मेरा कूरियर मेरे पास जयपुर पहुंचने के बावजूद भी 5 दिन से वही रखा है कई बार फोन भी किया है लेकिन कोरियर वाले उसे पहुंचा नहीं रहे उसके कंसीगमेंट नंबर है z32682071

I sent something from saharanpur to haridwar and while tracking i found that it was showing not delivered as status stating receiver was not present. I have an issue with delivery boy as he had not made a single call to a receiver also when i try to reach customer care all number seems to be incorrect.. Kindly look into the matter.

We provide you the docket details of dtdc courier z32641505, we already pay the courier charges, but your courier demands 190 rupess charges of the parcel. Please resolve the complaint because in parcel cancer medicine were there. Urgent resolve this. Anotherwise i have to complait to ur senior.

Dear sir,
My friend mr. Balram verma booked a consignment of mangoes from your lucknow centre under docket no. D91329976 to our residence at mumbai, which was delivered to them on 05-07-20 but your office booked it on[protected]. He was promised by your lucknow office that delivery will be made on[protected].
As consignment was not delivered on[protected], we called your local helpline to know the status and also tracked it on your website. Tracking showed that the consignment was received at your mumbai office on[protected] in morning but when called helpline they said it can not be delivered on saturday and not even on sunday being holiday but we may expect delivery on 13-07-20 inspite of our repeated request as items were perishable but no help.
Now today on 13-07-20, i called your helpline around 13 hrs and call was attended by your one mr, vishal. He was highly rude person and argued that we call lucknow centre who promised delivery on 11-07-20. When we pointed out that your tracking system shows consignment has reached your nahur, mumbai centre and our delivery address of kanjurmarg east is around 3 kms away, he kept on arguing that it is not possible to deliver today and replied in extremely rude and deliberate manner that your consignment has got delivery tag date of 16-04-20, it will be delivered only on 16-04-20. I can not expect and condone such an excessively misbehaviour by mr. Vishal and lodge this formal complaint to take disciplinary action against this gentleman who is not at all fit to attend helpline calls.
Apart from that we are shocked to experience such insensitive and inefficient service inspite of our repeated request that items are perishable and mangoes will get rotten and our money and emotions are getting wasted due to dtdc inefficency. Though ultimately, consignment was delivered to on[protected] but contents got spoiled due to being perishable item and mishandling by dtdc

I was handed my parcel which is medical gloves of 100 boxes to dtdc ambala office with very proper packing and just 1 week when dtdc delivered the consignment to my customer that time the situation of parcel was so critical and 5-10 boxes are missed in my parcel. That means out of 100 box my customer received only 90 boxes so how this dtdc caring and handling the parcels.
Now i want strict action against dtdc and my reimbursment of 10 boxes.

My courier which was sent from chandigarh to chennai through dtdc courier. Its still not deliverd. Its been more than 12 days. Thy said it will be delivered within 6-7 days. Still i didnt receive any information about the courier. There is no proper action taken.

My tracking details of d58287317. I courier it to a friend but now it shows that delivery not done covid-19 offlice closed/door closed. It is a very urgent parcel and none of the customer care numbers are ringing

My courier has been booked at mumbai for the ahmedabad location.
However it has been reached to delhi and than i got to know from the customer care that my watch is not there in the courier.
Actually i think this is the case of theft or lost of watch.
Since last saturday i am trying to reach out to customer care but they are not responding and picking up my call..
I want the resolution and my watch to at my home..

Hi, i sent a courier via dtdc (Return parcel for amazon india).
The consignment cannot be tracked and thus amazon is refusing me the refund for my return.
The website says that my consignment number is invalid. Please sort this out. I need the tracking details.

Hello, i have sent my consignment (Application form), from kakinada to new delhi on dtdc premium express wide have the number v58264458, on saturday i. E.[protected] and when i enquirer with executive during the parcel about the delivery time he was told me that, maximum 24 - 48 hours i. E. By tuesday 14.7.2020 it will reaches the my destination, based on his promise i have taken a 500 dd and kept ready in delhi through my friend, and i have been following up with the dtdc executive since last 3 days and its showing still in transit, when i inquired with dtdc executive about my parcel tracking, he told that, i (Dtdc executive) assumed that, air serves are available, when i inquired, he (Dtdc executive) simple told sorry to me because he is not aware of what services (Air/road) available, when i following up he is not responding properly, for this i lost my time prestigious almost 2 days time and aiims job too and dd amount, phone amount.

I want file case against of them, requesting you to do the need full

Is it fraud system or tricks to make costumer fool. Waiting for delivery and even after 24 hours no response.

I have sent a courier jabalpur to gurgaon (Zip-110049) on 7 junem with the consignment number d93782962. This has very important office laptop and accssories and the online tracking now says not delivered (Office closed or door lock - (Cir). I gave 3 alternative numbers in case something happened and dtdc never tried to contact me on any of the for delivery and now says not delivered. They haven't sent me any communication of this either....

I had sent this courier on urgent basis. I had booked it on july4th 2020. Still i m not received the courier. Its been 10 days since. I called head office but they are not responding me properly..! The parcel was booked from delhi to tamil nadu. I booked my goods on another courier services on july 5th but they delivered my courier earlier..! But your dtdc courier are not yet delivered my goods yet..! Dtdc called the best courier service then y its happening..! I never gonna trust dtdc again..!

My shipment reached the courier office on 10th jul, after seeing the shipment status i have personally went to courier office to collect the parcel (Dtdc courier ambattur industrial estate) based on confirmation from dtdc person through telephonic conversion ([protected]) but they said parcel din reached them yet without even checking my shipment number.. Then why you have to communicate to collect the parcel. Also the same person in dtdc reception said in 2 days parcel will reach my home asking my pincode. But still no response and status was updated as (Area non serviceable - (Dir), dono what the hell went wrong with service suddenly. This is the 3rd time i am facing similar kind of issue. If you are unable to service a pincode why you are taking the order. Please update the actual reason why parcel is not serviceable instead of this lame reasons.

Request to take action at least in future.

I had my friend couriered my laptop to me and the laptop screen got broken in the transit .The company is not responding to query and the branch person is saying they can't do anything . Even the packaging was not good and the box was broken from one side
