Item Stolen (Thieves in the form of employees)

Had used DTDC service and was satisfied until now. Last week I had a package submitted at a nearby DTDC and had some food items packed along with a watch (an expensive one) as it was a gift, to be delivered to Noida. The agent at the office didn't ask for specifics and just asked what he should write in the receipt, so I went ahead with food items. Upon receipt of delivery, only foods items were found in the package and the WATCH was stolen...

My consignment Z13728902 has reached the nearest DTDC for 2 days now and by end of the day, the status is 'could not attempt delivery'. When I call the customer care, they just say they cannot share the branch number or the delivery tea, details. They just cheat you by making false commitments of the product reaching 'today', but there is zero useful response on tickets. They close tickets without responding. Afsana and Nikita (who refused to reveal their full names) and Tehreen Muskaan and Mary to whom my ticket went to are grossly irresponsible and negligent. I have no clue what happened to my parcel or when it will reach me. I have been a loyal customer of DTDC for the last 15 years and I'm EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. High time we moved away to better providers like Delhivery who are so prompt and professional.

    I am vikas chauhan my order no. T17850905 is with dtdc services, Your employee Ashok (Rocky) M No.[protected] at kalaamb, tehsil Nahan, distt. Sirmour, HP 173030 is delver this order but he conduct miss behave and also not deliver order at my address. he call me to recive order on the road, when i talk with him place my order my address he conduct miss behave with me,
    Please take action him otherwise i will take a action against DTDC Services

          Consignment Number H71605470
          Above mentioned consignment number was booked on 7th March and it has to be delivered 150 km from where it was booked. But till it was not delivered and not one is not responding properly from DTDC. Please suggest for the trouble shoot.

            Tracking id- D58003184
            My parcel was undelivered and the reason shown on shipment tracker was- Incomplete address.
            While my address was sufficient. I haven't got call from delivery agent

            The delivery service didn't put efforts for delivering the parcel .
            I hope i get my delivery soon without any more delay. My address is provided below-

              The delivery service didn't put efforts for delivering the parcel .They directly sent it back.

                My dtcc letter traking no X87675499.Dtdc delivery man call me and told me that you collect the letter dtcc office.Dtdc man is not come to my address and when I go to the DTDC office for collect my letter he returned my letter please take a big action against dtcc everytime they have not reached the letter address

                  My parcel sent from hdfc bank from Mumbai to my official address a/p- Irali, teh- kavthe mahankal, dist- sangli, pin-416405 and parcel received at DTDC office Kavathe Mahankal on 04/03/2023 thereafter DTDC Representative of kavathe mahankal office called me and said your parcel has received at office and company can’t deliver at your address . I said parcel address and my official address is as mentioned above. Then dtdc representative said you collect otherwise i will return parcel and so many other misbehaving words said by dtdc representative . Plz take necessary action against your representative. Thank you.

                                My dtdc consignment no - D58281540 from last 2 day every morning they put an update that parcel is out for delivery, and at night approx 8 pm they put update could not attempt (Dir). Plz help me. It is urgent to deliver that parcel on the given address as soon as possible... As i don't get any customer service number for call and to ask about my parcel.

                                      I have booked a consignment from Vashali (UP) to Ponda Goa on 14 feb 2023 consignment number D19317151. On 16 feb it was processed from Vaishali to delhi and from Delhi Samalkha it was processed to panjim goa . On 20th it reached Verna ( Goa and tracking shows that it was misrouted to verna. Than I reached out to costumer care service of DTDC. They told me that my shipment is in panjim as per there system & will be delivered by 21st feb. In evening of 21st feb I found that my courrier is sent back to delhi samalkha apex. it's been 9 days and I have no I Idea when my courrier will be delivered. Pathetic service by DTDC & no proper response from consumer care.
