Dear sir,

We booked one parcel in dtdc from visakhapatnam to dhone on 4th may 2020. Initially, they told it will take around 7 to 10 days to reach the parcel to my destination code. I didn't received by parcel till now (16 days over) and they are not responding my call. We go to dtdc office and they didn't telling current status of my courier. Please take the action as soon as possible.

My consignment awb d90908267 is held at delhi hub since more than 5 days nw... It is in delhi since 15th may 2020.. Pls do the needful... My consignment was send to me from vaishali (Up) to cochin... But since few days am checking its in delhi hub... Pls do the needful to receive the consignment as early as possible to cochin... It's almost one week that the items has been dispatched from vaishali and not reach in cochin yet

Dear all

I courier a packet for new delhi on 21 march, 2020.
Today on 19 may i called the shop from which i have send the courier to check the status of my packet.
The person told me that they have not send my courier till date at it is with them only due lockdown and today he asked me that i have to pay rs 80 more as there is rise in price list as i have already paid rs 50 at the time when i have send the courier and the receipt is with me only and the consignment number is z41377028.
Why i have to pay more for the thing i have already paid for.
The shop name is regal photostat near sheela hospital, ludhiana.

Please belp to solve my issue asap.

One of my consignment from gujrat which was booked on[protected] for nallasopara west, till now i have not received the same. Even the system is not updated and worst. And no one is ready to response even i have called to any dtdc they are totally blind. I have tried several time to call the vasai branch but the phone number is switch off. Apart from this i have called several time to customer service. I have long time and after my call was disconnected. If they are not capable to provide the service they should stop the service or declare that any delay at start. Its a very bad experience. I will never ever go with them in future also. Instead of going with them i should go with either with reputed company. Also i will not ever recommend any one for dtdc. My tracking number is d57739438.

My docket number D57728676 booked on 7th May to be delivered on urgent basis.
I had paid Rs 800.00 per kg for that but the package has not yet and the company's siliguri is not giving any details either.
Please help me.

My consignment is wrongly delivered to other customers without contacting me. While i went take my consignment, it's total opened some goods are lost inside the consignment. So i filed complaint regarding that issue 2month back. Till now there is no call for there end. Customers support saying that my complaint is closed and consignment delivered. I contacted dtdc many times and also visited near courier's office. But there no response from there end

At booking time physical check condition of laptop of branch representative, but i have received damaged condition _leptop.

I have ordered a product from skullcandy.in website on may 9th 2020.
Today (12th may 2020), i received a mail from skullcandy saying that the order is completed.

When i tried to track the order by the given tracking number, it redirected to the dtdc page.
And it says the order has been already delivered to the address below.

Please share the current status of my consignment. The consignment has cancer medicines. I need the courier at the earliest. Last courier showed that the consignment is at bhiwandi, thane.

I have not received the courier which contains hearing aid cells. Docket no:b81023147 booked on 23.03.2020 to kottur post, pin 583134. Since it is related to medical (Without cells, hearing aid does not work) items they should have delivered by way of medical commodity during lockdown. But it is not yet delivered. I have requested courier booked person to deliver but he has not taken any responsibility of even looking in to the status of where the shipment is laying.
No body is bothered of shipment and telling its lockdown and no shipment are going where as all medical related shipment are going from the 1st day of lock down and nonessentials are going from 23rd april 2020. Any how i have raised a querry today 24.04.2020. Querry no16397178.
Today it is shown in this website as resolved. But it is still pending.
I have got sms from dtdc (For which we cant reply) asking form consinee address and contact number.
Since i have raised querry throuth their website, i got mail confirmation stating the case no case#16397178 from [protected]@dtdc.com. I have replied to the mail giveing the consignee details but still the status is showing as it is in bangalore hub and not dispached to kottur post, bellari dist.
