Z[protected] this courier is booked on 6th jan it is showing delivered on 11th jan, however, this is still not delivered.
Again and again wrong information is passed on by dtdc representative. Sometime they say it is delivered but they are not able to give the contact information and address where the packet is delivered.
From last 3 days i am continuously chasing with the dtdc.
I need to file a case against dtdc and need a compensation on giving wrong information and their casualty in delivering the packets.

    I have sent a courier to an address in banglore and it is showing as "not delivered (Receiver shifted from given address - (Cir)". The person is staying there and noone had called either o[censored]s. I was not even informed of the status of the consignment and i wouldn't have known unless i thought of randomly checking the status. Very bad courier service. Consignment number is: z28644854

      I want to submit a complaint regarding my courier which i have not recieved but when i tracked it on dtdc site it shows that courier has been delivered.. I think something wrong has been done from your side. That is very poor service. Please help me and give my courier to me. My tracking id is r36163829 and reference number is[protected]. The booking date is 4 jan 2020 and it seems to be delivered at 11 jan 2020. Not even enquired by phone before delivery. Please get it resolved quickly

        This complaint is being lodged by me ravi katoch c/o punjab national bank bajaura po bajaura tehsil bhuntar distt kullu today on 14th january 2020. I received the call from dtdc courier bhuntar office phone no.[protected] at 11:36am to collect the courier from their office. I asked why they are not delivering to the address mentioned, they said that they dont deliver to that address.
        One of my colleagues also collected the courier from their office due to that reason.
        If to they do not deliver to the address why open the office
        I'm attaching the id that i received from the product bought from amazon
        Very poor service. Kindly look into the matter at a very serious note

          Sender was sent a parcel on 7th jan 2020.
          From - pune it park, aundh, pune.
          To - yerawada, pune.
          Tracking no - p54111827

          When i was checked on trackng portal of dtdc, it's shows "address is ok but no such person".
          It repeats continuesly 4-5 days. No single call or sms recieved from dtdc to me. Finaly dtdc returned my parcel to sender on 13 jan 2020.

            We have used DTDC for sending a courier from Noida to Hyderabad on 6th January.

            The packet is delivered at wrong address.

            The packet needs to be delivered at Hyderabad is given to DTDC courier service agent on 6th Jan at day end. However, this got delivered on 11th Jan and it is also not sure to whom it get delivered.
            The docket id is Z30635345.

            Delivery within India is taking 5-6 days.

            The Problem in this case is DTDC has become the useless service now.
            Experience very poor service of DTDC Courier in delivery and in tracking as well.

            I need that packet very urgent.

              I had sent a courier to assam from karnataka on 30th december 2019. The courier could not be delivered. The courier got returned but i am yet to receive it. It has been two weeks since they updated the parcel location. The number is b68337086. I have been trying to get in touch with dtdc and various other branches to track the parcel, however most of them don't respond or say i can't help. The parcel contained a simple thing, a blanket, that i had bought for my mother. Please help me trace it or help me register a case against dtdc.

                I havent received the shipment which was shipped last week. Have raised a complaint 15937955. Not able to reach customer care as well. It is keeps on getting disconnected. Haven't received any response on the above complaint as well. Initially the package was routed to frazer town. When i checked with that branch, they informed me that they will not cover the area where i belong to.
                Let me know when it will be get delivered.

                Updated by nandini sasidharan                 i just called the respective branch, he informed me that bangalore head office sent the package again to the frazer town. He haven't delivered again to me and incorrectly updated the comment as RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE-(CIR))
                Such a worst courier service in india. It is medicine package which i am waiting for past one week.

                  We have had booked a courier on express delivery from dtdc from lava noida to gudha (Jhunjhunu) 333022 with the following consignment number x32053117 on 07 january 2020 and at the time of booking i was told by the dtdc agent that the consignment will be delivered in 24 working hours maximum but its been almost toady 7 days and yet my parcel is not delivered and there is no proper support from dtdc to address my issue, i am trying to track my consignment from past one week and its showing the same address (Sikar, rajasthan) again and again, but the parcel is still not delivered. I called the support team and sikar and gudha dtdc but there was no response, i am still not sure where my consignment is and when it will be delivered and there is no support for a customer to properly track the consignment or to know why the consignment is delayed.

                    I sent a costly product through dtdc on 9-1-2020 with tracking number v57907667, i'm continuously tracking with awb number on dtdc's website. Till last late night status was "in transit" but today 13-jan-2020 status is showing successfully delivered but neither me nor my any family member got any courier, not even any courier boy came to deliver the product and we haven't even recieve a call from delivery boy or from dtdc...

                      Dear sir/madam
                      I have couriered a packet through dtdc courier service from ekta nagar branch (Z[protected] bareilly for kanpur on 19 november 2019.
                      It has been lost from kanpur branch of dtdc. After several mail to all authorities of dtdc courier service from ekta nagar branch it has been confirmed that item has been reached to kanpur but not delivered to destination.
                      Now it has been more than 52 days of my parcel till no satisfactory response from dtdc authorities.
                      I must be given claim of rs 4000/- cost of items as early as possible.
                      If i fail to get positive response i may go for further legal action.
                      Its request to solve and pay the claim at the earliest.
                      I have attached the receipt copy with this mail.

                        I have had booked a courier from dtdc from rashbehari, kolkata to delhi with the following consignment number d56930197 and at the time of booking i was told by the dtdc agent that the consignment will be delivered in 2-4 working days maximum but its been almost toady 10 days and yet my parcel is not delivered and there is no proper support from dtdc to address my issue, i am trying to track my consignment from past one week and its showing the same dress again and again but the parcel is still not delivered. This is fake receipt, actually this is already issued earlier to some other vendor on 17.12.19. Today we follow up for delivery of our courier than we get another acknowledgemet # m77727209. This happen multiple time. Plz look into matter and take proper action as dtdc is a brand name, nobody will afford this type of malpractice.

                                I got a call from branch office yamunanagar of dtdc regarding a parcel from phone number [protected]. The person told me we don’t serve in your area, i said send it back. On my saying this he misbehaved with me and said unpleasant words. This kind of behaviour from such a reputed company is not expected. May i request you to kindly please look into the matter and let me know the course of action taken.

                                I have received a package from dtdc which ai had ordered from a private site. The package is very damaged and the person who handed it to us said that may be rats had eaten. That package is ordered to gift someone. Now what can you do in this situation and there are more two packages coming. Please do the needful.

And without my concern the dtdc people submitted that i have requested for a date change for the courier to receive at my end. And still not received the courier.                                       I had to send an urgent courier of a document from bangalore. To a south indian city. It has been 4 days and it has still not been delivered. The tracking app shows it's in transit, the detailed status shows it's lying at the end terminus. The help desk kept me on wait for nearly 30 mins and then disconnected my call.
                                      The worst experience and i realize i am not the only one.
                                      Please do not send anything important or critical through dtdc extremely unreliable. And they charge you premium rates stating it's their std rates.

                                        Today is 10 th january, 6.40 pm, neither tracking detail has been updated nor reached in the destination and i was charged rs. 200 as dtdc plus service. Consignment was so much important to reach today. This kind of service is absolutely unthinkable by dtdc. I am absolutely blind to figure out. I need the clarification. I faced harassment by your service.
