Delivery boys came to deliver dtdc package for a different flat in appartement. They planned and stole my amazon package that was kept at security room. Informed his supervisor but they are not taking any action.

These two consignments were sent to me, in varanasi, by my friend from delhi. The status on 7th july and 11th july for respective couriers showed delivered. But i haven't received it. No one has contacted me or anything.
Everytime we complain, we are asked to wait. Highly unprofessional and worst courier service.

My parcel not receive when i call to office they says the parcel is unable to track me. Now they want 20 rs. To deliver the parcel and i agree. But they want it by card payment, i said i will pay the amount when the delivery person came to me. They send me a link to pay the amount, but i did not pay with that link couse the link was not secure. And then then they said forget about the parcel and don't ask the parcel again.

This is the complaint against dtdc courier services kanpur branch (U03),
I placed my order of some very important and urgent notes from the medical book shop known to be nickey book store delhi by the name of dr arjita singh and n they used the dtdc courier services.. To send my order that's d91554440 n after a week i contacted the book shop to ask that what's taking too long in order to deliver my courier and thereby they gave me a number of a person who is apparently a delivery incharge or delivery boy from dtdc courier services with the number "[protected]" i directly called him asked for my courier and he straighward denied to deliver saying your place lies in the lockdown area (Which is so not correct), because my sister (Living in the same house) has been receiving courier from myntra, amazon, infact her atm card got delivered 5days back.. N today she stated that she received her courier from the same dtdc courier services 2days back.. Which held me in surprise that this most probably is the fault of 2people taking charge of my courier n they are name as mr. Arun ([protected]) and[protected]Name unknown) who not only talked absurdly with my father but said to file complaint against him on not delivering my courier...
Hence, i request to please take some strict action against these two people for being so unprofessional and for the deniel to do their job's at all..
At the same time i request to please deliver my courier at the given address as soon as possible.

Packet is not deliver yet and its totally scam and customer services is too much worth please close this company because its not helpful for any customer

And now my customer says to refund and i want the totally refund the amount of my parcel and my product

I understand the current covid-19 situation and thank you to work in this crucial time for your customer.
My complaint is about the package that was expected to be delivered on 8 june 2020, as there's not much movement allowed across the states i understand the delay in deliveries, but after 30 days of waiting now i received a mail and message that the shipment is delivered. I haven't received anything yet. Where's my shipment?

This behaviour is not expectable in any condition.

My dtdc parcel z53307471 was sent from delhi to ludhiana punjab. Two times the status shows out for delivery but i dont receive any calls for the same. My doorbell is not working so i even submitted a feedback for the same. The parcel is very important to me. Please see through this matter so i can get my parcel by saturday morning max....

Im about my missing parcel that i sent from vizag. It was supposed to reach balanagar in hyderabad. It dint reach. I tried reaching out different dtdc offices. Its updated in the online tracking system that its been delivered to srenivas. When i contacted the dtdc person. He said it reached someother person and gave his adress. Nobody tried to locate my parcel. I sent my relatives to this specific adress dtdc ppl provided. When asked he said i dint receive your parcel. Wheere is my parcel. My parcel id d59737210. Someone please help. Dtdc service and tracking system is utterly bad. Worst experience in my life. I need my parcel. When i wrote the to and from address so clearly on my parcel, how on earth will it get missed or delivered to somone unknown person. This is absolutely blunder. I even raised a complaint. Therehasnt been an response from them as well case no.16835749. How can dtdc mamagemnet be so irresponsible. When you can't handle things carefully dont do it. Why do i have to suffer for your lame irresponsibilities

One of my parcel having docket number d58085124 reached on 09.07.2020 after continuous followup. It has already reached the hub location on 02.07.2020 but the courier service didn't informed. After so many followup finally received my package on 09.07.2020. After receiving, i found that two items are missing inside packet. Please help me to recover my items.

I have a parcel which awb consignment number is m00903580. Today i checked and surprised that its mentioned that consignment redirected on 9th july.
Nobody called me from dtdc.

Its not expected from a reputed company like dtdc.

Very bad experience. Please look into the matter and inform me.

My name is veeresh and i want to file a complaint regrading delivery of courier. My courier has been delivered to the wrong address "frazer town, banglore" whereas it should've been delivered to this address "401jha, ghasiyaripura, bahraich, uttar pradesh". The person who received it has name name ss. I don't know who he is. So, please look into this matter and try delivering my courier back to the original address.

The consignment was booked on 25th june 2020 from delhi to jamshedpur but it has not been delivered yet even after 14 days and no status update has been made on the website. The awb number of the package is d73565550. I have called several times to the helpline number even lodged written complaints but no response has been given to me from your representatives. On the helpline number they always say that the product will be delivered by tomorrow but the said "tomorrow" is not coming for the last 7 days. They are not even updating me about the current status of the package.

The subject packet has not yet been delivered to us. Every day we are getting a message that the packet is out for delivery and the delivery agent's number is mentioned but no one is coming to deliver. On calling the number mentioned in the message the delivery agent is just refusing to deliver and asking to come to dtdc office to pick-up the packet. He is talking in very rude manner and simply refusing to deliver the packet. On asking then why his number is given in the message and why it is mentioned that the packet is out for delivery today, he is saying it is just system generated message and has no relevance. I am really surprised to see such type of attitude by a representative of such renowned courier service. When i told him that i will have no other go then to lodge as complaint he is tell go ahead and do what ever you want the packet will not be delivered if you want come to our office and take it if not go to hell.
Please look into the matter and arrange delivery of it.

Sir. Iam from bhainsa mandal dist nirmal. Courier has been misbehaving with us. Telling we don't know any language. I can't delevry u r address.. Toll dirty words to me... Plz recove my mesh..

My sister sent me one parcel on 23.03.2020. But till now i didn't received my parcel. I already complain (Complain number[protected] but til now i didn't get any response my complain. I only received the notification email for please wait. My parcel value is 15000 rs, now feel like cheated by dtdc company. Please help me for this issue.

These dtdc people didn't delivered the courier yet and after making "n" number of calls to the customer care, there is no response. Then i spoke to branch office where my product is there right now, they said they won't deliver it until and unless the lockdown is closed in your area. They didn't even tried to inform us regarding it. If they even informed us before, we would have tried to visit the branch and collect it. These dtdc department just play with the customer's emotions.

Dtdc c/n no. C02384368,. It was sent for krishnagiri to bangalore on 03/june/2020, due to incorrect pincode it went to sarraki. I have called dtdc customer care for more than 10 times and gave all my details including phone number, they said it will be escalated to concerned branch and it wi be delivered within 24 hours. Till date i keep on calling, currently it's in madiwala branch as per dtdc tracking website. But they is no phone call or any updates on what happened to my courier.
When i ask my location dtdc office number to follow up customer service people told me they don't have the branch number which is very supid answer.
If dtdc has a branch all number shouldl be available for customers or else what is the use of courier office and customer service.

I want my courier let me know what to do know as no body is responding properly

I ordered a product from adams mannequins and it was a prepaid order. I recieved a tracking number[protected]. I've been tracking it frequently on dtdc's website. When
I tracked it today it is showing that the shipment has been delivered successfully on 7 july 2020. It's 9 july today, i haven't recieved the shipment yet. And i got no phone call or sms or notifications or anything regarding the delivery. I haven't recieved product.

My courier was made on 6th of July 2020 from Delhi and day after the courier, while on tracking my order on DTDC website it is showing no Data available and today is 9th of July
My consignment number is V58418754 .
Please Help me to solve my problem so that I can get my courier on time !!!

Dear sir,

I had sent parcel on 24.06.2020 through dtdc as a special delivery charged rs440/-, consignment number v59279391 to bangalore and it has not been delivered yet. It is just walking distance and called them to which they said will deliver soon. Now the office is closed.
This is an emergency courier for my education documents
