Dear sir,
I had sent important articles on 23 oct 19 from your zirakpur (Punjab) office, one (Tracking no z[protected] addressed to vaishaali, ghaziabad and second (Z[protected] to rajendra nagar, ghaziabad. Even after 7 days the items have not reached the receipient.
When checked on tracker, vaishali shipment is shown as delivered on 26 oct, however, rajendra nagar shipment is shown still in transit.

I had booked a parcel on 23 of october 2019 from moradabad to mumbai on urgent basis by air your office took 2500 hundred and promise me to deliver the parcel within 3 days ason 25th of oct but now today is 27 of oct but did not give the delivery till now...

A parcel that i was supposed to receive through dtdc courier services hasn't been delivered. They have marked it as delivered but it hasn't been delivered. Byju's had send me a courier from bangalore on 18/10/2019. Tracking number being b90520560. I received a call from delivery boy, on 24/10/2019. He asked me details about my location and said that ihe will give courier next day. Next day (25/10/2019) when i was checking track history of my courier, it was showing that courier have been delivered on 24/10/2019.. Which actually is not. Horrible services and the delivery does not happen for almost three days from pune to mumbai and these guys are just not bothered to respond to calls or attend to the complaints. Also in the site it is mentioned that couriered to hdfc banjara hills with incorrect receipients name, where as we couriered to hdfc sr nagar branch. I had three couriers to be delivered in three different locations. Not even a single courier was deilvered to the location mentioned in the delivery address, instead they asked to collect the courier 10 kms from the location.. They had take full amount during the time. This is not right way they are doing.. Bad services

I was to receive Courier from Noida, Delhi. While tracking the delivery, it showed address incomplete or incorrect. However, the address was properly mentioned in the document and neither have I received any call from the delivery boy even in case they didn't find the address. I've ordered a product in Amazon and the seller shipped it through DTDC. Tracking ID is R34447387. It is not delivered to me yet but they have updated the status as delivered on 23rd Oct. This is dr. Rizwan (Swm expert, suda, govt. Of jharkhand), have handed over the parcel to dtdc office (Plus service) at singh more, hatia on 22 oct 2019 (First half).
But till now (24. Oct 2019), the parcel still showing at ranchi ware house.
Shopkeeper has very roughly deny to provide update about parcel status, he said "aap faans gaye plus servive le ker, jo compalin kerna hai ker lo"

This is for your information that my dtdc consignment number (K[protected] was not delivered by the delivery boy in spite of me being available. The status of my order is showing the receiver not available in the exact address given. The delivery boy called me in the morning and was yelling at me to come to my hostel. My hostel security guards collect all dtdc couriers on the student's behalf. He was repeatedly asking me to reach my hostel...
