This consignment was booked on 2nd march from kolkata and it was supposed to be delivered on 3rd march. When i tracked it in website, it showed that it got delivered, whereas i didn't receive it. When i called the delivery agent, he told that it will get delivered on next day, i. E, on 4th march. But till now neither i got any call, nor i received it.

This is to informed you that the consgiment no. Z09431160 has been not delivered[protected] to the address (Karpuri nagar, godda) after tracking it shows[protected] in ranchi out of delivered. I have try to contact many time dtdc office godda but they not respond.

Sir please take necessary action that i can receive my parcel as soon as posible. 🙏

A parcel had been booked from mizoram vide booking id-k23894072. The parcel was undelivered due to my non-availability at home for one hour. When i requested to customer care no[protected] at 11:40am on 03 mar 2020 on same day, it was told that the parcel will not be redilivered again. It has to be rebooked from the sender's side. It is really a ridiculous procedure. Once the parcel is still available in receiver's location and can be re-delivered, the dtdc service is not doing so. The parcel was top-most urgent and while returning and rebooking it will take more than a week.
I am not satisfied with the service of dtdc and will share the experience with my friends and my company. I am working in apollo hospitals and will make sure that apollo will not use the dtdc service for sending any consingments.

For the second time, dtdc representative has not come or delivered my consignment to me. I am very upset and will be sending a strong complaint to the consumer bureau about this. This is very unprofessional and the fact that dtdc has not even bothered to investigate this case is a direct reflection on dtdc pathetic standards of service. Shame on dtdc i am not surprised that https://www.consumercomplaints.in/dtdc-courier-cargo-b100102 has given dtdc a 2 star rating. 7000+ complaints against dtdc and you wonder why dtdc is considered the worst courier service in india.

Kindly review the tracking details (D72445xxx) also embedded below. On feb 26 it states that the courier came to my house and then did not deliver as i was not home. Same on feb 27 and feb 28. And then on march 2, it has been updated that my address is ok but there is no such person?

1. Fact 1 is that no dtdc courier attempted to do the delivery either on feb 26, 27, 28 or march 2.
2. Fact 2. I have given my full complete address including the landmarks of 2 prominent schools in between which my apartment lies. I have provided my apt number, name, road, area and 2 huge schools as landmarks.
3. Fact 3. I live in an apartment complex always manned by a security guard who collects parcels on our behalf. No one from dtdc came or attempted delivery of your parcel
4. Fact 4. Numerous deliveries from professional couriers, fedex, bluedart, amazon, flipkart are delivered to my apartment everyday without a problem.

Consignment number is k23697377 and it says invalid. I have very important original docs. I don’t know where is my package. I just want dtdc to find my package and if they can’t deliver then let them return back to me. I am very very worried. I tried tracking through website but i am not been able, the courier was from kolkata to bangalore. I need support and help badly

Dear team, I booked courier on 28/02/2020 from Anantapur to punganur wide pod no H91654002 but this pod track shows successfully delivered on January 2020, while I visit and asking at Anantapur branch where I booked this courier they are shouting.kindly resolve the issue, if not I will go through consumer court.this is the second time I facing this issue

On 17.2.20 I booked documents on DTDC Courier service from Udumelpet ( Coimbatore) to Abu Dhabi ( UAE) .The receipt is also attached with this. As seeing the delay in delivery found out that the trackking is not Updating beyond Chennai Hub. Registered a compaint on 28.2.20 about not updating the tracking status and got a case No.16183951. Till now there is no development and improvement in situation.

We have booked a courier having number h96463021 dated 26th february 2020 and it was informed that the docket will be delivered by 29th and if not on 2nd march it will be delivered to the customer without any delay by 10:30 am. The undersigned was tracking the shipment details and found that the courier was received at jamshedpur on 29th morning and since then it is lying at there only. We were fed up while talking to the people where we have booked the courier and also they provided one contact number [protected]. We never have been connected to this number and when we have contacted the other numbers of jamshedpur they were asking to call the above number only for getting the details as it is our ho and they can only give you the details. The ho people are not responding to our phone calls and it is a mere irresponsibility of the people.

My parents has sent a courier (Containing prasad (Perishable item), tracking number z[protected] to me via dtdc from jammu to secundrabad and paid around rs 250 for it to reach me in time, which was supposed to be feb 28th.
Dtdc as usual withheld the package at their secundrabad center citing that address is not valid, which is an incorrect claim. They also did not consider it necessary to call or drop a message for me to call them back, in case they were unable to locate it.

I called them at 10:30 am on friday to file a complaint, which they just sat on and did nothing

I had to call them twice again on friday in the evening as i had still not received it which is when a lady said i can only get it on monday now and i still have neither received any call or the package

This is soo irresponsible and unprofessional of dtdc to keep cheating customers with fake promise of delivering goods in 2-3 days and taking 6-7 and may be even more

In my case they have not only charged for a service they could not provide
They did not act on the complaint
They have cheated and acted in an unprofessional manner
Their secundrabad (Risala bazar) phone numbers are not working so i can't even reach out to them
The packet if i get it today would already have been spoiled due to delay.

One parcel of mine has been booked from kolkata to mumbai through dtdc courier service via consignment number k23664291 on 26th february. It was supposed to be delivered on 29th february. The last time i have checked through dtdc courier tracker it was out for delivery on 29th feb, in lower parel mumbai. But now it's showing that courier has not been delivered and redirected. Neither i got any call from delivery guy nor i have been informed by texts. My address was clearly mentioned in the parcel tried customer service numbers of kolkata and mumbai centers but non of them responded. As it is a urgent stuff of mine i sincerely request dtdc customer service to look into this matter and notify me asap.

My shipment no. V58917962 is showing delivered to some random person named party singh, whose relationship with me showing is as my neighbor.

There is no such person who exist in my neighbor. The delivery agent neither called me nor did any check-in in my apartment. When i have called him, he is not picking up the call too. This is completely unprofessional.

It is to inform you that i have booked my parcel in a box which is 3.550 kg on 22/02/2020 at palamaner dtdc office to vishakapatnam (Address shiny evangelin, nava jeevan public school, dora thota, bhimli, vishakapatnam). When i checked online tracking is shows that it has reached on 24/02/2020 to tagarapuvalasa, vishakapatnam. But till today means 28/02/2020 it is not delivered the parcel. Please help us.

I sent the package on 24th of feb with the writing on the plastic cover provided by the employee there.
She wrote the the right address on my receipt,
And then asked me to pay extra for some premium safety
I did.
Then i came back home the next day i checked the website added in my tracking number and there it was the wrong delivery location.
It's okay humans make errors i called them 3 times till now and they only say they will check and now they are not receiving my call anymore.

The delivery boy declines to go to the address specified on the courier... He is denying his duty... I don't know or there is no facility like that... If the courier doesn't get deliver to the address... We have to go to the office and collect it.. Then please let me know... If such facility is not there then i'll stop using dtdc courier service... This is the second such incident where a shipment has been lost in transit. This time it is my self attested testimonials which is very important. The packet contained application to phd for du and the last date is on 28th. I went and checked at the university but it hasn't been delivered. They are arguing that the shipment has been delivered but are unable to provide the pod. Highly disappointed with dtdc. We're paying a premium price for timely delivery and this is what they do. Request you to take stern action against them. Now i'm scared that my documents will be misused.

I'm not able to track my courier. It's really very very important parcel for me.. It was supposed to reach within 3 days time... It has been more than 10 days when it was sent. Consignment number is z31187059.. While tracking it, they show it's not a valid number.. Whom should i contact? Why is the consignment number invalid?? Please help me as soon as possible...

I have couriered it from to guntur to pathapatnam.

The courier has reached to srikakulam within 2days but there after it has been four days to deliver a 50km further but it is not yet delivered since four days .

None of the customer care members are responding to it.

It contains medicines in it, it has to be delivered with in time.

From now i don't recommend any of my friends to dtdc instead we go to other services

One parcel was sent from hyderabad to chittoor through dtdc courier service. Tracking number is h18582732. Tracking status is shown as delivered in their website. Tried to contact local office through phone, but they are not attending phone calls. Shipment was made on 19
Feb 2020 and it appears to be delivered to me on 22 feb 2020. And also these local office people always call us to come to their office and pick up the courier instead of home delivery of the articles.

On 20th feb i placed a courier request to delhi for a garment item. It was the duty of courier to inform me that insurance should be taken which they didnt apart from that they confirmed delivery would have in 2-3 days. Now we i track my shipment it shows on site that its successfully delivered but when i asked for pod signed from company it doesn't show delivered (Pic attached). Ive been following up with their goregaon office which picked the package and he is just taking me in circles. This was a dress for my birthday and now i dont know what to do. The tracking no is m85245418 and ref no is[protected].

I ManpreetBhullar wants to know the current location of docs consignment which the number is N20871657 in the dtdc currier service but these are not delivered on my address but I want to deliver on new address and I have to pay second time for this. I want to say that plz confirm me the recent location of my currier and I want to receive it on the new address. I will pay the extra fee for this. Thanks so much
