Z05154018 this is my tracking no. I have received lots of item from dtdc but this is first issue like this happened to please check may be your employee delivered to wrong address. Please once check with him where he delivered that item and check address what i have given. Personal send one person along with him to check. I have using dtdc services since long ago but this never happened to me. I hope dtdc will do the but to me.

My package with tracking no. D54115251is not delivered yet. It shows the last date over for submission and that was on 1st oct. If the items cross the delivery date the team doesn't deliver or what? The date is 4th now and there has been no call or next plan of action mentioned. This is not the first time dtdc service is on fault. Can there be an action taken?

For parel z27008632, online tracker is showing "address incomplete or wrong (Cir)" whereas the complete address with phone number of recipient is perfectly correct. It is my permanent address and i have been sending letter/parcel there for more than 10 years now. Even a few days back another courier company delivered 3 parcels. Amazon and flipkart delivers perfectly. Yet, dtdc is so inefficient that it found that very address wrong.
Dtdc, please expedite the matter and deliver the parcel.

I have booked shipment on 21/09/2019 in the evening as it was late for that day it didn't booked and same is done on 23/09/2019. But till 02/10/2019 shipment in transit and i paid 840 rs for 3 kg shipment.. Not sure when it will deliver.. Very slow service, no responsibility,, while booking i was told it will reach within 2 to 3 day after booking.

I am very disappointed with the dtdc service. My docket no is awb no: k21547954. Which is supposed to my customer delivered on 25.09.2019. But till date my customer didn't receive the courier. The customer care no is invalid. No one is picking up the call. I am very harassed with the service.

Even the tracker status is not updated. How to get the feedback...

DTDC LR/docket copy No: A4448419 Booking date. 04.09.2019,
The consignment is local delivery i.e. within Gujarat state i.e. from Vadodara to Valsad, must be delivered to destination within two days, today almost month is over still shipment is missing,
Since last 20 days we are doing follow-up with DTDC team to trace/locate said shipment, every time different answer we get from different executive and most importantly no firm commitment we get from DTDC to delivered or return the said shipment neither confirm information for where the said shipment location.
We had mail to customer care too but no replay till date.

I had couriered one item from pune to jhansi (U. P) on 26.09.2019. As per tracking results from system, courier was delivered at consignee address on 28.09.2019 at 4:57 pm. But, consignee has not recieved the courier physically. As per dtdc office in jhansi, they do not know anything about this courier and say that it has been updated in system by mistake.

Please investigate where is the courier and arrange to deliver it to consignee.

It's totally statement, no message, no phone call received .
This parcel contains urgent medicine but NO TRACE OF MATERIAL TILL DATE .

I courriered the consignment on 23/09/2019, from a jadavpur (Kolkata) hub, and yesterday when found out that it has not been delivered yet, then i went to the hub and they told me to enquire at garia station road hub, as they dispatched the same to garia station hub for delivery to the dispatched address.
Now when i went to garia station road (Kolkata 84) hub, the branch manager there informed me that there were no such consignment received.

Please suggest me what to do as there were various important documents.

Please inform asap.
