I had booked a courier thro' dtdc vip raghunathpur main branch, kolkata (West bengal) for siliguri (West bengal) on 4th dec 2019. I have paid an amount of rs. 205/- as a premium service to deliver my courier safely vide consignment no. V57292961.

Following day i was just checking the status of my courier it was marked as delivered but twist was when i was check with my receiver party he told me that he didn't recived courier...

Dtdc tracking status is showing that a parcel having tracking id z27662034 is already delivered to a pincode of 700028 & also have been signed by my family. Where as my pincode is 700075. Parcel belongs to my name. Till now i didn't received the parcel nor anyone else from my family. Please resolve assap & send it to my address 17 rashmohan bhadra road, santoshpur, kol-700075. Waiting for your positive response....

Consignment no d55808092 sent from delhi to varanasi on 29.11.2019 not delivered to us and remarks is entered in system that "not delivered address incomplete or wrong'"
We always receive consignments through other courier co. And no reason like this is observed. Entry in system has been done without contacting us over mob. No given with address. It seems that the status is changed without trying to deliver the consignment but false...

I sent a courier from Chandigarh to porasalpatti, akkaraipatti post, Rasipuram taluk, i track my courier with online status changed to delivered, but it was delivered wrong person, even delivery boy didn't contact to the receiver.

We have booked courier on DTDC premium from madurai to nandyal, andhra pradesh. Very worst service, my parcel was @ chennai for 2 days.
We contacted customer service and they are asking me to CALL TO tirupathi and ask reason. Later on evening they replied very easy "your courier wont despatch today" . How dare they are playing with us. Then y they r booking as premium and charged 250/-rs. We have all records and voice recordings...

The dtdc parcel delivery is very bad and late.. They will never talk to you in good they # bad speaker they always talk # to respond of yours delivery parcel...

My courier was booked at kolkata with consignment number k33269058 & k33269059 on 28 november 2019. They updated the status that the courier was already delivered. Although in your tracking shows its already in burabazar kolkata. We also spoke with our client they said that they have not yet received the courier.
Please get my shipment deliverd as soon as possible

I had sent a parcel from dtdc hinjewadi to varanasi. It has been 2 weeks and the parcel has still not reached the destination. They have not even called anyone for delivery. I had 2 parcels to be delivered one has successfully reached hyderabad and the other to varanasi has still not reached. Please help me with this problem. I have faced this before as well with dtdc. They keep losing consignments....

My courier was booked at mahipalpur delhi with tracking id v56832052 on 28th november for rewa, but now on 3rd of november they updated the status that the courier not delivered due to address incomplete or wrong - (Cir).

In courier my full address was given with mobile number. They even didn't contacted via phone for the delivery and marked the status as undelivered.

My order was cancelled and the agent at ghatkesar dtdc pincode: 501301 has not responded clearly to us! The address in the package was very clear but the agent has not responded clearly and sent back the package! The package was very important but because of his inability he couldn't process the package to me.. Please take severe action on him.

While delivering the parcel vide cn n20961975 in florence, italy the deliveryman took 40 euros from the aged woman present to whom the parcel was delivered without any acknowledgement and without any reason. While the entre payment for delivery of the parcel has been made at the booking counter why does he take such additional payment. Kindy, take necessary action to refund the same and take action against that person....

I needed some documents to be sent urgently from Solapur to Pune. I submitted the courier by 2/12/19 consignment number: P52016852
and I was told it would reach the destination by 3/12/19 between 10-11am. The courier status showed that it was still in Camp are of Pune was not even out for delivery. When I went to their office they told me that it was misrouted and it would reach by 4/12/19

We have sent a courier through DTDC service on Wednesday (27th Nov, 2019)
The items in the parcel have been damaged very badly. Induction stove broke, few packets got opened and the items are lying in the box, few items have been damaged by scratches all around.

We have mentioned all the details of items and showed them the items before we got it packed. But still this is the case. I need a refund for all these damaged...

My parents sent prasad through dtdc courier. Received prasad (Courier) after 5 days and that to in damage condition. Prasad was already mentioned on the packet but still someone tried to damage packet & took out some prasad from it. Very unethical & unprofessional practice done by dtdc. Difficult to share the photographs as only size below 2mb is acceptable....

Recently (Last saturday) i have sent an international courier to malaysia from hosakerehalli, bangalore branch. Now i am unable to track it using the tracking number n20987570. Whenever i tried to track online in their website, it is showing error in tracking number. I tried customer care and they are forwarding to other people who is not responsible in answering my query. A parcel no b91096357 to my guruvayur address, which place is very near to ur office place. Parcel had reached on saturday morning, i told him collecting the item is impossible. And agreed to deliver the same on same day. But not till this time item not (5.12 pm) delivered. This really irresponsible from ur part. I want to send the item chennai today evening. One of my friends has sent a cellphone from siliguri (West bengal) to kanpur with consignment no k33301928. It took around 8-9 days to receive that consignment. On 29th nov, when i received that consignment and opened it. The parcel had different packaging and inside it, few wooden cubes were there.
The price of the phone was 14, 000 rs and now i will not shut until i get my phone back. If i don't get a reply...
