20 queries on website still no response. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.

I have sent a courier from allahabad to pune (Zip-411057) on 27th july 2020 with the consignment number v58550044. This has very important accessories and the online tracking now says not delivered (Office closed or door lock - (Cir). I gave 2 alternative numbers in case something happened and dtdc never tried to contact me on any of the day for delivery and now says not delivered. Hi, i have not received any parcel on tracking id/ awb number - k34433814 vide reference no[protected]. But in dtdc tracking sites there is mentioned "delivered". Please tell me where is my parcel. I have not received any call from dtdc also. This is serious thing. Please show me your deliver slip. Please reply me asap.
In dtdc site receiver details are completely incorrect whereas sender share my correct details.

I booked my parcel on 30/07/2020. Consignment no is z34757664. The deliveryman called once in the morning, at that time our person is on his vehicle, he said he will speak shortly. But the delivery man won't call them again and when they tried to call him, he won't answer the call not at once. And switched off his phone, till now there is no contact with him. I am totally disappointed with your service. Do something in this matter. Where is your trust policy now sir? Do some immediate action to this.

One parcel of mine with consignment no - d59916948 was delivered from thanjavur on 6th june, and on 1st june it arrived agartala, but now effort was made by the dtdc service to hand me the parcel, they even don't contacted me properly, and it is showing in their website as consignment redirected.
So pls help to get my parcel, that's all what i needed.

I have given a parcel (Ref no[protected]/tracking no - k[protected] for courier to jinjira bazar dtdc centre on 27/07/20 which i had to send to haroa najarnagar (North 24 pgs) before 1st aug. After 6 days passed, when the parcel had not been delivered yet, i called to jinjira bazar branch, they told me that my parcel has been kept in dtdc airport branch, rajarhat (Aatghora) centre. Then around 30 km i have travelled from santoshpur to rajarhat just to get back my parcel. But after reached there, they told me that my parcel has already been sent to amta dtdc centre (Pin-743445) and they will deliver to desired location by tomorrow. As i was supposed to send it before 1st aug, i called the amta centre and told them that i am sending one of my relative to collect it though it was 20km distance from my location to office. At first he agreed but when my relative reached there, they told him that they didn't have that parcel.

Now it became totally unbearable for me to absorb this harrassment and it was totally unexpected from a esteemed courier service. I have been facing a big loss from your service as it was my business related. Now i request you to deliver my parcel by tomorrow. If you are not able to do it then return my parcel by tomorrow with my courier charge as a penalty.

I am dy. Superintendent of police, traffic tirupati, i have sent a parcel to my son on 29th of july at tirupati main branch vide con. No.[protected] and it was said that, it will reach hyderabad by next date. When verified with tracking number h97691077, it is showing that it was delivered successfully on 1st july which is false. Immediately i have contacted my local agent and he said that, the consignment was not delivered and will be delivered in the 1st hour of[protected], but sofar not delivered and no response from both tirupati and hyderabad agents. Pl ensure it will delivered immediately.

My friend had booked a courier from panchkula on 23rd july for me in sitamarhi. On 28th i received an update as your consignment is out for delivery. I waited whole day, i did not get any call. I personally visited the dtdc office in sitamarhi on 29th. Here they started making stories, that your parcel has been swapped.. Bla bla bla. They told me you will receive it by 31st july. On 31st july i called the local dealer, he told that he does not have the package. I asked reason for that and wanted to know further update, he cut the call and after i called him again he kept rejecting my call for 15-20 times. I tried dtdc costumer care through mail/call, but it did not help me. Now my concern over here is that they have lost my parcel. The parcel was containing hard disk, which contained personal data in that. I want company to take responsibility in this matter. I have been financially and mentally harassed in this matter.
