I parceled an item which was booked at facility on 06.05.2020 with dtdc consignment number d55777376 after confirmation from dtdc counter with the pincode (500084).

Even the status is showing successfully delivered on 28-may-2020 (Too much time means 22days), that parcel is still not received.

1. Why the status...

Hi,

I was charged an amount of 590/- rs for a courier from bengaluru (Karnataka) to new coochbehar (West bengal). The usual charge is 150/- rs max for the same. Here are the additional details:

Please provide a refund for this case or justify the high amount charged.

Customer service not replying.

Not sure where is the package actually.

I dint get my consignment yet containing a medical equipment needed on urgent basis, trusted on dtdc for faster delivery
Consignment no. D93266772 booked on 21 may 2020 from mumbai and has to be delivered in jaipur
And on second thing from 25 th may it is showing it is going to bangalore?
But why is it so?
I have made calls on costumer care but no satisfactory reply and no body revert yet to me.
Atleast provide me with some answer.
Please let me know when ill get my parcel.

I posted a courier on 21 March 2020 by Mainpuri DTDC branch under this courier it had 5 checks which are been for an amount of 7500000 lakh rupees and the courier company partner said that the courier has been lost by their company so what I do who will compensate me for this loss

2. Valuation of the medical equipment cost.
3. Certificate of loss statement where it will be mentioned that the parcel is lost.

Please look into this matter and take the necessary action for the issue mentioned above.

I have ordered my medicine for my father who is heart patient on dt.20.05.2020 from pune to my destination at badlapur. But till date we have not received the courier yet. So please take quick action in this regard. Docket no. D56594837.

Its very unexpected that dtdc has lost my parcel n is not ready to even reply properly abt the parcel.. N employees are highly mannerless they dnt uv any communication skills.. Parcel is lost from lower parel branch.. It was booked from marol.. Nobody has taken initiative to find the parcel despite of many calls.. I really want refund now the parcel was booked on-12th march.. N till now i hvnt received it. After taking soo many follow ups they are not taking any efforts toh find it. Now i jst want refund.. N take initiative to teach ur employees how to talk to customers. Expecting ur reply

My consignment no. H97100660 booked on 21/3/2020 at guntur, ap. Your tracking shows it was delivered on 22/5/2020 to some security personnel. I contacted the given no in your tracking and austonished that no is your dtdc office no. Visited your offices but they didn't solve my problem.

We have booked a parcel for local delivery, which was promised on the same day delivery. It is 6th day now. Still yet to get the parcel.
Office person says the delivery boy does not know the address. When insisted, they agreed to deliver. Now They are not answering my call.
How pathetic service is with DTDC. Who will be accountable for these false commitments?

I have a courier to bhopal zip code 462016 on 25th may with the consignment number d93295036 this has very important health supplements and the online tracking now says not delivered (Office closed or door lock - (Cir). I gave 3 alternative numbers in case something happened and dtdc never tried to contact me on any of the for delivery and now says not delivered. They haven't sent me any communication of this either. I could only see this when i tracked it even though i went online and registered my phone for tracking. They haven't given me any details about my courier. How do i get it back? No customer care numbers or office numbers available. All numbers online seem to be wrong. This kind of irresponsible service is outrageous.

My friend sent the parcel from yadgiri 6 days back and the delivery location is mysore. Its really very bad service, tracking is not proper, none is responding.. Plz do look through the matter and respond soon..

A parcel has been shipped to me via dtdc from delhi which is in transit right now on it's way to budge budge, kolkata 700137, which was posted today (May 26). However, when i checked the tracking details online it shows the destination is birati, kolkata 700134. It would be really hard for me to pick up the parcel from a different office 2 hours from where i live amidst the lockdown and i can't have it returned all the way back to delhi because i need it urgently. Please look into it.

My doctor sent medicines to me on and they went back once due to local dtdc guy neglegcy, on may 18th dr resent medicines we took the tracking number and yesterday's stats shows out for delivery on 25th, but no delivery attempted, todya that guy called me to pick up form his office, i said it's for my 60 years old mother she can't come, he threaten me like if no one come to collect he will send back them again, i requested my neighbor to go and collect, when she went to dtdc gudivada center they said order out for delivery not sure why this guy's playing around, i strongly recommend my doctor not to use dtdc because i don't want others to suffer like me, he is using dtdc since long time to send medicines across the india, its knee problem medicine for old people how come old people go and collect, don't try to claim that it happen due to covid -19 gov of india permitted all kinds of medical goods delivery services

I had a shipment needs to be deliveried but none of the executive gave a call, and after 5 days whenn i checked in the tracking details the status was updated to the custoemer refused to accept the shipment, how resklessly you can update the status and there is no contact details to go and collect my packegae you guys dont know the seriousness of the customer and if you guys dont have a efficinet staff to work just dont accept the packages dont play with the customer emergencies even i called the customer care they made me to wait for 30minz and disconnecte the call, this shows your respect towards the customers why you guys thing customets as a foollll, you have charged the sipment for delivery even but why you guys unable to do that one.

I have booked a consignment (Urgent medicine) from varanasi to noida on 16th may 2020. The courier person took 30/- rs. Extra for express delivery within three day. On 22 may courier person told me that the consignment has gone to wrong city and it will be delivered to you with in 2 days. But now at 26 may it is still not delivered..

The item was supposed to be delivered on 19th may and the status is not at all moving and when i tried contacting the customer support each representative is giving a different answer like wait for 24-48 hours from the past 5 days. The package is at origin place only and has not moved even from there. Please do the needful

I had ordered an item from serampore kolkata bearing id d58113905 to be delivered to me in tinsukia, assam.
I got a call from dtdc tinsukia centre on 20 may asking me about my address. But they did not turn up. When i tracked it, it shows it has been delivered to another person named prasenjit chakraborty, who has denied having recieved my parcel. My address is

I was suppt to recieve a parcel from dtdc 10 days ago. It was to be given to someone who is leaving my place on 26th may. Still i am not sure if it will be delivered to me on time. Inspite of repeated communication from [protected]@dtdc.com no response is comming from them. I have sent multiple number of mails using complaint number 16459896 and consignment number d51605719.

I understand that govt. Has imposed restriction due to which i was waiting patiently but when i see other delivery service like blue dart and fedex working normally it becomes hard to believe that dtdc is really helpless or does not want to give services.

I am really disappointed with this service!!

I request you to please take immediate action on them so that this is not repeated by others.
