This complain is related to the consignment number #K33880433. I took the DTDC service on Feb 5th and got my product submitted to the center. While updating the address, the PIN number was updated incorrectly by me, rest of the address was correct. Upon tracking the shipment details in the next few days, I realized that the PIN was incorrect and I immediately called the center and gave them the right PIN and the address in WhatsApp given the status was 'out for delivery'. The DTDC guy assured me that he will talk to their team in the delivery location and have the product delivered to the right location. I was convinced and waited for a day - this happened somewhere around 8th/9th Feb.
Next day, I checked the status and was reflecting the same and as the weekends evolved around, so I thought of waiting till Monday and was in constant follow-up with the guy at the center. On Feb 13th, I saw that the status changed to 'RTO Processed and Forwarded to Hub' which added to my discomfort. I called the center and asked about their assurance and he had only one answer that it was processed by the other location guy and there isn't anything they can do and stated that let it come back & he would re-send it to the right PIN code now.
Since, Feb 13th I have been in constant touch with the guy at the center and he said the sooner it arrives, he would send it back. Till today, the product did not arrive at the center and my urgency has desisted. While calling the center today (Feb 18th), the guy took the tracking number and said that the product hasn't reached their center and spoke in a very ruthless manner stating - "if you need the product, go to the airport and collect it." To which, I replied stating if this is the way they speak to their customers. They stated that once they receive the package, will call me.
This type of insanity and unprofessional behavior should not be tolerated and they need to learn how to deal with their customers.
