I want to complain against dtdc mahishadal center at purba medinipur. They didn't deliver my package at my address. The service provider talked to me so badly & his behaviors are very bad. I want to know what happened & what is the actual service you provide to your customer. I want you to please take action against this man. Thanks & regards. My currier package number is k23242495. I need quick action against dtdc mahishadal service provider.

D90545594 got delivered today with one of items inside damaged of cost inr 400. It was tagged fragile and charged with extra care packaging. When i ask for compensation to vendor or company, they are not even ready to take ownership of it. I can't tag the pics now as i don't have in my pc, i can send it afterwords in email

Z[protected] DTDC. Booked on 13 Jan 2020 from Delhi. Reached DTDC office, Bommasandra Industrial Area, Bangalore on 14/15 Jan 2020. Neither delivered on given address nor handed me over when I visited their office on 20 Jan 2020. Hand set of their official phone is put down hence always shown busy. Manager, Mr Sree Kumar is irresponsible and a liar as he always says he is in s meeting, whereas actually he is absent. Kindly see if something is done.

My 2 parcels are not received yet. It was dispatched on jan 2nd and 3rd from chennai. Consignment no:-c00883552 and c00871075. Its reached nizamabad. Track shows out for delivery bt still not received. I contacted care nd branch offices so many times. Bt didn't respond. Nizamabad franchise talked with me to harsh. It was not good. Worst courier service nd irresponsible persons.19days over from dispatched date. Still no response.

There was a consignment (Z[protected] from rohatak haryana to bangalore and it has been delivered to the wrong person of the wrong house number on the date 23rd december-2019. Before they delivered they did not call me, without call me how they delivered to the wrong person. When i tried to customer care they are not bothering. Also, i have tried to the courier facility nobody is responding. I am totally frosted on the same, but i don't have any source to whom i should complain. From the day 1 am following to them, but nobody is responding on the same.

Dear DTDC...MY ORDER WITH ID H17844748...Was delivered rediculously to some other address...when CALL TO local DTDC service centre...he replied that my phone was out of reach...my question is that if the reciever is not available then the item should return to the sending party... but Ur delivery boy simply gave it to unknown person..and posted that it is delivered.please take a severe action against that rediculous delivery boy...bcoz I am repeatingly called the sender about the parcel...he doesn't know where it is...we both are made fools here..please DTDC... please get that ## dismissed from the service

I have sent a courier through dtdc i have mention full address with pin code address is Yashwant kumar aliayash santosh kumar care of sri radhe shyam singh post balukaram village bhagwanpur ratti dist vaishali state bihar pin 844113. I have booked my courier on 13 jan now it's 20 Jan it's show ( AREA NON SERVICEABLE) I HAVE ALREADY SEND SO MANY TIMES ON THIS ADDRESS AND THERE IS MY URGENT WORK NOW WHAT CAN I DO I HAVE PAID BOOKING CHARGES IN COURIER I HAVE SOME IMPORTANT THING. I have booked 2 couriers of consignment no.33842639 and 33842690 on 9th and 10th january'20 respectively which have been delivered on 19th and 17th january'20 at the destination. Kindly let me know the reason of taking 10 days and 7 days time to reach at destination whereas normally it takes maximum 3 days time in each and every month.
For this delay my employees will not get the salary so who will take the responsibility.

I submitted my packet from agra to kanpur on[protected] to dtdc courier service after one day i e on[protected], tracking system shows my packet at facility cetre kanpur. My daughter booked laptop parcel on 16 jan 2020 through dtdc from electronic city banglore state karnataka pin 560100 to my delhi address on risk coverage of carrier but received damaged. The display screen was broken on left upper portion of laptop due to which image is not displaying properly so u are requested to replace damage display screen or return the cost of laptop value rs20000.

I didn't received my courier yet, the courier boy didn't call me didn't visited to my house then also he forwarded the fale review that my house was locked nobody was present at home so i request plz help the needfull because i tryed to call the coustermer care number and the agent number of my near by dtdc office but they also didn't gave the response.

My courier reached coimbatore 11th jan 2020. But still its not come delivery to coimbatore. I gave 2 times complaint to dtdc. I have complaint no also. Today i am leave from india for conference. This courier is very important for my convergence. Today also i called dtdc they asked give some time to find my parcel. For this reason i am sure failure for my foreign trip and my project. My loss all due to dtdc.

I am booking some parcel tirupati to koilkuntla it's very too delay to delivering my product it is some of medicine why too late & delayed by to delivered to from my home then i am going to the office and we are getting irresponsible answer s they said not delivered to office you can go one place to another place and you go and to get your parcel district head office

I have booked my consignment (A packet containing prasad with a shagun amount of rs 5100/-) on 14.01.2020 thru your zirakpur office for manoj kumar at patna. The consignment no. Z24862405 was alloted to me.

The above consignment delivered on 17.01.2020 with suspicious packaging and when mr. Manoj kumar opened the received packet there was only rs. 100 note with other puja items.

Pl. Enquire the matter and try to identify the black sheep in hundreds of dedicated work force of your prestigious organisation. Its also a lesson to me.

My consignment number m78994401 is out for delivery since 3 days now failing everyday. They are not calling on the given number. The courier is on the right address but dtdc is not making any attempt to deliver it. They are not calling even once on the number provided, saying receiver shifted from address when infact he stays there only. The pin is 400001 which is fort area and it carries important documents which have to be delivered as soon as possible. Check the tracking shipment with this consignment number and make the delivery as soon as possible.

I have booked vide consignment number d71444167 and the same was delivery with partially.
I booked 8 calender from ttd and only one calender was delivered and the remaining 7 calender is not delivered.
The part consigment is delivered on 13.01.2010 and still i am not received the remaining consignment
Why this kind of issues are araising. Pls explain

With reference to the above subject, we deeply regret and dissatisfied of the services of dtdc. We (National insurance co. Ltd) have sent the 30 no. S diaries to our client m/s ntrust insurance broking services pvt ltd, hyderabad on 14.01.2020 through dtdc bearing consignment no. D56243165. The courier was dumped at receivers premises on 16.01.2020 without handing over to anyone in the office and when observed the box lying, they opened and found one large size brick in the box instead of diaries.

Our client has sent the photos of the same which was attached now. Sender's address and recipient address are given below for your ready reference.

My consignment was initiated from surat on 7th of Jan 2020 vide consignment number D55390334, however the same was not delivered till now, in tracking details it shows that out of delivery and consignment redirected without attempting for delivery.

It is the way dtdc is dealing with service. I am very disappointed of the service rendered by the dtdc.

One medicine packet has been delivered from the nihar arogya niketan, mumbai via dtdc courier to bankura, bishnupur, west bengal (Pin-722122). My tracking number is m79396451. When i saw the tracking, i found the pin code on the packet is correctly written as 722122 (Bishnupur) but, in tracking system of my product destination is burdwan (713101) and it is wrong. The packet contain the medicine regarding my mother health issue. I will be thankful if you deliver the product in correct destination bishnupur, bankura, pin-722122.
