The consignment with number z30582581 posted from vasundhara ghaziabad (Up) india on 2nd jan 2020 for phagwara punjab india (Pin:144401) but the post reached ludhiana with pin code:140001 which is not destination pin code. Even after so may enquiries no one is responding in a proper manner and every one is saying that article will reach you.

Very pathetic service by dtdc, the article contains important documents of my car. Why a person is doing courier then? The article still not reached me.

Recently on the basis of my posted complaint i have recieved one fraud CALL ON the same day and the number from which i got the call was [protected] and this person on the line informed that he was from DTDC CUSTOMER CARE centre but believe me he was trying to extract my bank details and i did not want to share any such information but my request to all that if you see this number immediately cut it down because this person is extremely trained and he will trap you easily.Also one more number he used (which he asked to send the message in) as:[protected].

Its returned to vijayawada because of my unavailability in my location... I need the courier back to my address... Contact [protected] to reach my place... Hi team,
I have a tracking number v57710399 and i have booked a packet on 03/01/2020 from bangalore and if i checked the status it has reached on noida dtdc office arround 3pm but still that has not been delivered. I have paid apprx. More then double amount for dtdc priority service. The lady who took my packet promised me if i opt for priority service that will delivered next day but that didnt happened. You have no idea how important document have on that package.
I want my package now and return my money because you guys didnt provide any priority service.

Sir my product tracking number is z27394649 this parcel ia not yet delivered and also i didnt get this product in return...they lost my parcel i think...i corior it on 12th october ...how can i get my product back ?

2. For the past 3 days in the morning, i receive a message "product will be delivered today", but no one from courier will contact me to get it delivered and the in the evening i receive a message saying "attempted: last date over for submission". Without even attempting.
3. I registered a complaint and the case number is 15877198. I tried to reach customer care. But, no response from them.
4. Please help me to get it delivered as soon as possible.
5.04/01/2020 is the 3rd day and still, it is not delivered. Please refer the attached photo for further details.

Sir despite providing all the correct information and complete address my shipment of tracking I'd M84388187 was not delivered to me today and I myself contacted courier boy that the address provided by me is correct still they didn't deliver it .

I have booked local delivery on 01/01/2020 but till now delivery not happened and while inquiry at dtdc kottakkal and calicut they behave as if they are not responsible for the same and not giving proper answer.

Booking no: r36101715 dated 01/01/2019 from dtdc kakkad. But courier going to kottakkal then calicut againg they sending back kottakkal and the process is continues.

Very poor service and also bad behaviour of Rampurhat DTDC Centre.They just call customer once time if not receive they back that parcel.

This complain is in regard to an item not delivered (Bearing tracking id - k[protected]

When we have enquired the dtdc amta branch, they have replied that we need to visit their branch and collect the item.

This is highly frustrating. We have paid a premium price to dtdc for the home delivery.

Can you please explain the reason why are you harassing customers? Are you behaving per your reputation?br...

I have placed order on myvishal.com. Myvishal send courier always dtdc courier and every time i collect from. Dtdc office. He doesn't deliver at my home or provided location.

I file complaint against delivery boy in dtdc manager (Mr. Santosh) and in dtdc support team. But i can not give the solution. He said that you contact to nagpur branch. I also contact with myvishal support team but he is not give solution and he block my account.

My address is in serviceable area. Distance from my address to dtdc office is only 3 km, but they don't home deliver.

D55965090 showing: not delivered (Local holiday (Otr).. I request to authority concerned person may look in case and resolve and instruct to deliver staff to immediate delivery on urgent basis..

27d dec 2019, i am sending a currier from pune to morshi today's date is 2 jan 2020 still currier is not reached at the destination, i contact to local dtdc number [protected] he was telling me your current not reach yet.when I have send parcel from Pune when told me only 48 hour your currier reach for fast delivery pay 1000 rs. Today I have contact Pune they told me your parcel in Amravati and I have contact in Amravati they told me your parcel misrouted they can't tell me proper location i request you take strict action against that and delivered my currier as soon as possible

I was supposed to receive a document from Bangalore on 31st December. The parcel was booked on 30th December. Docket no. being B70025528.
Sorry to inform you that I have not received the parcel till now, after three working days.
Whereas the other courier service provider delivers the next day your office could not do it even after three days.
Please look into this matter as very urgent and tell me why I should not file a legal complaint against you for not providing proper service.

I have sent the courier form cuddalore to Chennai, when I tried to track my package it shows that the consignment number is invalid, I tried calling to the office where I sent the package but he doesn't responded me, I have attached the sender copy also please help me .

Tracking number for my package x63716499. I am waiting for some important documents from hdfc bank. But the courier guys are asking me to pickup the package from their office or they will send it back. I work in chandigarh and courier office is in my sangrur. How can i take an immediate leave from the office and get the package from the dtdc office sangrur. These guys are highly unreliable. My house is literally 3 kilometers from their office and still they are not delivering it. That's not at all professional. That package is very important for me. They are not getting it and behaving like 3 year old kid. Dtdc management should take strict action against those guys at sangrur office because those guys are of no use. My work is suffering because of them.

Note - my father is out of station for few days so i cannot send him also to collect the package.

Neither i have received the courier nor I got any call from any delivery partner and on the website, it says the receiver refused the delivery. what the hell, how can you guys cheat me like this?? where is my package?? i must have signed to refuse, can you show me the evidence, stop cheating customers

I have booked an important consignment on 27th of this month. During booking, booking franchisee told courier will reach consignee on monday. I double checked with consignee for his address before booking but when i tracked the consignment, it was showing address incomplete or wrong. The fact is consignee address and courier franchisee shop are side by side only but he didn't attempt to call or deliver the stuff. Yesterday, i called the franchisee and gave consignee's phone number and address again and also requested consignee to contact franchisee regarding the same. Franchisee promised to deliver the product today, but today, he has initiated the rto... I don't know what is happening and why it is happening in spite of verbal communications over phone... Please help me with this

I had a package from airtel bank on 10th december with tracking no-x64331312. No one called or visited me. I was present through out with my family with one guard there. I tried to call the agent and sent sms but got no reply. My shipment was returned to its origin. Your agents in boring road patna mr roshan and vijoy are responsible for all the mess. Ok

I courier stuff to my hometown on 23 dec it was supposed to reach last saturday but courier guy called my father from 35km away location and told if you want come otherwise i will return it, why should we go 35 km away to pickup courier?? When i checked with bellandur branch dtdc office, they said yesterday return was initiated and i can’t refund. My problems is;
1. Why dtdc branch accepted the courier if they can’t ship? Dtdc guy calling from 35km away and expecting to come and pick.
2. Bellandur dtdc branch said they don’t ship to my address why they didn’t know this before taking 750 rs from me??

A product had been sent for me from Yamuna Nagar to pathanamthitta.for the last three days, whenever I am tracking the product with the reference number it is showing wrong address and when I contacted the DTDC adoor office they are telling they don't know about the product.

At 23rd dec 2019, i am sending a currier from pune to aurangabad waluj midc,
Naman diagnostic center it's a clinic now today's date is 31 dec 2019 still currier is not reached at the destination, i contact to local dtdc number [protected] he was telling me your tracking number is on hold by currier boy pay rs. 4 and then will send you currier boy number and your currier is reached in 1 and half hour to destination if i am not available at destination when currier boy came so i already mention mobile number on currier so why not currier boy is contacted to mobile numbers?? Two mobile number are mention on courier, a local guy ([protected]) gave me a google doc form and take my all details and told me to pay on this link please mention me it's a dtdc official way to make money from that way, i request you take strict action against him and delivered my currier as soon as possible

Hi,

I have booked an important consignment with express delivery on 27th of december. It has to be delivered within 24 hours, i have paid more for it. On 31st when i checked the status it shows - undelivered (Local holiday or other) there is no local holiday in jaipur all other offices are working well.
None of there email id, contact number even the head office number is working.
I have tried support service from website no response.
Dtdc is one of the worst service in history.
I am going to get heavy loss if these documents not delivered by 31st december.

I am going to sue them for this.

They send the package through dtdc the tracking id c95895910, i track through online it shows reciever request different date but i cant recieve any call from them. I try to contact them their is no proper response. I am trying to cintact the local hub but they cant reply . Please do the need full as soon as possible .

Irresponsible & Fraudulent DTDC Courier!

Booked 101 watches parcel with 7.7kg weight in Delhi and i received parcel with 71 watches with 5.2kg weight!

I spoke to the person who delivered and he checked at all scanning points and it all shows 7.7kg but what i got was 5.2kg! The Dtdc customer care number[protected] just keeps on ringing but no one is even picking!

I have cctv footage of packing in Delhi and also recording of parcel opening here in Chennai but whom i need to show and complain is the question?

Have written a complaint mail and got auto generated complaint number but no one even bothered to call or write me back.

I have lost 8000 worth products and above all lots and lots of tension and depression!

I don't know why I'm even writing here but just thought of sharing!

Promised for 24 hr delivery and we paid extra for this. We mentioned that the item is perishable food item. Tracking history not updated. Mobile number provided was switched off again we went to dtdc to have the correct information. Gave another number and we followed up with them for collecting but thy said it will be delivered which was not done. Called us after 48 hours and mentioning that the parcel is at the dtdc office and we should go and collect the same. This is such a pathetic experience.

We ordered a product using dtdc courier. We paid the money. When i enquire about product, they reply to vist dtdc office. We went there even they reply as in different office. I visited 2 offices, no use.

Today they have not come to my house and they asked to collect at other places because missing.
As a lady making me as uncomfortable. Please do needful.
