I have sent an consignment from Nagercoil to US on 09/10/23. This has not been sent to US. From Chennai the shipment has been sent back to nagercoil since some of the items inside the shipment got damaged(Note: Packaging done by Garuda Vega team). My In-laws sent the 10 KGs of package from Madanapalle (AP) to Atlanta on Aug 29th. The package was supposed to be received on Sept 2 and we noticed the status as delayed in the Transit. All of sudden, the next day (Sept 3) we noticed that the package status changed to Delivered on Sept 2, WE DID NOT RECEIVE THE PACKAGE. I have sent a parcel from Chennai to Canada through Garudavegas Ambattur branch on 16.07.22. The tracking I'd is 1z63xv[protected]UPS). It reached only on 02.08.22. Most of the items have perished in transit. Before sending, I have specifically asked for not to send it through UPS, since I had a bitter experience on previous occasions. all the dolls were broken when they received it in houston.

Garudavega one of the worst company to ship with. They will not work the way that they advertise or publish in their website. I have shipped an item from India to USA expecting that it will be delivered in 3-5 days. I shipped the item on Oct-27-2021 and today is Nov-4-2021, they took 6 days to get the tracking number. Tracking number 1Z63XV[protected] packages are shipped from India to us - total charge was 25000+ rupees . out of that 2 are badly packed and multiple things are damaged . Reasons as follows
1) snacks are not covered with sealed package during packing - while shipping its all broken and spilled oil in the entire box
2) lose packing was done - because of that - things got moved during shipping and damaged...

We are regular customers of garuda vega. We usually do it from Bangalore, but this time we did she shipping from Hubli, Karnataka. He really charged us more and parcel was only for 30 kg, he said its 50 kg and did over pricing compared to Bangalore garuda center. We never going to use garuda vega again.
I hope you guys take action against the Hubli garuda vega, otherwise u guys loose customers....
