A parcel with consignment number M23437368 was booked from Mumbai to Kolkata on 3rd December 2022. But even after 15 days parcel remain undelivered. I have checked their Kolkata headquarters, as per them they have recieved my parcel in Kolkata....

DTDC Courier provider in Peruva, Kerala is denying home delivery and asking to collect the item from his shop if I want it for the 3rd time now! Such arrogance and irresponsible behavior and the website of DTDC says it's number 1 Service. Delhivery and Blue Dart have no problem delivering to my doorstep and I still don't understand why are people using this underperforming service to tarnish their name too!...

The status of my parcel CONSIGNMENT NUMBER M24517986 shows *Not Delivered(RECEIVER SHIFTED FROM GIVEN ADDRESS-(CIR))* whereas the receiver was home and present on the given address. The address and other details given are correct as I've sent parcels before on the same address from dtdc. There was no effort to contact the receiver via call or text. RTO process is initiated for no reason. Kindly look into it and get it delivered to the destination...

The delivery destination is ILD Greens, Sector 37C, Gurgaon, Haryana 122001. The DTDC Franchisee that failed to deliver this Express courier is located in Bangalore, Kempapura Branch Office( Opposite to ICICI Bank)

This is the 2nd time DTDC Kempapura has lied to us....

The franchisee behave so rudely and Ordered in a loud tone to collect from Office, between 3 to 5 PM only. I sent my CPU and UPS from Guwahati to Bangalore on 19th Nov 2022, using DTDC. I exclusive marked them as "Fragile", yet the courier company damaged my CPU and UPS to an extent that it isn't functional at all. It came in broken pieces. I had 2 years worth of work in my SSD (Solid State Drive) and it was all inside it. But due the extent of the damage, everything was lost.

My tracking ID is D18295466, the courier tracking says the receiver requested another date but I didn't receive any call from the delivery agent, I only received OTP from DTDC but not any call from the delivery agent.

Delivery of courier was not attempted but it says that the receiver requested another date.

Please look into this.

Which has not been getting updated. Same was booked on 01/12/2022 . Till Today same is not being updated. I have doubt that your Courier partner has not sent the parcel which was urgent for us.
