I have sent important medical documents of my mother from nagp my brother in pune via dtdc shipment no. M00355780 on 7 march 2020. The tracking status shows successfully delivered on 9 march but my brother has not received the courier.
It's very important courier with all medical records of my mother and i need urgent help in this matter.
I had mentioned mine and my brother's contact number on the courier package. Why the delivery...

Hi i had a parcel to be delivered from punjab to bangalore including total of 7 items. While includes led tv, refrigerator, washing machine, grinder, rice, oil can, and home groceries.

Out of which they have delivered only 5 items with led tv broke and oil can groceries still not delivered.
It's almost a month over i am in regular contact with them but no results.

Please help.

I booked a tender document courier from

I booked the courier on 25th feb'20. Now when i online checked the status of docket no. (Z[protected], it was showing details of some one else with delivery done on 4th feb'20. I tried to catch the owner (Divya) over phone but she didnt picked up. I stood at their office for around 3 days. They keep their shutter open but non one remain at office. Even they not answer the phone.
After a long struggle with help of neighbor shop, i able to catch one of their guy who gave me some new docket no. On 04th mar'20. They again give false information that courier left delhi on 2nd mar'20 and will reach by 05th mar'20

I tried to check the status of new docket no. But again it was giving error message of not existence of such no. Again same story repeated of no response over phone and stood outside their office. I finally caught them and on 5th mar'20 the status showed that courier booked today

Today is 08th mar'20 but i am still puzzled when the tender document reached to customer.

I understood from their neighbor that this is regular story of these dtdc team.

Now this is a govt tender and if they refuse to accept the same, my company will make a huge loss. So can someone look into matter and close down this franchise and pay me back the losses my company bear. I am ready to go legal against dtdc.

I had parceled my laptop from leh, ladakh to my friend karthik k m, who's address is building no. 49, door no. 101, opposite road of shree laxmi vaibhav hotel, sai baba temple road, munnekollala, marathahalli, bengaluru, pin-560038 on 10th of november 2019. But till date i. E 08 march 2020 the parcel has not reached the above mentioned address. Tracking id of the parcel is z25386010. But it reflects incorrect delivery date and address on tracking, which is not understood. Dtdc office at leh, ladakh is also not able to provide satisfactory reply to my query. I always respect the service rendered by dtdc to the nation and kindly request dtdc to do the needful at the earliest.

Dtdc said it will be delivered in 2 days. We dispatched the parcel on 4th march. But even by today which is 8th. It didnt even deliver. Yesterday outfor delivery. But they didn't deliver. Day before yesterday also same. Today they didn't even try to deliver. I contacted andheri, mumbai branch office ([protected]) she lifted only once and gave the delivery guy number ajay ([protected]). She said the parcel is with him and it will be delivered by yesterday. But when i contacted him, he is saying the parcel is not with him! Branch person is saying its with him. Now they both stopped lifting calls. Im so worried and in depression. By the words of delivery guy i suspect they did something to the parcel. Did they lost it? It is very urgent. Thats why i took lite option in dtdc so that it can be delivered in two days! Emergency. Please solve.

My shipment (D[protected] is out for delivery on 6th march at 9am. Receiver is waiting for the parcel as it is very emergency. But at the end of the day they didn't deliver the call and mentioned address incomplete or wrong - (Cir)
. Addrress is absolutely right because sent to same address in the past also. And today on 7th also it is out for delivery. But still no respnse. We were worried so tried to reach dtdc...

This is the first time i'm using dtdc & this is the worst experience i ever had with any courier. Service is too poor that it's totally unacceptable. There are hand full of complaints to claim on the way of service you are providing. A package has reached near to its final destination but still undelivered for the past 72 hrs. The response for the customer care was too poor.in tracking status they have updated that the receiver was unavailable inspite of my presence at home & moreover no one ever called me in this entire process. How a delivery person can update as unavailable when the receiver was available at home & how can he/she can update that it was undelivered just because of the receiver's fault when the whole mistake is on your side. Your service is responsible to give me a proper & acceptable explanation for this entire delay in delivery process (Which is undelivered at the time of this complaint). The customer care people said they will arrange for a backup call which i still didn't give back from them, it's been a scenario where i used to call them everytime. On the whole you have showed a worst response on having so much trust on your service, as it was a very important content which should have been handed over by time from my side. C/n no. C01744458.

I have booked my item in hyderabad to delivery in visakhapatnam. Which was delivered yesterday (03/05/2020). But its completely broken. Photos attached for your reference and consignment number is "d55549185".

I have already dropped an email to customer care ([protected]@dtdc.com) but not getting proper response. Please help me with the refund of my item cost around (15k) + shipping cost (4k).

I have ordered one parcel from amazon site... For that product direct seller has placed shipment through dtdc courier service. We have mentioned pin code but they have delivered to wrong address... Now after contacting that courier person, he is responding rudely and not delivering the product.. The ph no is...[protected]... This one is related to dtdc courier service only even though i have ordered from amazon... The parcel is with dtdc courier service srikakulam branch... I have mentioned complete address in amazon site while placement of order... But by default it is showing that srikakulam - 532460 which is of veeraghattam pin code... Now he is telling that this issue is not necessary for him and he is not sending my parcel... While iam contacting him he is very rudely speaking to me.

Today i was visited to your dtdc courier service in juhu church market for courier my mobile to (U p) amroha, dtdc person said it will take 3 to 4 days, ₹850 charges for that!, same thing through dhl ₹550 & it will be delivered next day, when i went to cancelled within 1/2hour, he charged me ₹ 100 for cancellations without receipt or invoice for cancellations and this is not mentioned anywhere? And now when i am checking that consignment number, it alloted to other, @that time he said we can't use it for others.
So he cheated us, given wrong commitment and there is only one option to pay by cash, but as per your receipt there are 3 options - cash, card or wallet.
Why we can't use it.
It's not matter of ₹ 100, it's matter of trust.

I have sent document through dtdc. Their final delivery centre received the courier. Then my parcel was marked delivered by this final centre without delivering it. Also they have signed it with a fake sign to prove it. When i have raised my complaint then dtdc had investigate this matter and found that their centre marked it delivered without delivering it. As it was not my mistake and dtdc has intentionally did this then i have asked my parcel back but all my efforts were unsuccessful. This is complete injustice bcoz i have paid for their service then also they did this. Now i am suffering to make a new document which was a govt document. My humble opinion is avoid dtdc if you can. They wont take your claim and wont provide any satisfactory resolution in such scenario.

This consignment was booked on 2nd march from kolkata and it was supposed to be delivered on 3rd march. When i tracked it in website, it showed that it got delivered, whereas i didn't receive it. When i called the delivery agent, he told that it will get delivered on next day, i. E, on 4th march. But till now neither i got any call, nor i received it.

This is to informed you that the consgiment no. Z09431160 has been not delivered[protected] to the address (Karpuri nagar, godda) after tracking it shows[protected] in ranchi out of delivered. I have try to contact many time dtdc office godda but they not respond.

Sir please take necessary action that i can receive my parcel as soon as posible. 🙏

A parcel had been booked from mizoram vide booking id-k23894072. The parcel was undelivered due to my non-availability at home for one hour. When i requested to customer care no[protected] at 11:40am on 03 mar 2020 on same day, it was told that the parcel will not be redilivered again. It has to be rebooked from the sender's side. It is really a ridiculous procedure. Once the parcel is still available in receiver's location and can be re-delivered, the dtdc service is not doing so. The parcel was top-most urgent and while returning and rebooking it will take more than a week.
I am not satisfied with the service of dtdc and will share the experience with my friends and my company. I am working in apollo hospitals and will make sure that apollo will not use the dtdc service for sending any consingments.

For the second time, dtdc representative has not come or delivered my consignment to me. I am very upset and will be sending a strong complaint to the consumer bureau about this. This is very unprofessional and the fact that dtdc has not even bothered to investigate this case is a direct reflection on dtdc pathetic standards of service. Shame on dtdc i am not surprised that https://www.consumercomplaints.in/dtdc-courier-cargo-b100102 has given dtdc a 2 star rating. 7000+ complaints against dtdc and you wonder why dtdc is considered the worst courier service in india.

Kindly review the tracking details (D72445xxx) also embedded below. On feb 26 it states that the courier came to my house and then did not deliver as i was not home. Same on feb 27 and feb 28. And then on march 2, it has been updated that my address is ok but there is no such person?

1. Fact 1 is that no dtdc courier attempted to do the delivery either on feb 26, 27, 28 or march 2.
2. Fact 2. I have given my full complete address including the landmarks of 2 prominent schools in between which my apartment lies. I have provided my apt number, name, road, area and 2 huge schools as landmarks.
3. Fact 3. I live in an apartment complex always manned by a security guard who collects parcels on our behalf. No one from dtdc came or attempted delivery of your parcel
4. Fact 4. Numerous deliveries from professional couriers, fedex, bluedart, amazon, flipkart are delivered to my apartment everyday without a problem.

Consignment number is k23697377 and it says invalid. I have very important original docs. I don’t know where is my package. I just want dtdc to find my package and if they can’t deliver then let them return back to me. I am very very worried. I tried tracking through website but i am not been able, the courier was from kolkata to bangalore. I need support and help badly

Dear team, I booked courier on 28/02/2020 from Anantapur to punganur wide pod no H91654002 but this pod track shows successfully delivered on January 2020, while I visit and asking at Anantapur branch where I booked this courier they are shouting.kindly resolve the issue, if not I will go through consumer court.this is the second time I facing this issue

On 17.2.20 I booked documents on DTDC Courier service from Udumelpet ( Coimbatore) to Abu Dhabi ( UAE) .The receipt is also attached with this. As seeing the delay in delivery found out that the trackking is not Updating beyond Chennai Hub. Registered a compaint on 28.2.20 about not updating the tracking status and got a case No.16183951. Till now there is no development and improvement in situation.
