DTDC Courier & Cargo Complaints & Reviews

I have used dtdc services at model colony, pune office to send a parcel to ludhiana, punjab. I am not able to track the package. It is showing me data unavailable for the given consignment number online and on sms as invalid consignment no. I have attached a copy of receipt. Also customer care no. Call not being received. How do i track my package or know whether it's being shipped properly?

I have courier an item on 5th sep and it takes only 2 days maximum for delivery if we deliver by normal post. Bt i deliver dtdc plus they said it takes 24-48 hrs bt till now product not delivered. Consignmt no is v55689570. I track my consignmt it shows processed and forwarded from last 2 days again and again. If i ask whts the problem in system???. Resolve this issue as soon as possible....

My relative had booked a courier from DTDC from Sambalpur, Odisha to Koraput, Odisha which is by the way only 450KMs with the following consignment number K20204372 and at the time of booking i was told by the DTDC agent that the consignment will be delivered in 2-4 working days maximum but its been almost 9 days and yet my parcel is not delivered and there is no proper support from DTDC to address my issue, I am trying to track my consignment...

Eluru dtdc courier has charged high cost eluru to vijayawada it's just 60kms distance i asked to send 1 parcel it's weight below one kilo they ask 350rs and they used false weights machines they give in proper answers after that i can go another parcel service put in weight machine it's weight 600gms please consider this problem and take preventing steps...

I have couriered an item on 12th august 2019 and still it has not reached. After complaining them they are not taking any action and telling that i will not get my courier. Now a days they are not picking my phone also. Even they have blocked my no.. I also called in head office but they are also not picking my phone. 1 month approx is going to pass....

My consignment no ' z21799449' booked fro lucknow to kanpur on 2nd sep '2019 not delivered till date. When contacted to the concerned collection centre, they are saying we redirected to tatmill centre when contacted them they say we have rediredted to mall road and the relay continues and we as customer continue to suffer.
Very disappointed with the approach...

Dtdc pashan has misplaced our very important courier which had critical medicines for our family. The address is : shop no 5 nikas lawn, sus road main road, pashan gaon, pune - 411021, state bank of india nagar

The owner is very arrogant and does not listen to anything. They have such a pathetic service and stealing people stuff. There must be strict action taken against them.

We have sent courier last friday[protected] to chennai addressed (Ibraahim isaac, old no 14, new no 25 cathedral road, chennai-600 086) the same was not delivered yet, while we trying to reach chennai office they have not picking up calls this is what their dream dare deliver policy?

Cathedral area branch code cf2132 haveb not responding to our calls and simply they are updating person was not...

My self dr gayathri mohan k.. I got a call from koyilandi dtdc.. That i have a courier tracking number d53175493. They said they cant deliver to ma address by saying ma address is out of their delivery area.. My adress pincode is 673304 its just 1 km near to atholi dtdc office... From my adress there is 8 km to the koyilandi dtdc, they saying if i not collect it will return back.. It was earlier deliverd by bluedart and other courier services.....

My friend posts my important document via dtdc courier service on 10 of august. Till date, it is not delivered to me and not even courier guy contact me on the given contact number.

On online tracking system, it has shown wed, 14th aug'19|18:14 hrs successfully delivered. I don't know for whom they delivered it.

Tracking number is z14596519 and the receivers details also missing....

I am supposed receive my courier by yesterday. When i check track, they updated that wrong cir or address information is wrong.

If address is wrong, at least they should call contact number. They are not doing that also.

My address information is correct and have give correct pin code 500039.

I was supposed to recieve an urgent document today at whitefield, bangalore. The delivery guy called me, i came down to receive the consignment and the guy was not present there, even after calling 9 times there is no response and the online tracking sows consignment redirected. These people charge a lot of money for courier and this is their service.

This isnt the first time i am having this issue with dtdc. They are a bunch...

After just ONE failed attempt to deliver my courier was marked for returning to the sender.
Moreover there was no phone call or message before or after the delivery attempt.
I sent an email regarding this but there was no reply.
Dtdc customer care in mumbai says that only one delivery attempt is done and after that all couriers are shipped back. I have this conversation in record.

I couriered my 2 original documents to Vadodara from Lucknow.When it was received at Vadodara my envelope was torned, also my both documents was torned from downside..Seems someone has checked it by trying to open it, as it was properly taped from all 4 sides to preserve the documents..it's so pathetic that courier company can't handle paper documents then how can we trust to send some fragile or any big things...

We paid rs. 300 for an urgent document to be couriered to mumbai via dtdc’s premium express service which guarantees a next day delivery. The same was not delivered the next day.
The staff at the office where we booked the courier from refuse to acknowledge a deficit in service and are not willing to provide a refund.
Request your kind help to facilitate the same.

This is regarding my consignment no. Z26444058 through dtdc francise in shalimar bagh delhi-110088 on 26th august 2019. The packet was to be delivered in bangalore. Air booking was made for the courier but it was sent through surface and it reaches to the consignee in 10 days. The packet was suppose to delivered by 31st august 2019 as per requirement of the consignee. But due to fault of dtdc hub at rohini it was delivered on 3rd sep 19.br...

Docket no. D53537478 & d53537481 couriered on 23.8.19 & 24.8.19 from anakapalle (Vizag) to dimapur by mr. Ganesh contact no.[protected] (Dtdc office, anakapalle, near rtc complex) but not yet received my courier to destination dimapur city but collected an amount from me rs.8000.

Who is responsible for this now? If i complain to police dtdc co. Image will be hampered so resolve it within saturday 07.09.2019 or it will be complained...

Very important parcel posted yesterday and on tracking window its showing worng PIN code.showing 415311 and it should be 415315 on tracking window status showing FDM preparation under Karad location.parcel should delivery at Atapadi location.i am confused it will be delivered or delay.parcel contain IMP medicine which is need to be taken on time.so please make sure I will be delivered on correct address as soon as possible....

My consignment no is k32568176. I book this shipment on 28th august 2019 and till 4th september i have not received any parcel. This parcel is from kolkata to jaipur pin-302017. Dtdc call me for delivery but till now they don't deliver me on my address and i am trying to track but there showing me parcel is delivered on jaipur hub. Kindly look into the matter....
