My traking id is d72396100, my courier was sent on 13th nov 2019 till now not delivered by dtdc tirupati super franchisee, i checked status showing that receiver not avilable (Cir), but no courier man is not come, showing status is completely false, why dtdc is doing worst services? Dtdc courier is not good. How to get my courier pls tell me? Can you tell me what am i supposed to do right now?

I have booked a courier on 30/10/2019 from vikarabad to nizamabad. With the following tracking number h16927932 was still undelivered and when enquired with the origin hub as well as destination hub they are unable to track it..
It is very important to me and im very much worried about the service.

Hello There,

I registered my shipment with cpnsignemt number D52905965 from chennai to ambala on 24th august. I recieved my shipmet on 3rd september. The package contains CPU. When I received the package and opened it. The glass panel of the CPU was competely shattered. And also the motherboard and graphics card was damaged. I have incurred a huge loss due to this. The total damage is approx 1.7 lakhs.

The day I received my package i.e on 3rd september in bad condition, I registered a complain by contacting customer support. The complaint number is 15214355. Now after 10 weeks still there is no update on the complaint. I tried contacting team multiple times but they kept saying that thay are still working on it.

I am providing a screenshot of my pc parts that were damaged.

Sent a courier on 9th november from rae bareli to varanasi. Source agent said me that it will reach by 3 days it means (Originated on saturday and suppose to be delivered by monday) the item will be delivered by monday. But even after a week a courier is not delivered. Form 9th november 2019 till today 19th november 2019. With in a short distance if a private courier cant reach a distance of below 1000 kilomiter than what a hopeless situation is it. The courier contains lic premium cheque, bank statement, and other important government documents. Who is responsible for the failure of paying the premium on timeline. Is it the individual or the courier company? Can the company compensate for this? I have been tracking that the courier reached on 13 of november at varanasi but even after reaching there is no one to deliver till today 19th november. What a hopeless service is being provided where the mp of this place is the primiinister of the country. What will happen to other place. Dtdc consignment number: z22950395

My two parcel were supposed to deliver and tracking, detail shows restricted entry otr.

I have been trying to reach borivali east office several times on [protected]/52 but no response, it keeps on ringing but unfortunately no one answers, neither the dtdc courier called me once, for at least asking what needs to be done about the parcel. Pathetic service.

And from other dtdc office, i came to know they have closed bhayandar office, if your office is closed then why did you accept the parcel in first place.

Please resolve this issue urgently.

I have booked a courier for manmad from mumbai on 15 Nov. They charged me rs. 1700 stating that it will reach on 18 Nov before 8 PM. While there is no status update available on website. When i called them to check they gave me some wrong nos. While calling them again they told me they have already given me status and if i want to know more i should call to Pune franchise, while no one receives call in Pune franchise. One of the WORST courier service i have ever seen. Ease don't go for it ever

We were sent a courier through dtdc vide tracking: h17154154 and ref:[protected]. It was booked at hyderabad to pochampad. The package is booked on 09.11.19 but it has not reached us even on 18.11.19. When i contacted the they not even informed me the when i contacted the local dtdc center, they replied that the service is not available at my location and refused to deliver the package to me and asking me to come to their center which is 60km away from me.
If i travel 60km to collect my courier, what is the purpose of booking it in dtdc.
If the dtdc service is not available at my location why they accepted the booking. If they denied to accept, we would have booked it in other courier services.

My tracking no. Is z17942621, to be delivered to ruchika bhanot, duggal dwelling, the mall, nahan. On tracking the order i have found that it was delivered on 16.11.2019 at 16.04 hr. But i have not received it. I have not even received any mail or message regarding the delivery. You are requested to deliver the same to the right address immediately.

Material was delivered at my home with wrost packing. Few material was stolen and packed again. Payment made 3100 while booking time itself. I have booked a shipment for urgent delivery from kolkata to hydrabad on 14th nov 2019. It was commited to be delivered by 15th nov 2019. I have a consignment pending for delivery by dtdc. I tried to contact the dtdc courier office. They are not picking up the call and it says always busy. I never received a call from dtdc about the courier. If i look into tracking information on the website, the status says "attempted delivery for 2 days". But not received a single call from dtdc. Was deliver date of 14/11/2019 my brother found some items have been stolen from courier box so requested you back my stolen amount money.
My consignment number was d55404185, box has full of costly chololate and sweet also when i received at that time the whole box was filld in ant that time i complained to courier shop man why this box full of ant? Acctual my brother collect from shipment from couriershop he refused to come to delivered this
Item tats we gone to courier shop when we opened this box and saw some chocolates and sweet also stuff removed, this sheer act of irresponsbility.
I demand immediate recover of the stolen items of amount i have nedded.

I booked a parcel for my client naming gaurav sahu on 30.10.2019 via dtdc tracking no.- z28207841 for location chattisgarh. Tapkara road, kunkuri city, jashput district, pincode - 496225. Mobile no.- [protected].

Its 15 days gone it is very irritating to say that i ddint receive my parcel n now on tracking it is showing that it has been delivered on 10.11.2019 bt my client dint received till now. This is the worst experience i m facing plz do the needful.

With ref. To above docket details, it has not been delivered at specified address & not yet received back to us. Dtdc is not replying properly about exact status & not returning back amount of rs.50/- they charged for this courier. Highly irresponsible & pathetic response from dtdc. Trying to get exact status for last one week.
