Hi,
Dtdc c/n no. C02384368,. It was sent for krishnagiri to bangalore on 03/june/2020, due to incorrect pincode it went to sarraki. I have called dtdc customer care for more than 10 times and gave all my details including phone number, they said it will be escalated to concerned branch and it wi be delivered within 24 hours. Till date i keep on calling, currently it's in madiwala branch as per dtdc tracking website. But they is no phone call or any updates on what happened to my courier.
When i ask my location dtdc office number to follow up customer service people told me they don't have the branch number which is very supid answer.
If dtdc has a branch all number shouldl be available for customers or else what is the use of courier office and customer service.
I want my courier let me know what to do know as no body is responding properly

Updated by Hari_Prasath Courier delivered few minutes back, but came in very bad condition. Worst service ever with DTDC. Package looked like some one opened fully and tapped back. Although no products were missing during this COVID19 products should be handled carefully.
