I have booked my consignment (A packet containing prasad with a shagun amount of rs 5100/-) on 14.01.2020 thru your zirakpur office for manoj kumar at patna. The consignment no. Z24862405 was alloted to me.

The above consignment delivered on 17.01.2020 with suspicious packaging and when mr. Manoj kumar opened the received packet there was only rs. 100 note with other puja items.

Pl. Enquire the matter and try to identify the black sheep in hundreds of dedicated work force of your prestigious organisation. Its also a lesson to me.

My consignment number m78994401 is out for delivery since 3 days now failing everyday. They are not calling on the given number. The courier is on the right address but dtdc is not making any attempt to deliver it. They are not calling even once on the number provided, saying receiver shifted from address when infact he stays there only. The pin is 400001 which is fort area and it carries important documents which have to be delivered as soon as possible. Check the tracking shipment with this consignment number and make the delivery as soon as possible.

I have booked vide consignment number d71444167 and the same was delivery with partially.
I booked 8 calender from ttd and only one calender was delivered and the remaining 7 calender is not delivered.
The part consigment is delivered on 13.01.2010 and still i am not received the remaining consignment
Why this kind of issues are araising. Pls explain

With reference to the above subject, we deeply regret and dissatisfied of the services of dtdc. We (National insurance co. Ltd) have sent the 30 no. S diaries to our client m/s ntrust insurance broking services pvt ltd, hyderabad on 14.01.2020 through dtdc bearing consignment no. D56243165. The courier was dumped at receivers premises on 16.01.2020 without handing over to anyone in the office and when observed the box lying, they opened and found one large size brick in the box instead of diaries.

Our client has sent the photos of the same which was attached now. Sender's address and recipient address are given below for your ready reference.

My consignment was initiated from surat on 7th of Jan 2020 vide consignment number D55390334, however the same was not delivered till now, in tracking details it shows that out of delivery and consignment redirected without attempting for delivery.

It is the way dtdc is dealing with service. I am very disappointed of the service rendered by the dtdc.

One medicine packet has been delivered from the nihar arogya niketan, mumbai via dtdc courier to bankura, bishnupur, west bengal (Pin-722122). My tracking number is m79396451. When i saw the tracking, i found the pin code on the packet is correctly written as 722122 (Bishnupur) but, in tracking system of my product destination is burdwan (713101) and it is wrong. The packet contain the medicine regarding my mother health issue. I will be thankful if you deliver the product in correct destination bishnupur, bankura, pin-722122.

I have not received my consignment which was sent from dehradun on 10th jan 2020 through dtdc courier. As per the tracking details on the website the status shows that the consignment reached bangalore on 12th jan. This has not reached me and is a very important document for me to receive.

I have spoken with the call center people and other relevant staff and no one is giving a clear picture. Please help!

Received the parcel 1/11/2019.
Out of three boxes, one box is completely damaged. The box contained crockery, toys books and boxes. The contents of the original box was transferred into quite a big box which made all the things wobble and resulted into breakage. Thank you so much for the footage.
Now If you see the second jpg file, there are two IKEA
Boxes which I received properly. But if you see carefully the
Box behind two Ikea boxes is the one which we had packed
Into it. It’s an ordinary box and DTDC is not written on it.
However the one I received had DTDC written on it and much bigger in size than our original box. Photos attached below.

So this confirms box was changed in between before Delivery

Settlement document from paramount insurance team is sent on 2nd-january with tracking id 'z30050314' but still it is not delivered. When i went to mehedimatnam hub they said they have manually sent to gachibowli hub, when i went to gachibowli hub they are saying they didn't receive the courier only.
The person who spoke to me is answering reclessly, even he is threatening me and abusing. His name is robert and his mobile number is '[protected]'.

Consignment number d93014257. The consignment was from mumbai to thrissur and was dispatched on 09/01/2020. It has reached destination on 13/01/2020. They are not delivering the item. The shipment charges has already paid and they are holding the consignment for no reason. I need my consignment at the earliest. Dtdc is the worst carrier i have seen. Last consignment i sent to mumbai was was also held at mumbai apex hub for around 10 days with no reason. Such an irresponsible courier service i havent seen in my life.

I sent a courier containing expensive garments to hyderabad and the courier guy delivered it to wrong address. It says delivered but it was not received by the recipient. The delievery person gave it to an entirely differently named building even though the address was written correctly. Please resolve the matter as soon as possible since the shipment might get stolen. The tracking number k22598695.

Z[protected] this courier is booked on 6th jan it is showing delivered on 11th jan, however, this is still not delivered.
Again and again wrong information is passed on by dtdc representative. Sometime they say it is delivered but they are not able to give the contact information and address where the packet is delivered.
From last 3 days i am continuously chasing with the dtdc.
I need to file a case against dtdc and need a compensation on giving wrong information and their casualty in delivering the packets.

I have sent a courier to an address in banglore and it is showing as "not delivered (Receiver shifted from given address - (Cir)". The person is staying there and noone had called either o[censored]s. I was not even informed of the status of the consignment and i wouldn't have known unless i thought of randomly checking the status. Very bad courier service. Consignment number is: z28644854

I want to submit a complaint regarding my courier which i have not recieved but when i tracked it on dtdc site it shows that courier has been delivered.. I think something wrong has been done from your side. That is very poor service. Please help me and give my courier to me. My tracking id is r36163829 and reference number is[protected]. The booking date is 4 jan 2020 and it seems to be delivered at 11 jan 2020. Not even enquired by phone before delivery. Please get it resolved quickly

This complaint is being lodged by me ravi katoch c/o punjab national bank bajaura po bajaura tehsil bhuntar distt kullu today on 14th january 2020. I received the call from dtdc courier bhuntar office phone no.[protected] at 11:36am to collect the courier from their office. I asked why they are not delivering to the address mentioned, they said that they dont deliver to that address.
One of my colleagues also collected the courier from their office due to that reason.
If to they do not deliver to the address why open the office

When i was checked on trackng portal of dtdc, it's shows "address is ok but no such person".
It repeats continuesly 4-5 days. No single call or sms recieved from dtdc to me. Finaly dtdc returned my parcel to sender on 13 jan 2020.

We have used DTDC for sending a courier from Noida to Hyderabad on 6th January.

The packet is delivered at wrong address.

The packet needs to be delivered at Hyderabad is given to DTDC courier service agent on 6th Jan at day end. However, this got delivered on 11th Jan and it is also not sure to whom it get delivered.
The docket id is Z30635345.

Delivery within India is taking 5-6 days.

The Problem in this case is DTDC has become the useless service now.
Experience very poor service of DTDC Courier in delivery and in tracking as well.

I need that packet very urgent.

I had sent a courier to assam from karnataka on 30th december 2019. The courier could not be delivered. The courier got returned but i am yet to receive it. It has been two weeks since they updated the parcel location. The number is b68337086. I have been trying to get in touch with dtdc and various other branches to track the parcel, however most of them don't respond or say i can't help. The parcel contained a simple thing, a blanket, that i had bought for my mother. Please help me trace it or help me register a case against dtdc.
